Pharmacy no longer customer service oriented. Went into inquire about my second shingles shot. There was no line, and more people working behind the counter than I have seen in a while. I was told I had to come back after 3 when the other pharmacist is in, so there can be 2 of them. So it is now no customer service, we have to go when its convenient for the employees schedule, not ours. Looks like the pharmacists who used to be there arent there anymore. I should move my maintenance prescription before Im told I have pick that at certain time as well.

Relatively new, uncrowded. Pharmacy isnt very busy. No long lines. Parking available adjacent to store entrance. Services identical to other CVS Longs stores. When in Hawaii, Longs is our go-to store for toiletries, make-up, snacks, drinks, assorted household items, medicines, etc. Sale items from Sunday through Wednesday.

Very very rude employees and the manager does NOTHING to solve problems even when he is informed about them! Bad management!!

The staff at this Longs have been very helpful, I like that the aisles are wider than at other Longs, they have many more items in stock, since the store is large (2 stories, escalator is at your right, as you walk in)

Its not a crowded store and has most sale items in stock unlike other Longs stores. Parking is easy.

Slowest Service EVER. I never go into this location if I am in any kind of hurry. Not only do the staff ring up customers like they are on Quaaludes, I JUST left the store and there was a single cashier with a line of over 10 customers. There has got to be a better way…

Good intentions but photo center did not deliver. I came in an hour after my order was supposed to be prepared- not only was it not ready but they sent me home with a “calendar” that was not bound- just a collection of photos. They said no one knew how to bind it.

One of the better Longs. Service is always friendly and helpful. I like this particular drug store because of the service, the layout, and convenient shady parking. They always seem to have what I need.

Pharmacist Daniel was MOST friendly professional and efficient. Lovely store layout and well-supplied.

2 floors and a nice clean public restroom.

This is a newly opened store in aina haina, not very big but got pretty much all youd need for normal trips to a drug store.
