10/26/21. Great prices in Hawaii, I googled food prices and read Hawaii didnt have onions, So I bought a bag of onions from LA, along with cooked spare ribs, rotisserie chicken, Cole slaw, cooked shrimp. Sandwich meat and 🧀 . and a whole coconut cake. So when I saw the onions in walmart #!$&!, I realized someone was pulling my wig! But it good to know that you can eat and shop well at all Walmarts!

Out if the way area. We stopped to get lunch at Maui Mikes fire roasted chicken and had to find a park to eat it. This was a surprising great park. Very low key with picnic tables. Alot of mongooses running around here. We came upon fisherman on this small lake and got a chance to see a Peacock bass for the first time every. On yes the chicken was great!

It was clean and well stocked. They dont give bags. I learned a lot of stores in Honolulu dont give bags and you pay extra for them. The cashier was nice enough to get 2 boxes for us.

Did you know 24 hour Walmart is not 24 hours? Curbside pickup is located on circle drive way on Sheridan. Inside store pick up was very efficient.

It’s a Walmart on the first floor (ceilings go up to the second floor) and a Sam’s Club on the third floor (ceilings go up to the fourth floor).They also have a multi story free parking lot attached to the building. Very interesting for being in downtown Honolulu!

They dont have plastic bags. Blue cloth bag is $0.50 ea. If you want the 12 pack Heineken, be prepared to be charged $33 and then you get to wait in the returns line for correction which is not too bad.Store is busy and they do a good job there.Dark parking garage is a little worrisome for some people.

This Walmart has a huge souvenir section with plenty of souvenir options to choose from (postcards, magnets, Hawaiian chocolate and nuts, and more. The souvenirs are priced affordably for people with a small or large budget. This Walmart also has a good travel toiletries section. And it has a world food section as well.L&L Hawaiian Barbecue is at this location.There’s an optometry department too.It’s clean, but busy, shoppers come here in droves.Parking is in the garage and that’s usually packed as well.Some workers have good work ethics and some not so good, just like just about anywhere. I literally saw one worker just nothing but walk around with the price gun punching it at nothing but air.

As always, Walmart has pretty it all. Great prices and selection. But this location has some sketchy patrons causing in store and in parking lot. Be sure to lock your car doors and women hold on to your purses.

Do all your Hawaiian souvenir shopping here! Great variety, of everything Hawaiian! Be mindful, of the less fortunate people, in the parking lot & restrooms.

Aloha, first time in Hawaii and of course you forget a few things.This location is very nice inside and out. The employees were helpful and full if smiles. The had some if the items we were needing. Were able to find some nice gifts for the family. Remember, if you rent a vehicle and have to pull into a parking garage, seek validations at any if the stores. Will return for my shopping needs while Im here and when I return in the future.

Lost my wallet thus morning while shopping with my kids at self checkout. Ladys at customer service help me out! was kinda scared to lose my wallet at 1st but she check my name to be sure and returned my wallet.Im very thankful 🙏

Great beach. Very popular. Parking was a challenge. It has a short self so the water gets deep very quickly and the waves are very close to the shore, so not so great for surfing. It has a large beach area though. Overflow parking across the street was $10.00.

Visit this store at least 2x month. Lying on the outskirts of Waikiki really is a great location for any visitor or tourist looking for gifts, snacks, drinks etc.... From a Pharmacy, Craft & Fabric, Gardening, Grocerys and more you can usually find what your looking for at this store. Even a favorite local take-out diner sits right in front as you enter into the store!

Parking here is great... Ive never had a problem looking for a parking spot when shopping here. Best time Ive found to come is about 2pm weekdays. I always use the self checkout and at this hour of the days its never been crowded... In and out.

Its a Walmart, its as expected. It is decent place to get Moana loa chocolates if youre a visitor.

Low inventory. Dirty floors. Dirty restrooms. Very run down. Needs to cleaned. Pearl City location is 10 times better and cleaner.

Love this place I do most of my shopping here, it get very crowded though.

Went at a busy time but I was able to get what I needed and left without a hitch. I had a gift card which needed help from the clerk at self checkout and she was able to solve my payment by explaining how the purchases were greater than the card amount but with her assistance I was able to complete the payment in 2 steps. Mahalo to Walmarts Assistants.

Located in an area thats centrally located for covenants and have most of what you forgot to pack for your vacation.

Friend took me while I was in Vegas. Family owned with great food, service and atmosphere. If you like good mexican food this is the place. Will eat there again next time in Vegas.

This Walmart in Honolulu is very unique in that what is the only one Ive ever been to that has a parking garage. It also has this cool escalator for shopping carts.

This Walmart was very different than the ones on the mainland. It was crowded and not terribly clean and somewhat disorganized. Still, it was a good place to get much needed supplies.

Glad it was only a little hike from our Ilikai suite. Came in handy for our picky eaters!

Its in the heart of downtown and is always busy. However, it isnt terrible. Just expect to be in there between an 1-1 1/2 hours.

If you are looking for good deals on some souviners to take home, and supplies for your stay at reasonable prices... it was the place to visit. There is a Sams Club on the top and a Wal-Mart on the bottom... all in the same place!

The most difficult Walmart to find that I have ever encountered. Few signs, many detours just to get to the parking garage, then requires an elevator ride to get to the entrance. Getting there felt like unlocking a video game achievement! Nice store, plenty of tourist merch.

Its a convenient but busy location being right in the heart of Honolulu and within walking distance of the Pagoda Hotel where I was staying at. There seemed to be ample parking for this busy store.

Right in the middle of Honolulu. Great location. Co-located with Sams Club. So if you have to hit up both places you are able to do so. My only complaint is the lack of fresh produce, and small selection of frozen vegetables.

Pretty typical Walmart. The prices are good for Hawaii and has a tourist souvenir area if youre just visiting. Contains a lot of local favorites.

Nice walmart. Free garage parking. Sanitizer given when walking in, staff all wearing PPE.

In Hawaii or anywhere else its a Walmart, BUT the parking garage is on the second level and the shopping carts have their own carry up conveyor ! Neat !

I have been visiting this store every time I am in Ohau. This store run very professionally. Store are clean and well arranged. Staffs are attentive. Unlike where I am from (NYC), they are well managed.

I continue to shop at Walmart because of their low prices. Even though it is always very crowded there at the worlds busiest Walmart which is 3 blocks from my workplace. And being so busy means they dont always have the products youre looking for. It also means you may have to wait for weeks for it to come in. They dont always have the friendliest workers either but the prices are right and Sams Club is just upstairs

Very different layout to most mainland Walmart but employees were very helpful locating everything

Do not use GPS to try to find the main entrance. It will route you to the street before the entrance and take you by the Sams entrance instead. We ended up going to both stores. Both very clean and well kept.

My go-to walmart based on location and ease of parking. customer service overall is consistently good.

Its okay you know you just have to cringe and bear it sometimes. I got my cheapest most dependable beach cruiser here for $125 cupholder and all. They have touristy stuff too at reasonable prices. The makeup prices are the cheapest of any store and usually a large selection. Try to go at off hours its insane on Friday afternoons.

Shop here frequently for basic needs. Affordable but some things you get what you paid for. So cheap price can mean cheap quality especially when it comes to furniture. But for non-perishable food items and household needs it is our go to. Store is usually kept clean and in good repair. With COVID it seems to be recovering as shelves are found bare anymore.

The location is convenient for those staying near Waikiki. However, it was really chaotic in the grocery section. Workers were restocking and paid no attention to customers around them. When we need to replenish our groceries, well find other places.

So this was definitely a different set up than what you normally see on the mainland. Its basically located in a parking garage. Good place to get island souvenirs. The only thing I was a little disappointed with was that you have to provide your own bags to carry products out. Lesson learned. :)

Anywhere you can find a local Walmart, there is a great deal waiting to be discovered! I found this gem not too far from Waikiki, Hawaii. The low prices, tourists section, and local groceries I found here took a huge financial burden off my shoulders. Highly recommend utilizing the local Walmart here in the city to save on expenses when traveling with a big family.

Clean. Fast lines. Reasonable prices. Cheaper than roadside shops and ABC stores with souvenirs.

You get what youre expecting. I do like that you can go online to see if something is in stock and it will give you the aisle number so when you get to the store you can get right to the item.

Parking hard to figure out. Sams Club parking is on second floor and above and there are lot of signs for it but Walmart parking on first floor do not have clear direction from the street. This location does not sell any bags to carry stuff, major inconvenience.

This Walmart is full of crazies in the parking lot and in the store. The store is great. Awesome workers. Fast lines. But the people are nuts. I go there couple times a month and surely enough... something new everytime. The one thing I dont like about Walmart is the checking of receipts at the door. On their website states they arent supposed to do that unless they suspect theft. With all this covid I want the least contact as possible.

Entire isle of soda. Masks are required and they dont use plastic bags. Average walmart, nothing special. Im giving 4 stars because most of the carts have something wrong with them.

My only complaint is that they added the automatic door things at the entrances. Just a note for those with anxiety or PTSD: those things will beep at you if you try to push past them to leave since they are enter only doors. They are for entering only and if you try to force them to open the other way to leave because you ended up not buying anything or paid for it at the technology section checkout (as I did since I only needed something from there) the thing will beep.As someone with social anxiety that was kind of shocking the first time I realized that. This time I ended up just walking through the self-checkout section to get out which was still not good for my anxiety.

I like going here, prices are better than on Waikiki. Also you can get clothes, gifts, groceries and more.

This Walmart is a great place to buy souvenirs from unlike the Walmart in the states it actually has its own souvenir shop section. They need to do something about the parking parking lot is very congested is better to walk there or take public transportation

Couldnt find the Whips bath towels i saw on Instagram. It had the Ala Moana store for the address. Hopefully can find it next time.

The folks managing the vaccine process were so nice! Everyone a part of that supply chain. The host at the pharmacy, the pharmacist, the person checking our card by the dressing room, the person administering the shot, the guy in the seating section.Really had a pleasant experience. Shot did not hurt at all.

Walmart is a one stop shop, it has everything you need. Glad to have this store so convenient and affordable.

Im here visiting and the location of the store is great. I appreciate the constant flow of traffic in an out while social distancing kept in place.

The Vietnamese girl at the Self checking station was extremely nice, helpful and kind. Make my sress shopping go away... i like to come back to this location store. Nice to see people happy and work so sufficient.

Very poorly stocked; a lot of shelves were pretty much empty. Some of it may be because of covid, but this has been even before the virus. The prices seem to have gone up where I could purchase elsewhere cheaper. When calling the store for assistance, the phone goes unanswered which is frustrating. This has been a problem for a few years.

I loved it nice clean Im use to a super center but I found everything I wanted 😌 it was an awesome experience

Walmart is a convenient supermarket, the stuffs are friendly and very patient, all the Walmart are big, clean and bright, I like the environment, China has Walmart too, but there are too many people, hot and crazy place there. So I recommend Walmart Hawaii.

Perhaps the most unusual Walmart Ive ever been to. The store itself spans two floors and has a unique human and cart escalator system. Parking is interesting, too.

Though well laid-out I found them out of several items I would have thought were basic stock items.

Great to have a store without inflated tourist prices. It is VERY busy but the checkout line was still very fast. Totally recommended.

What can I say about Walmart? Walmart has just about everything for your home from food to furniture as well as a pharmacy and clothing. This Walmart also has a fabric department for your sewing needs. The employees are generally friendly and helpful. I like the covered parking and Sams Club is next door. So all in all its pretty much a one stop shopping when buying things to keep your home running.

Always clean and organized. Always enough registers and self checkouts open in the evening. Just weird that if I return something that I have to exchange it for something in the same department. Other than that, its probably one of the more clean Walmart Ive been in... ever.
