Prices start out rather high but clearances are pretty good.

Good, spacious and clean store. Some sales associates were helpful. Went during the current sales event. The quality of the on sale items were not very good however. Some pants had holes, ripped seams, frayed fabric and threads hanging out. Not very good craftsmanship but to be expected of a fast fashion brand.But I’ve had pieces from Zara (Japan) that have kept for close to 10 years now. Maybe the quality has degraded over time..? I’m not sure.Would still shop again. Inspect the garments and the seams thoroughly before purchase.

Walked in and was amazed at how designer it looked. I’ve never bought anything but the vibes of the store are immaculate. i’ve heard they have cute and good fitting jeans

Very spacious, mirrors all over to try in front of others... perfect place to go just in underwear and walk all around trying clothes it’s like a big house clothes room. Too pricey but good collections. Maybe one day I’ll go only in underwear to experience their try on concept.

Cheaply made, but great to look at. and affordable. if you like to buy one great versatile garment that you keep for always, you probably want to steer clear of Zara. however, if you love fashion, love getting *that* look by putting together thoughtfully cohesive separates, love a great haul where you look great for way less than you expected, and cant wait to do it again next season, or next weekend, then youll love Zara.

Great Selection of styles.Sometimes you’ll get a helpful sales associate and sometimes you’ll get one who doesn’t want to be there.Thankfully I can almost figure out the layout of the store to try to avoid asking for help.If the clothes weren’t great, I’d spend my money elsewhere.

I’ve been in the payment line about 30 minutos, 1 person attending, she is very slow, we complain with someone looks like a manager, with a bad Actitud he said: there is just one person! I can’t believe this kind of attention in a store like Zara...I hope you get better your costumer service training! It’s very frustrating

Nice store with great prices and selection, but the line to checkout was crazy slow. When I got in line it was about half way out the store and at one point when I turned around as I neared the front I think it started to curve around so it didn’t go out the door. I thought it was so long due to the sale which was maybe partial true but as I got to the front I saw maximum of 3 registers open at a time and there were times when only 1 or 2 people was actually checking people out. What made it so insulting was seeing the manager with the clipboard with his back to the crowd and ignoring the mess. I started a stop watch when I got in line to see how long it would stake as just a joke, but it literally took almost 40 minutes to checkout!!!!

They say they close at 7 pm but from 6:28 they stopped letting anybody in. I waited in the line for about 30 min, went outside to try the clothes on at about 6:23 since they closed their fitting rooms, found out it didn’t fit me, I went back right away to return them exactly at 6:30 but they didn’t let anyone in although a lot of people came out from the store until no one is left inside exactly at 7 pm 🙂🙂 its not about safety its about them going home early. So disappointed with the staff, I used to love Zara.

This ZARA is a great ZARA store. This is my first time coming to ZARA in store as I started shopping online due to Covid-19 my experience for the first time was amazing even though the virus has affected business. The staff were very kind and helpful. Even though ZARA is a chain store you should come to this store in Hawaii if you have a chance!

Today, found a very good deal on a skort and blouse HOWEVER, only one cashier working and another person next to her saying, thank you for waiting. Shell be right with you folks - instead of opening another register. There were 10 people in line ... they were having sale ... wouldnt the company schedule more workers/cashiers on these types of days! No common sense!!!

Hit or Miss.Customer service is less than mediocre.

Never thought I would step in this place. Smart window sale advertising. Most racks have prices visible ex. $35 and the clothes and cool jackets are seriously marked down by 1/2 or more. Mens shirts $9 re. $20 bought 4. Kids clothes marked at $5.99. Lots of customers today. Fun!!! They know how to draw you in!

Its trendy mall store with some great items and great deals. You will find the employees to be most helpful in finding what you need. Feel free to browse. If you find something you like, you can try it on. If it fits and is comfortable, all you have to do is let these great people know and they will ring you up at the register. Next thing you know, you have your new item in a bag and you are back out in the mall. Easy!

The best Zara in South Florida. Lines can be long and slow when there are specials. Employees are the usual: over worked, robotic, phone checking, young. Clothing is flash fashion. Great place to see beautiful people.

This is a great place to go when theyre having sales.but If you think about it theyre getting rid of this seasons clothing so that they can bring in the next season. so that means things are discounted but it is good timing and theyre smart enough to do it in June or July for summer clothes.its a big chaos about clothes because lets face it the public as a rule are slobs. they pick up stuff throw it back hanging it somewhere that it doesnt belong. I applaud the staff. they work so hard to try to keep things organized which is a pretty big challenge because things dont go back where they belong Their staff there really try hard.I would suggest going there. try it first. their customer care while you were there as a customer buying is great. We did have one piece out of I guess 20 or 30 that were damaged so well see how customer service is tomorrow when we take it back. Enjoy your shopping.

I have purchased items from Zara for over 13 years and I have never had a complaint or issue until now. I purchased a basic tank top and not only was my brand new white tank top covered in makeup stains but there was a massive hole through the shirts stitching. I went back to Zara in hopes of an even exchange and I was denied. I then asked for a refund and was denied that as well. The stores manager was very rude.She approached me without properly introducing herself and status. She looked at my item and said that there was nothing she could do and that there was nothing I could do to change her mind and repeated multiple times that they could not sell damaged goods which was understandable but she could not answer why was I sold a damaged good.I was so mad. After speaking with the manager and arguing for about 3 minutes, she had 4 security guards escort me through the mall back to my car.Never will I ever purchase anything from Zara again. This is the most unprofessional, disrespectful incident that has ever happened to me.Now, I am stuck with a dirty shirt with a hole in it and I lost money because of it.Zara really needs to reevaluate how their stores run, and who is running them because this is absolutely unacceptable.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Ive been to Zara in Canada and Europe and they never even acknowledge you, which is usually fine. The staff here gave very polite and pertinent advice, but were not intrusive either.

I enjoy passing Zaras cause of the Models in the window, they dont take their eyes off from you as you walk, they show off their designers clothes, jewelry, shoes, everything on them, very tempting, so I finally went in, can be a budget store, pending on what you want, clean,bright so organized, Prices in its own range, fair, only thing missing is hospitality, genuine friendliness!

Service is mediocre at best. I like that they dont bug you much when you are shopping. But it would be nice if you could actually find someone when you need to checkout or for help. It was if they all had blinders on or were hiding from customers.

If there is something I love in this life is shopping at Zara, I highly encourage you the next time you go the mall visit Zara you will be satisfied with your purchase. The clothes have very good quality !!!

The store manager in the men’s department in the Aventura mall was so rude. Never in my life would i shop there again. One Of employees put the wrong price on several items and instead of him acknowledging the store error he gave me a hard time And said he didn’t care because he’s just a manager not the owner

My daughters love this store. We always stop in to browse when we are in the area. The store is quite large, so there is plenty to look through. Eventhough, it is busy the store is neat and it is easy to find what you are looking for.

Best quality clothing store that I love, and I visit at least once a week as their selection always changes. Pieces range from classic to eclectic and you do get what you pay for. Have had some of my Zara pieces for years and they still look brand new.

The clothes and styles are cute, but as many of the other reviewers have already stated the customer service here is poor and their return/exchange policy is rigid and ridiculous. I have enjoyed Zara for yrs but will not be shopping there again until they develop a more customer-centric business model that puts customer satisfaction in front of corporate profit.

Im not a person who complains without a reason. I buy a lot in Zara, in Europe or here, most of the time on this store in Aventura Mall. I like the store: their cloth, their merchandising, etc. but I cannot have a good opinion about the people working there. I think they are very rude (even the weekend team or the ones during the week too). I have been experimenting this for a while. Today, they didnt even answer when I said thank you after getting my receipt. Same attitude from the people working on the fitting rooms, they dont even look at you when you are talking to them. I dont think its fair when you are expending money on their store and giving revenue to the brand. I hope the manager can train them better and keep looking at this kind of behaviors.

Im from Italy, I now live in Aventura since 2 years, ive been shopping in zara for years (including in Italy) spending thousands of dollars. But thats over. NATHALIE the cashier that yesterday evening was in the man department was terrible!! She literally told me to MOVE AWAY (exact words) and finish the line before selling me a Zara Night II (cologne). I asked how much time it would take, she said: I dont know, when im done im done INSTEAD OF ASKING THE HELP OF ANOTHER COWORKER TO GET THE COLOGNE!!!!!! (WAS FULL OF COWORKERS AROUND HER NOT BUISY) SHE SAID THAT ONLY HER CAN GET THE COLOGNE. So I step out the line and went to ask to a coworker help, as soon as she saw me talking with an other employee she screamed the name of the person that I was talking to doing the gesture to do not help me!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im so upset and mad really. FOR NO REASON BE TREATED LIKE THIS AND WHEN I GO TO OTHER COWORKERS SHE ASKED THEM TO DONT HELP ME INCREDIBLE!!!!!

Awesome clothing store! On my first visit, I was very impressed with the wide selection, fair prices, and great customer service.

If you lose your receipt even if you bought the item the day before the staff will not let you exchange or get a store credit! Also if the item was a gift they will still not accept it without a receipt!! So basically you are STUCK with the item!!! And no manager will help you! By the way so unfriendly staff and manager!! If I only remembered his name!!

Its your typical Zara....... Which means it has a great selection of basics but customer service department is greatly lacking. Snobby and uninterested minimum wage workers who somehow for some odd reason think theyre better than you? Id rather stick to their webstore if I had the patience of waiting for shipping.

I love ordering items online and picking it up instore. Most of the sales associates are awesome and helpful. Recently though, I ordered boots and it came in a huge awkward box. The sales associate gave it to me without even offering a bag for purchase. When I asked, she said well you have to go there (pointing to the register counter) to pay for one. It felt like a brush off. Maybe I expect too much but I figured it would have been nice for her to walk me to the counter and ring me up for a bag.

I went to the store on December 29 around 6 in the afternoon with the intention of returning a pants that had not been well and just for not having the receipt, the cashier told me they could not do anything, just change the same pants to another size. I asked the manager and he repeated exactly the same words of the cashier, it was not much help. This is the worst customer service I have received in this country. Places with less budget offer you at least credit store for the return of the product. I hope that this is not the style of the Zara company in the world, because you will lose meny customers in the future.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Last night 02/27/19 around 21:00 we were about to pay, and none of the cashiers wanted to do their job, they were literally doing nothing and clients were simply invisible. A latin girl (cashier) with glasses on started arguing us for the method of payment when we were already with a different cashier. It seems like they hate clients. What annoying girl!!! She didnt shut her mouth up, horrible experience at this place. IT REALLY SEEMS THEY BELIEVE THEY ARE DOING A FAVOR TO CLIENTS TO BE THERE, WHO TAUGHT THEM TO DO BUSINESS THIS WAY? Manager change your employees!

Bad service . I went Zara yesterday. 3 times go fitting room try my clothes . First time I came out from fitting room the lady asked: where is the hanger? I said in the room . She said next time please bring the hanger out. I said : ok ok I’m sorry I’m sorry.Second time I try my clothes again in fitting room . Came out bring hanger, she said :next time please bring the hanger out and also hang the clothes back to hanger. I didn’t said any word . But I also don’t want to fight outside or say any bad word to her to let her feel bad . I just leave to the cashier.In my heart I was almost want to ask her : then what are you doing here ? Why don’t you just told me next time please bring the hanger out and hang the clothes back to the hanger and also put the clothes back to the counter for us. This is what Zara hire you here ? Just to stand outside the fitting room talking with your co worker or something?And I was in the fitting room, I came out ask for other size, another guy over there try to give me attitude but thanks god he holding back .I shopping 20 years, go fitting room all kind or brand, nobody told me need to bring hanger out and hang clothes myself. That is super funny . If I’m wrong, please let me know .I really don’t like to put down people because I always think we should respect any kind of job. Nothing wrong with the job, but if you already work in customer service and still don’t do a good job, I don’t know how can you upgrade yourself to work in a big company in future.Stand your post.

BAD experience today, I’m a regular shopper off zara. Today I came to shop and waited on the line at register for 15 minutes to be seen. Emanuel at the register ignored me on the wait line to serve me, he saw me and he called actually another employee to the register to help out and just ignored my waiting as I’m no customer next in line, and served another customer that was not in line. Disgusting of an employee!!! Did he think this women will fall for him? First In line is what customers want to be treated as..
