Amazing store that really caters to service

Fast and amazing service. I was asked to wait for just under a minute to have an agent assist me. Once in, she immediately got me the product i was wanting to view, and purchased in less than 5 minutes. I will be returning here on my next visit.

I was here last week and got myself a couple bags, kirigami and key pouch. Ask for DARLENE!! She is awesome and very helpful!! The first associate I talked to the first time I went in was snobby so I came back the next day and was assisted by Darlene. Darlene is the best LV associate Ive met from all the LV store Ive been!!

My birthday is coming up, my husband ask me to show him a few things in the store that I might like. They had two people in the store that were employees and no customers. But we were stopped at the door and told that they did not have anyone in the store to help us. This is how you treat your Customers??? This is not ok, a special moment with my husband ruined and you lost a sale.

If you really think I pass this by without picking up a handbag or two, you must not know me very well. LOL, oh my gosh I was in Hawaii on vacation of course Im picking up a new Louie to match my new wardrobe......But I will say that the entire sales crew was very snobby especially the gentleman who helped me with the hello Kitty Hawaii tote bag. He was particularly snobby.Other than that I would recommend this store to anyone!!!

Cute Store...! Only One Story Compared To The Other Two That Are 2 Stories... Sales Staff Were Great And Helpful... If Your Looking For A Certain LV Piece Call The Store First To See If They Have It I Stock,

Waited in line at 6:30 pm and they closed at 7 pm. They had us stand in line and closed off the line after the party behind us. They come out at 6:58 and say that there won’t be anyone to help us because they close at 7 pm. Why would you make us wait in line for 30 minutes and promise us that we can come in and then say we can’t come in.That is horrible customer service.

Juan was very helpful with my purchase making sure my needs were met. Very comfortable atmosphere even with Covid restrictions. Other staff members were very helpful as well. Luv LV

As expected, hands down the best service around and solid products. You get what you pay for, and Louis Vuitton is pricey, but the products last and LV stands behind it. Great experience and highly recommended.

I like to buy a luxury piece on every vacation I take as a memory of said vacation. Louis Vuitton in Honolulu was no different; the location down the street was able to track down the key holder I was looking for to a specific location (which was this one).The associates were very warm and friendly, and my SA in particular was outstanding. He offered me a drink, showed me the fragrances, and offered to hot stamp my piece for me. Thankful for this experience and my forever memory I purchased from this location.

Darlene was the person that helped us out and she was very informative and catered to our thoughts and needs. When my wife was thinking it n the different purses, she showed am excellent selection. If you do come to the LV store here, ask to speak with Darlene.

Big, freestanding store right in the middle of the hotel complex. Ive been to several LV boutiques and this one is definitely one of the largest -- tells you something about the clientele they have here ;) The displays are just beautiful and the staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. I think their sales people are probably the best dressed individuals in the whole village, with their dark, tailored suits. I knew I wouldnt be purchasing anything on this trip but maybe the next visit...

Absolutely beautiful store in a great location in the middle of Waikikis Hilton Hawaiian Village. They did a great job showcasing all of their available merchandise and the staff was very attentive.

Window shopped actually, beautiful hand bags. The Hilton is the best place to vacation at w/out leaving the island. Beautiful place to be.

It was Louis Vuitton like HonoluluLook up Kaimanahira Diamond Head from the private beach, and the good flowers will cheer you well, and will arrive to Louis Vuitton in less than 10 minutes on foot .. 🤗🌈It was Louis Vuitton in the shade and the number of items was small but I was able to shop slowlyBecause .. staff does not come by, you can order slowly.
