Visiting hot springs and had a bit of car trouble. The nicest guy ever came to our rescue and fixed the car on the spot. So nice to meet these kind of people !

New kid didnt know how to do a return, so he made an excuse why he couldnt. Had another item from a different purchase that his excuse didnt work for, so he made another. Oriley was next stop. I didnt have to return anything there, but they were super helpful. Better than advanced auto and autozone

The best auto part store, I have ever known. I am a female that doesn’t know anything about cars, normally people take advantage of that; but their management is excellent. Very kind and patient, we need more auto part management like this store. The whole team works as one well oiled machine. I am blessed to be able to shop here and not worry......

Auto zone on airport rd is horrible and so is the one on Albert pike very rude and didnt help or was even knowledgeable on the part I was trying to return as a matter of fact they didnt even take back the part I brought back to them. I would like their corps number

I went across town to find out the price went up. So basically you didn’t stock it at the closest location to me and for my trouble of going across town the price increases. Makes sense, no I don’t want a rewards card. One day Auto Zone Advance Auto will hear our pleas and build near us.

Customer service,oh yeah NONE! Standing in line to get a battery check. Store was not busy at all,with another employee present. Wanted to help the people behind me first. So I went right down the street to Advance Automotive. Great service,I went ahead and spent my $145 with Holly. New automotive home for life.

Henry was absolutely awesome! He helped/taught me how to install a small light set on my car. The old set was really hard to remove, but Henry continued to work in the dark and in the rain until it was all fixed. Im very appreciative for his help, and look forward to going back.

These guys are great !! They will help, you w/about anything, I have needed them, to diagnose & help w/ parts- put parts on. So,these guys get a high score from me. Even had a coke, bought,for me...when the truck didnt have my part.....mighty nice of Mr. Henry....to do that...just shows the kind of good people,work there.

All the staff members are extremely knowledgeable and go above and beyond to give you extra information that you may not have known.

Excellent service, even when their location doesnt have what I need. The man came to my car to inspect the bulbs and decide which I needed. When they were out of stock, he gave me a printout for the item and price, and initialed for 10% off since I had to drive across town. Excellent service!!! Very friendly and helpful!

Every time I call to price a part they put me on hold for well over 20 minutes. Ill be taking my business to Oreillys where they actually take the time to answer simple questions.

They dont know what they are doing herehad to pull a transmission 7 times in 1 week because they have any one that knows cars, just what the book says!

Always helpful.. I dont know much about cars.. But if they have time theyre more than happy to help.. Even if its putting your wipers on, lights, blinkers.. Check engine status..

You can take just a few seconds and sign up for an AutoZone rewards card for even more savings.They have free battery check, free windshield wiper installation, free diagnostic check, if your check engine light is on, and a tool loan program.Its a good store with a knowledgeable staff.

Hung up on me as I was asking about a Hose for the radiator, as someone was walking up to me and I politely told the associate to please hold on for literally a second and was promptly hung up on, didn’t get the associates name though. I do not appreciate that.

Understaffed and very expensive. Will change this review if the next experience is better. There were two employees working at 6 PM with 8 people in line and absolutely no urgency.

Sent me wrong parts. 54 miles away to so call to make sure had the correct part they put me on hold 3 times over hr total. Customer service is a joke. Advanced auto part had the correct part in stick for same money. Thanks advanced auto
