This place has tons of cute, cool things to get. We got some awesome shirts and masks here, but make sure when you get clothing to ask about the fit because the shirts do run in smaller sizes that what youd usually be. I do love their items here.

Great gifts to send to friends and family. Nice clothing and accessories for yourself and to coordinate with family.Bought coffee, snacks, jewelry, souvenirs, and a wrap skirt to mail home. USPS is a block or two down the mall so it was easy to wrap the fragile items in the skirt and ship.Theres also a website to order from.Staff was nice. Found everything I needed for all the people on my list.

This shop has a wide selection of floral printed shirts and dresses. They had the most floral printed shirts and dresses than any other shops we visited. There were several other kinds of souvenirs also available. We did not end up buying anything though.

Found a lot of goodies in this store! Wanted to buy a dress & matching shirt but they were expensive. I still bought a few things & I am very happy with my purchase!

Pretty middle of the road for clothing but the plus is that you can get sets of matching shirts and dresses for weddings and stuff. If youre tall, dont expect to find something that fits.

Employees the day we went in were really helpful. Classic garments if youre really looking 4 aloha shirts or mumus this is the place to come dont mess around with the cheaper stores they are not the same I assure you.

Lots of hawaiian shirts, dresses, and tourists souvenirs are available here. Some items may be available at other stores for less cost, but this place has a wide assortment under one roof.

Very expensive for cheap stuff made in China dont think I will ever be back bit very clean store

The free shuttle from the ship to the store is what enticed us to check out this place. Upon exiting the shuttle, we were greeted by a store employee who leid us before escorting us the short walk to the store. The selection of items was amazing. They also had free with purchase at three different price points at checkout. When done, we were able to look around at some of the other stores in this huge shopping center, then go back to Hilo Hatties where we were given a number to board the shuttle back to the ship. The shuttle runs about every 20 minutes.

It has changed since 2000 era. I miss all the dresses they used to have. I wanted matching pattern for my husband and i..could not make it work. The old pick a clam and see whats inside trick is just awful. They need to stop that.

Nice folks, just know that you might pay more for some items. It is a great place to get a few items, but know that there are items - such as clothing, that is seriously marked up. Look here, get some ideas, but dont commit just yet. They have a great selection of other small items to bring home.

We havent been here in years. All I can say is it does not seem the same as when they were in their own building that is now closed. Also, it seems much of what they have can easily be be bought at ABC or the. branded shirt shops, some right in the direct mall. Employees seemed friendly, but watchful. Felt a little uncomfortable, but maybe that is because it was not busy at time. Not sure I would recommend going out of your way to go here, as it used to be.

Smaller (and the only) version of the old Hilo Hattie Factory before the factory was closed. I still miss the old factory where you had more selection as well as outlets in all your other islands. Hence 2 less stars.

Iconic shop for island styles, but much smaller than I expected. In southern California, these stores double as a Hawaiian cultural center.

Really nice selection and good prices. The only downside is having to deal with parking at Ala Moana and the store can feel a little cramped sometimes if there are a lot of people in there.

We love shopping at Hilo Hattie for a long time. We have been getting our matched outfit for various eventsBut now there is no longer the flagship stores. We having depended online orders. I have a lot of blouses from there and I try not to wear them out too fast.

Didnt have mens style Lavalava

Its a sign of the times. This store was wonderful in its day. They would do alterations right on the spot. Letting out seams taking in seams alterations no charge it was wonderful. Now so much of the Aloha clothing is coming over from China so cheap people dont want to pay for local work.

I really thought this place was only for Tourist, but boy was I wrong. Very Very nice items and at reasonable prices. Im so glad I went and came home Excited with all my new items.

The selection is okay but super expensive. Better off going to the ABC stores. The free shuttle driver was nice but everyone else we talked to there had attitudes or were not very friendly. This was the only place in Waikiki that didnt have the aloha spirit. disappointing... :/

This is one of our favorites. We love visiting Hatties whether were on Honalulu or Kaui. They always treat us like cousins. We had a coupon issue and they didnt blink an eye fixing it. They are wonderful.

Not the cheapest, but the quality and designs are very nice. Theres also a Kamaaina discount which makes some pieces worth it. Ladies who worked there were also very helpful and friendly.

Nice place to get some souvenirs for your family back home but a little overpriced.You are greeted with a seashell lei when you arrive and there are refreshments indoors, iced cold water and juice which is nice on a hot, humid, Hawaiin day. Lots of photo ops on the volcano, the worlds largest Hawaiin shirt and statues. Theres a band playing inside and you can look through the glass wall as they teach hula lessons and they have a snack bar.

Excellent customer service & prices

It is definitely a tourist stop and some of the prices seem high, but all the clothes are actually made in Hawaii, the staff are all friendly and helpful, and there was even a booth for Hawaiian crafts and free hula lessons. Some people call the clothes tacky, but when I visit the islands for a family gathering all my local relatives wear those shirts for formal events. I also dont mind paying paying more for something thats made in the USA, rather than getting something thats made cheaply overseas. All the negative reviews complain about price, but make no mention of service. I found quite a few good deals and had a great shopping experience... They also have really clean bathrooms which is always a plus. I dont get to do tourist stuff very often when I visit, but its still fun when I get the chance. I definitely recommend this shop for people doing the tourist thing, even if you dont buy anything more than a candy bar.

Fun to go see and the culture activities are fun to do but activities are only at very few times and it is not cheap.

We have always shopped at your store on Maui (10+ trips) when in the islands. To say we were disappointed at the shrinkage of your store and lack of selection would be a massive understatement. The corner ABC store has a better selection. It was a waste of time to even enter as you now present a lousy selection of products in such a minute space.

This place is a little on the expensive side and definitely touristy but they have a great selection. I was able to find an Aloha (Hawaiian) shirt that I can get away with wearing anywhere.
