Their very friendly staff are always there to greet you and offer their assistance in finding whatever you want. Shop smart and wait for their deeply discounted sales which happen quite often. Many products are at 70% of right now (early July). Many others are 50% off if you buy in quantity (buy 3 get 3 free). NOTE: They do not price match whatever is on their website and may have different products on sale. The best is to wait for their sales locally.

My 2 star review is mostly because of the employees. They were friendly and tried to help us however at the door I said I already knew what I wanted and that I could find it on my own, and once I entered the store I was approached over 10 times asking if I needed help. I already told the lady at the door that I didn’t need help yet I kept being asked if I needed help. It was seriously annoying and ruined my trip to the store to the point where I just wanted to leave. So I made my purchase and left. I probably would have bought more if they would have just left me to do my shopping in peace. I don’t know if it’s because they thought I was stealing or if it was because they just don’t communicate with each other but either way it was not okay. If a customer asks to be left to alone or that they don’t need help then don’t approach them unless they flag you down to ask a question or are looking seriously lost. The last straw for me was when I was looking at room sprays and a lady approached me and after I told her I didn’t need help she just stood there and pointed out a bunch of items she thought I’d like. I told her I didn’t need help again and finally she left me alone. It ruined my experience. I’ll be back because I love their products but if it happens again I’ll be shopping elsewhere.

Friendly and very helpful! Their is a line to wait but it wasnt long or took hours. There is just a certain amount in the store at a time. Everything is social distanced, clean, and there is also safety measures for the employees at the register

Line outside goes pretty fast 2-5minutes! The customer service Ive experienced was excellent from beginning sanitizing spray of hands to the thank yous I received while leaving. Clean, organized, well stocked and sanitized store with attentive, happy, smiling and courteous employees!

Always super nice people and super good sales. Currently (11/6/20) they have new Christmas scents they never had before. They are super cute and in cute packaging too. They still have some Halloween scents too!

I just love going to this store. The selection of products are amazing! The staff are always super friendly and helpful and always let you know how you can further discount your purchases by telling you about promotions. The prices are really good and they always have great deals on. Its always super clean and tidy and stocked up! I wish our store in Australia was this good.

Super, nice friendly workers who are quick to help if you need help, but also dont feel offended if you brush them off. If you go often enough, they will remember you. If you tell them the type of scent you like, they will see knowledgeable to recommend similar scents. The store is set up real nicely as well, with room to walk around without fearing you might knock something over. I usually like to buy their scented candles, body wash and hand soaps. They will most likely have a scent you like.

They don’t list the Kupuna hours on here or someplace visible at the door. I got there 45 min before opening and stood near the door. The employees all passed me to get in and two of them told me the store wouldn’t open till 10 and I said that was ok I would just wait. Then now at 9:50 they get ready to open and the same employee that talked to me says they are only letting the elders in for the first hour. Which is great but they could have told me. I don’t look like an old person yet.

Line to enter store with an associate that tells you about their covid protocols. Gives you a spray of sanitizer before you enter. Currently as of 12/18 they said theres a limit for 10 hand held gel sanitizer per customer. If you have any questions they have plenty of associates around to ask.

Since COVID, I haven’t been into the the store much, but when I did return, this store and staff were even more spectacular than before. The line on Black Friday was wrapped all the way to Macy’s. My bestie and I have never waited in a line that long in our lives, but the sale but 3, get 3 free only comes around once a year. If it wasn’t for the awesomeness and friendliness of the staff, we probably would not have waited.They greeted us and helped us find our way around and the manager was super efficient and very hands on with not only the staff, but the customers as well. She brought the girl that was helping the line outside all day, some water and just showed genuine love and compassion towards her staff as well as the customers. This was a very beautiful thing. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and lately I have not seen this type of management. My friend and I waited for almost an hour to get in, as we all abided by the social distancing law.When we got in, the store was in perfect order! It was truly an amazing shopping experience, a young lady helped me find all of my soap, and a young man named Josh helped me find candles and scents that would best fit my house. I cook a lot of vegetables, using garlic everyday and it can leave a pretty heavy stench throughout the whole house. Josh recommend the Eucalyptus mint candle to help neutralize and clear the air. And boy did the candle do exactly just that! I just wanted to take the time to thank the staff again for being so wonderful during these life changing and ultimately trying times. You can tell the staff at Bath and Body works ALAMOANA, had not given up and is still determined to be an A-1 store. Thank and so much, and happy holidays to you all!

I love how they encourage you to try their products. They have so many choices that you need to try it in order to know what you want.

LOVE this place! I try my best to do during the semi annual sales (June and December). Staff is always friendly and helpful and they rotate stock often so you are not left with leftovers. The aromatherapy and the Shea butter products are my favorites. The samples and sinks are available all the time, so you know what you are purchasing. Enjoy the aromas!

While the outside lines are long at times, once inside its uncrowded and lots of associates able to help and the register line is more manageable and faster, so overall not too much longer experience. One challenge with Ala Moana is while waiting outside you might catch some rain or sun so bring an umbrella or jacket.

Got all the hand sanitizer and soap I needed. Minus one star because their marketing was too good and I spent over $100.

Great customer service

When you finally find the store you will feel amazing. The smells, staff, smiles and ambiance is more than you imagine.Although It took me a looong time to find the store in the mall. I used the directions on the map, after all it directed me to Target easily. Turns out I was wrongAfter following all walking directions, I didnt find the shop after hours of searching. In the end I checked for directions in the mall and found the way.

Lots of new items. Just had a big sale on hand soap. All hand soap were $2.50 and I had a coupon for $10 when you spend $30, so each hand soap were less than $2. WHAT A DEAL!

This years sale doesnt seem to be as good as last years. The Christmas selections are limited, but still a good selection. I think I can wait until next season or until the next sale, coz Ive already stocked up on these items during the sale before the semi-annual/end of year sale.

My daughter loves this place. The layout and shop merchandising is fantastic. Customer service was fantastic. Shop was immaculately clean and all the shelves were well stocked and labelled with correct pricing.

My son purchased 4 hand soaps for me for Christmas at the same price as 1 plus shipping would have cost on line. The staff was very friendly.

Dylan is a great manager! He works hard just like any other staff on the floor. He sets a great examples for the other employees. He had helped me out once....years ago... But he remembered me by name. I was Very Impressed.

Very nice store with lots of options with products. As a first time shopper at Bath & Body Works I entered the store to browse, and was quickly approached by a staff member asking if I needed any help. I politely let them know I was just looking and continued on, but my friend and I were approached by EVERY staff member in the shop!It seems there isn’t any communication between staff members in regards to who has been spoken to as people move through the store. It’s great that they’re friendly but it gets to a point where it’s just annoying being approached every 2 minutes when trying to shop.

Like the redeco...good selection of man smells. Leather smell for the torso, cool breeze smell for the legs and ocean smell for the toes! Overall a fun experience to keep busy while the wife shops for her stuff.

Id feel better about continuing to purchase your product if the containers could be RECYCLED especially here in these small and beautiful Hawaiian islands. My grand daughter (7 yrs old) comes home to Hawaii every summer and as gifts for her girlfriends back home she buys a bunch pf pocket packs. Appropriately she purchases the scent called ALOHA.She used a whole bottle up while here on Oahu, she automatically threw the bottle in the RECYCLE bin. At that time I informed her I dont think the bottle is accepted as a RECYCLE container The question is WHY NOT?

I love this store and brand so much now! Never been to a Bath & Bodyworks before but I walked oast and had to find the source of an incredible smell.
