Always has what you are looking for; the store is clean and the staff is helpful, very helpful. I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name that helped me so I could give a shout out, but, nonetheless they are super helpful. And like most auto part stores I’ve been into, this one did NOT smell like a first oily shed. So that’s a plus LOL. Very quick to find your parts also. Great parking and lighting so you feel safe.

The most DISRESPECTFUL employees on 4-3-19!!!!!!! My daughters vehicle broke down and the employee blocked the parking lot with his motorcycle and the other employees car. Told them they can jump the grass to get out due to their help Almost hit his $50,000 dollars bike. Best believe the police said when the vehicle gets fixed they will Move. I WANT them FIRED...

Horrible experience I purchased a part from them same day I went home got online research some more parts and looked up that part I found out that AutoZone sales the part $35 cheaper so I print it out take it to them they will not give me a refund or do a match price on it because I’ve already purchased the item. He also said cause it’s a commercial account they wouldn’t do anything about it. I did a lot of business with this company Personal and commercial. I will no longer buy from them I will go to AutoZone.Everyone I know I’m going to tell them to not go to advanced auto parts

I like to shop online here and pick up in store to save a little cash but if you have a issue with a part they seem to have attitude and want to tell you about how difficult the transaction is because you didnt buy the item in store and they have to look up your receipt a different way and it takes longer.
