Professional staff, kind, welcoming, and my favorite store in Waikiki.

Why do I always get a vibe get out... Feel uncomfortable.So I have to go Ala Moana. They have nice people. Except I dont like Ala Moana splits up men and women and have fewer products and always need to ship from Waikiki.

Bought a wallet and a backpack here. The lovely woman helping me was so attentive and really cared about my needs. She took out all the backpacks she had and we looked online for more. Juice and cookies were served. Packaging was beautiful. Staff are all very friendly. Loved the experience.

This place was great mostly for the experience. When I usually go into designer bag shops they usually are slightly pretentious and rude about the experience.With this place, at first I was not allowed in because I tripped up the stairs (he thought I was drunk lol)But when I got in, the lady at the desk was super nice and accommodating, and then the manager who we worked with earlier welcomed us back! Then we went through the whole process of buying a bag but the ladies were very sweet and I enjoyed how the experience was. My wife has become a loyal customer because of this experience here.

Prada staff are always friendly in many of their stores and dont judge you like many other luxury stores do. We had exceptional service from Mayumi Sasaki.

A pair of shoes (at a retail $750 plus the sales tax) was bought a day before, and needed to return with a reason the back inside of the shoes leave stains on the heel of the socks. Store manager name starts with a letter S would not accept return nor gives a store credit because it was warned. He was rude by saying showing the stain on the socks was the customers problem. Very poor customer service and overall experience at the store was unpleasant.

A Japanese female employee was very kind. I was disappointed because the quantity of bags was low.
