This is written my wife Catherine Hanks. I took my SUV into dealership because I could hear a noise around the left front tire when I started to move. I noticed the noise was louder in the afternoon, after the car had been used all day. When I took it in that morning they could not hear the noise. I explained that it was louder in afternoon. They took the time to drive the car till they could hear the noise. They did hear the noise. It turned out to be a broken motor mount. The hydraulic fluid would leak when the car was very warmed up and thus cause the noise. I appreciate that the service department took the time to try to replicate what I was hearing and not just dismiss me.
The dealership tells me my bumper to bumper warranty does not cover replacing blown fuses. In the 5 months Ive had my truck, 2 fuses have blown. I was charged a little over $30 to replace the first, over $70 to replace the one yesterday. With the first, only 2 months after my purchase of this certified used vehicle, service department was recommending service of the transfer case and complete fuel service with the price of these 2 services totaling over $300. I have to think if those those maintenance items were about due on a certified vehicle, they should have been done prior to sale.

The back end of the sale was amazing as they went beyond the castle to make our buying experience the absolute best we’ve ever had. We originally purchased not just our 2016 Malibu from Allen Tillery but several others as well. However the Service department is the BEST we have ever dealt with on any vehicle. As a woman I am often intimidated to take my car in for service but Mark has always explained and made me feel confident in this process. This past time was a very different situation and he stepped above and beyond. We have relocated to MS, and I was due to travel alone back to AR for a very important event my granddaughters Kindergarten graduation. As you know thats when my OnStar shot me an email I had an emission problem and my check engine light came on. No one had time for me in MS being unestablished or a currant customer. I called Allen Tillery and spoke to Chris and then Mark who made me feel confident in not only getting to AR but even on Memorial Day seeing me and getting my car taken care of so I could get back home safely. Was having some electrical issues that turned out to be a low battery. Replaced it, washed the truck, and even filled the gas tank. Cannot think of anything that would have made it better!

I pulled up to Allen Tillery and Josh Ellis was right there waiting to assist me as I was pulling in! Right off the bat I knew I ran into the right sales rep to help me find what I was looking for! Josh showed me all kinds of good deals they had going on and I was being picky with what I wanted. Josh brought me to a very nice blue GMC Sierra z71 that I was eyeballing from a far and I wanted to test drive when he told me that it was available and that he could work out a deal for me on it. After the test drive my mind was stuck on getting that truck. It was the end of the day and I told him I wanted to take a look around and see what else I could find before I signed the papers. After I looked around I couldnt find another truck that I liked as much as that z71 Sierra. I called Josh up and he was willing to stop what he was doing and drive back to the dealership just to make sure I got the truck I was wanting! Next thing you know that bad boy is mine! Its taken almost a year for you to find and repair the cause of the horrible smell in the Terrain I bought my daughter. This last time you again told her it was fixed. I hope it is as you kept the car an unreasonably long time. I will never buy another vehicle there, this is the second one you didnt fix the first time, both new. Your mechanics arent helpful and told my son in law how he could fix the part on the truck I bought him. He did but made me promise never to buy anything there again. I will gladly keep that promise as its clear customer service is not a priority.
The first day I was there for almost 4 hrs and paid almost 400 to get my car fixed only to drive off and within 2hrs that check engine light came back on. I called back and let him know and he told me to bring it back and I did. The second time I brought it back I was there about 3 more hours and Im seeing people come in after me leaving because their cars are being worked on but Im still sitting. They fixed my car but I could have been doing other things besides sitting there for a total of about 7hrs. I think that you guys need to be more conscious of your paying customers time. The workers were nice and courteous but the time I spent there with the 2 days combined was a whole work day.
Everyone was very nice and helpful. Especially appreciated the salesman Fernando not trying to push us into anything, but was just helpful and answered our questions. Will definitely buy from Allen Tillery again.

We were travelling thru the area and I needed to get a transmission flush and oil change done on my truck. Mark, the Service Advisor, was very helpful and got me in right away. Unneeded work wasnt being pushing and they completed the work in a timely fashion.

Caleb helped me get into a Camaro back in December of 2020 and I absolutely love my car. Everyone that knows me knows that car is my baby. Its had some heat/air issues since purchasing it, but I have been able to take it back to the dealership and get it worked on. I pulled up into the service bay earlier this week and had another issue with my air and Dalton Ray took great care of me. He kept the car for a few days and was able to get the issue fixed w/no charge and even gave me a car wash voucher as a thank you. Hubby took his truck there for service. Not a good thing. What they told him would be a 2 day project turned into almost 2 weeks. On a phone he made to them he asked for the Service Manager, Robert. He spoke to someone that said they were Robert. The next morning my hubby called back to speak to Robert again and found out the person he spoke to the day before was pretending to be Robert. Shows how honest they are.
My experience with purchasing a used car was as good as it gets. I had recently moved to HS and did not have a vehicle. I called and asked if someone would be able to come and pick up so I could look at a vehicle I was interested in. I was pleased that the next day the vehicle was brought to my home for a test drive. I decided to purchase the vehicle and went to the dealership to finalize the sale. I was able to do a little bit of negotiating, met with the finance department and while I was reaching out to my insurance agent the remainder of the car was detailed. I left with a clean car, and a happy customer. The next day I detected an issue with the vehicle, called my sales person and he said to bring it to the service department. Upon inspection, it was determined I would need to leave the vehicle with them until the next day. I was given a brand new Buick Enclave as a courtesy car. I was contacted the next day to let me know my car was ready to pick up. I was not charged for the repair, even though I bought the car As Is. This was the best possible outcome. I feel that entire process couldnt have been better. You know I will recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a car. A very satisfied and now a life customer.
Herman Hunter was a salesman and he was wonderful. In fact, all the people at Allen Tillery were very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Mr. Hunter was very personable and layed back, not pushy at all and listened to everything we wanted in a vehicle and was able to give us what we wanted.

I carried my pickup to Tillerys to get the air bag recall completed. The first time I arrived they took the info from the sheet you mailed to me. About a week later Eric called me back to let me know the part had arrived and we set up a schedule. He had informed me that it would take about and hour and a half for the repair. They made arrangements for Larry to take me back home. Got a call from Eric about 2 hours later advising me that the vehicle was ready for pickup. I got a ride to the dealership, walked into the checkout area, signed the paperwork, got my key, and walked out. It couldnt have been much easier.
Our air conditioning was out on our truck and the service manager looked and found where we had bought an extra protection plan that went from paying $1500 down to $200. Thank you!

We bought a 2021 chevy equinox from Josh Ellis a couple days ago. We called, told him our budget and what we were looking for and he called back later that day with the details. We hopped in the car and headed to HS from benton. Texted all the needed documents and pics of our trade in. Got there and everything was done. Took it for a test drive and loved it. The absolute easiest car buying experience Ive ever encountered.

It was a return visit, I took my car Nov 18 because of the a/c fan not working, a new fan was installed at a cost of $354, on 12/30 the fan stopped working, went back to the dealer and was told it wasn’t the fan it was an electrical short so that was repaired for $433. If it wasn’t the fan initially why was I not reimbursed $354? This a second bad experience with Tillery, don’t think there will be a third. I now understand why the dealership has such a negative reputation in our area

Had to return to shop because tire pressure light came on. It was just because the tires were rotated and the reset did not take.
TPMS system on a 2020 GMC 3500 HD Denali was reset in about an hour under factory warranty. Service writer reported that future failures/resets would be at owners expense.
We waited in a large comfortable customers lounge with free coffee, water, and donuts.

Service was quick, and gave us a loner as they needed to keep the vehicle overnight, The lady asked for the money up front the lady pushed three groups of paper and said sign, before they used to explain what was done and why. Seemed pretty good service .
Mark in the service dept did a very good job handling a very frustrated 2020 Silverado owner and if that was all I considered when purchasing new vehicles I’d buy from Tillery every time. However I also own a new Camaro and I’m a die hard Chevy man. Your sales dept doesn’t come close to the deals I get elsewhere. Come off that sticker price
Mark and Alex in the service department are two awesome guys I went in for an oil change and four of my own tires to be mounted balanced and installed. Totally professional service and an awesome waiting room. The total package price was only $128. The tire store less than a mile away wanted $140 just to install my for tires. I feel like I got a very very good deal. Keep up the great service work guys.... Ill be back

Would not recommend. Check engine light came on, in my 2015 Silverado so dropped it off for diagnosis and repair. They sold me a catalytic converter, spark plugs, and an oil change for $2,300 said it was good to go. Drove it to work and by the time I made it the check engine light came back on with the same problem. Towed it back that night on my dime. Now they tell me the motor is probably blown and they can replace it for 10,000 or they’ll give me $1,000 for it for a trade in. Bad business if you ask me.. P.S. I ended up getting it fixed for $600 elsewhere.
We were dumbfounded we were up charged for using a credit card. A company the size of yours certainly can cover a $25.00 up charge somewhere in your business plan. We will not come back to your dealership because of this experience.

I had minor body damage and worked with the body shop, primarily Caitlyn and Beth, to coordinate and complete the work. One of the standout service actions was their willingness to work with me on my rental car need, even providing a loaner car when I couldnt work out things with Enterprise. However, the MOST impressive was both of their friendliness no matter the interaction, over the phone or in person. So many times today we are faced as consumers with less than friendly, less than sincere interactions. This was a very different experience-exceeded expectations. I will be back, and when it is time for me to look for a new vehicle, maintenance services, or other automotive needs, they will be my first stop.
It is important to me that they can pick me up from work and take me back when finished with the work. The drivers are always professional and pleasant. The service department always calls to get approval before they do any work other than the basic oil change and that is greatly appreciated. Top notch overall dealership!
Mark in the service department was very courteous and friendly. Labor charges are way too high. $135 just for a diagnostic fee is unreasonable.

My car was in worse condition when they gave it back. Started having engine problems and got it looked at it and had new problems and codes on the car. Will never use Allen Tillery again, what was supposed to be a simple fix by Allen Tillery turned into a chaos of problems. I also was left a note stating they looked under my back seat and found a Visa card with a remaining balance when they were told to work on the outside of the car not be searching the inside. Terrible service and 100 percent would not recommend them ever. I was told I would be taken care and I was not taken care of whatever so ever, me or my car.
This was a very nice dealership with a responsive salesman ( Caleb). We test drove a pretty aqua Corvette convertible that backfired and stumbked before breaking down within 1/2 mile of the front door of the dealership. The Vette would not restart and we wound up stuck in the parking lot next to Gregg Orr Buick. Caleb was great and picked us up and had the car towed back. Too bad, it was nice except for engine problems!
I had broke down at hobby lobby . i frantically called Allen Tillery. In less than 15 minutes, they picked me up in a courtesy van and had the truck towed to the service department. 5 star customer service. I have never been a customer in the past, but I will be now.
Cindy was patient with me and let me know when the truck it’d been looking for had hit the lot. I didn’t feel like anybody was playing games.. overall great experience and I’ll recommend Allen Tilley and Cindy go any of my friends that are looking to buy.

The salesman, Dicki Fryar, was very helpful and professional. My car had been totaled due to hitting a deer. I needed another vehicle and was looking at getting a used vehicle. I had looked at a vehicle & called him the next morning to see if it was still available. But it had been sold.. He said he would look & see if he could find something along the lines of what I wanted. True to his word he called me back with 3 options to choose from. I really respect that.

This was my final free oil change for my 2018 Sierra. Service was good as usual. I waited for a good while after my truck was brought up...because no one told me it was ready to go. A little more situational awareness is in order. Small potatoes.
