I felt like I was coerced to come into this shop and buy some products. They made it seem like it was a good deal but after reading reviews online I’m pretty sure this place is a scam. I took time out of my busy schedule to come back and return the product I purchased. It was unopened with the receipt and even the samples that were given to me but 1) I was told a manager had to do it and 2) he made me wait 40+ minutes to do the return. Heck he even told me to come back a different day. Does he realize I live really far away?! This is ridiculous and bad business. Little does he know that waiting 40 min gives me a lot of time to post reviews.

If I could give a place zero stars, this place would be it. This happened back in May 2017. The saleswoman there tried to advertise Tresor Rare products to my mom. Why are there Tresor Rare products inside a Gratiae store? I didn’t think much of it at the time. The products they sold were really expensive and didn’t seem to have any effect on our skin when we tried them on our hand. We said we didn’t want to by anything today and would come back the next day since it was already late and the mall was closing up. The saleswoman gave us a certificate to a complementary facial for the next day. So we went back the next day. There was another salesperson there that said he came in from NYC to do a promotion that day only on a device that could help stimulate the skin and he said he was giving us a big deal for the device and two other products for a $1000. A $1000? We didn’t want the extra skincare products, we just tried to buy only the device which was $500 on its own. Even after we said we only had money for the device, that man and the saleswoman from the day before got very angry and hostile with us all because we didn’t want to buy the whole package deal the man offered that he claimed was $5000 on any other day. We held our ground and said we only had enough money for the device and we finally got it, pairs for it, and left. They were still angry and mean even as we left. Luckily we didn’t pay with my mom’s card because after we flew back to our home island, we checked other reviews about this location and they’re not good. Avoid this place each time you pass by. Avoid the kiosks too. Pretty sure this isn’t the only scam there is within these big shopping areas.

My mother was called in by a man with an Italian accent asking her to try a product but after she said she wasn’t interested the sales man said if you got no money then you got no money. Tell me how this will win you any business? More over the stuff they put on her is crusting up and making her skin itch. Please stay away for your health. It’s not worth it
