Super friendly staff & incredible coffee! Stopped here multiple times on vacation because it was just so yummy!

Cute little coffee spot located in the lobby of the SurfJack Hotel.No food (just cookies) but the coffee is excellent. Flat white is strong and perfect (Aussie standard!). Unfortunately no late art this morning but yesterday afternoon’s barista did do great latte art.Only two seats out front, so mostly takeaway.We decided to sit in the airy open-air hotel lobby and they were cool with that - cool retro vibe, very nice.

Very good place to shop buy and also drink coffee hanging out for awhile. It is very different, they have taste of the product with prices. Good services and staff as well. Very relaxing without any hassle.easy location.

Best coffee when staying in Waikiki! A few credentials: worked as a barista for 4 years, lived in Australia and New Zealand where the piccolos, flat whites and cortados are simply the best. We’ve ventured to a few other coffee shops in the Waikiki area in search of delicious coffee worth the hefty price, and thought we were set at Kona. But after venturing here to Olive & Oliver’s, there is absolutely no reason to go back to over priced, impersonal service and pretty good coffee at Kona when Olive & Oliver’s is slinging dank coffee with a lovely barista out of a boutique hotel. Much happier paying $3.50 + tip for a great cortado vs $5 from Kona and them begging for a tip. MUST TRY THE COFFEE HERE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Super cute boutique coffee shop located in the lobby of the hotel. If you’re not staying there, it’s difficult to park or determine how long you need to plug the meter for. It took a while (more than 5 minutes) to get a honey latte made, as there is one barista and others may be in line ahead of you. Love that they have retail there too but the selection of merch was a bit disappointing. Had hoped for more of what I saw online.

Bought 3 lattes, and asked to get a paper cup for one of the iced lattes which my wife would have liked as it was prettier. they were obnoxiously rude and refused to give me one, I even offered to pay for the price of the paper cup. Terrible customer service.

We walked 25 minutes every morning, and a few extra times throughout the day for a coffee while we stayed in Waikiki. Great coffee, and every staff we encountered were friendly and always happy to help us out with recommendations xx

Fabulous boutique. Hannah was very helpful bringing me clothes that I loved and fit perfectly. Very impressed with this store. Location also a plus as it was at the Surf Jack Boutique Hotel where we enjoyed Brunch.

A little disappointed to say the least. Coffee was bland, the vibe was eh.. The only positive i have is the colour layout of the cafe.

Pretty good coffee here with friendly attentive service. The little boutique is also very cute with fun and casual clothes. Need a shot of expresso or something more complicated, they can do it Lickety-split. Prices are decent and there is a stamp card if you plan on being a regular. Its great to find something other then the big chain coffee shops around that offer quality and good tasting coffee options.

Best coffee in the Waikiki area thus far, and the Barista was a legend (sent us to Heavenly down the road for brunch). Slightly light roast with a similar flavour to Flight Coffee back home in Wellington.

Cute clothes and prints but staff was super unhelpful, not greeting or answering questions without attitude. As a coffee lover I grabbed a cold brew on my way out and could barely get it down it was so sickly sweet.

Place was ok kind of cute. Barista was very very rude. Unsatisfied with my experience and would not go again.

Great place for Australian style coffee and espresso at a decent price

This was the cutest coffee shop Ive seen in hawaii! It is located within a hotel and their store is half coffee bar half clothing store. I really loved the aesthetic and vibe of this little shop but the only thing is that their coffee couldve been better. Even if they had coffee flavorings I would have rated them higher so I think this would be a more instagrammable place rather than a regular coffee joint kind of spot.

Stopped by on Thursday for a coffee as I was staying at the Surfjack Hotel. The barista was having a long, loud phone conversation. After five minutes went by I cleared my throat so she would notice that a costumer was there. She turned and glared at me and continued her conversation. I turned around and left. Horrible costumer service that is a mismatch for the cuteness of the store.

There is a select shop and a cafe. Good-looking miscellaneous goods and clothes are lined up.Not only was the coffee in the cafe delicious, but the cups were also nice.I spent a cup of coffee by the pool at the hotel, but I think its a very nice place away from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki.

I love this shop.Olive and Oliver at the entrance of Surfjack Hotel is a select shop where you can buy wonderful clothes.There is also a coffee stand where you can put delicious latte in a cute cup.The pineapple pattern is very cute and very popular, but if you request it, it will be made into that cup.The original T-shirt is also very fashionable, so I recommend it as a souvenir.

Fashionable select & coffee shop. Although it is cheaper than Japan, there are branded products that can be purchased at other department stores. There are many products that are not on sale, but there is no way to do it because all of them have a good taste. Mens products may be more extensive than womens. The surfjack hotel brand T-shirts and eco bags are cute and recommended.

A small boutique in a hotel that is hot on Instagram. There are a lot of Japanese customers, including myself, who come for goods such as original T-shirts from hotels that can only be bought here. Its a small shop, but the selection is good!

Ice latte was better than ice americano. There are chairs for two people in front of the store, and most of them are taken to takeout.
