Horrible horrible service . We went to return a few items because they didn’t fit and one still had a theft tag left on the article of clothing ( which is weird they never went off when left store so they probably don’t work just for show ) I told them we would be exchanging items, I brought the items to exchange but yet she fully refunded our previous purchase which would mean it would take 3 days to get the funds available. I’m not a rich man and didn’t want to spend more money waiting on a return that wasn’t even supposed to happen . The manager said it’s her fault she should have watched over the newly hired person to make sure it went correctly !!! Than they made us feel bad because they messed up ! I’m sorry but there should be more customer respect and there was none ! We spend a lot of money here but will no longer do so. What if we were tourist and you sent us hike with security tags still on the shirts and we couldn’t return ! None of that was even addressed even though was brought up . Horrible customer service is all I can say !

Always a cool store, right on the strip in Waikiki. Quality apparel at mid range prices. Look in the back for the sales & u cant go wrong.

A very big and clean two-story store with really nice staff. However they dont have parking and do not validate it from a structure either (some would say duh its in Waikiki, but its still a factor). I came here to pickup a couple LPs and the checkout was very fast. When I had to come back and return a damaged item they were nice and fast too!

Best urban outfitters store I have been! They have really stylish things for everyone, this is a great store to do some vacation shopping when you get to Waikiki. Internal decoration looks very nice too.

Their style is really different. Dont get me wrong, i like different just havent found anything lately in their like my style.

Great time to go to Waikiki because Covid keeps the crowds away. Shopping was such a peaceful experience. Prices are definitely marked down so I really feel like I got more bang for my hard earned buck. Additional discounts on already reduced items.

Great clothes, good prices, friendly staff!

Store is clean. Typically very busy, but it is on the corner in a major tourist area so what do we expect. It is Urban Outfitters so you know they rotate in very cute stuff and some great graphic ts. Take it or leave it, but you could just go jump in the ocean in whatever cute fit you just bought a few minutes from the beach.

Great service and staff. Everything you would expect from an Urban Outfitters from home goods to bathing suits. Store gets a lot of traffic and is kept neat for as busy as it can be. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The workers here are very friendly and helpful, which is great. Although it is an expensive brand, Urban has many great sales. It did have an odd seaweed smell, which others may enjoy, but I did not. Otherwise, I definitely would reccomend others to shop here.

A Hipsters dream!Stores like Urban Outfitters do not usually appeal to me, but this store changed my opinion.After walking past the store, I noticed in the window a few records so I had decided I would go in and have a look. Upon looking at the stock, I ended up walking out with a bag full of records! The selection was not very big but I was able to score a few good albums.While the clothing is not of my taste, my friend was able to pick up a few items for a very appropriate price.We were helped by a lovely staff member and was assisted in any way possible.I highly recommend this store to anyone who is wondering past it, the atmosphere is very fun!

Its a bit of a hunt to find things here. Deals are pretty good if you do find something. No real customer service, a little chaotic, some fun random stuff.

This Urban Outfitters is pretty big compared to some in other states so they have a larger selection of clothes, toys, makeup, etc. The only problem with this particular store is it seems to frequently be short-staffed so it makes checking out longer, getting help harder, and difficult to find someone when you need to try things on. Also a word of warning, theres no restrooms open to the public near here, but you can go to the hotel near the store and ask for a key card to get into the restrooms.

Decent selections. Okay prices. Some fun stuff and a great spot for a budget conscious beach goer on vacation.

Same as all urban outfitters. Unfortunately they do not have a wide range of mens clothing at all- which was a disappointment.

This is the one and only Urban Outfitters in all of Hawaii and it didn’t disappoint. It was two levels of all of our favourite brands of clothing for women and men. The service staff were friendly and helpful and the sales section was full of great products. My family and I can all spend hours in these cool stores. The only one on Oahu! Open late usually. They have decent sale items. Staff are friendly, especially in the fitting rooms, theyll do their best to get you your size from the floor or backstock.

Found out the item we purchased had a rip in. When we contacted them they said wed have to return in country... Really poor customer service for a global company. Shame on you Urban outfitters!

Walked in to browse their clothing but as soon as I stepped in the store I was overwhelmed by a terribly strong stench which got stronger the further I entered the store. I suspect the restaurant next door is the culprit. The smell was too overwhelming and I had to walk out.

There are plenty of items in the spacious store. I am free and can shop slowly.

Where you cant escape. I feel like I will go often. A hot editing shop with a unique design. I stayed a long time for the fun to target the sale items.

A select shop that has not yet landed in Japan. I personally love the interior selection.

Most of the impressions are more than $ 60, but every outfit is attractive. Recommended for those who are tired of Japanese clothes. This is a fun shop just looking at miscellaneous goods. If you come to Hawaii, you may be good as a souvenir (reward?) For yourself. Im waiting for landing in Japan.
