I called to ask for a specific shoe, and they told me they did have it, and i asked again with more detail of the shoe just to make sure we were on the same page, and she said that they did have it but she wouldn’t be able to have them on hold for me, i said that’s fine. So i drive all the way from Kapolei to Honolulu and when i got to the store they told me they didn’t have them. And when i asked if i could talk to whoever i was on the phone with they told me that they probably left for the day.

The manager Daniel was great. I called him from another FootLocker to ask him about a pair of shoes. He said no worries ill take care of you. Thanks Daniel!

Covid practices in place...mask required... ample time to shop, try on-available, large assortment of sizes available... children...men...women.. lots of colors, and styles... a sneaker heads paradise post covid (almost)

If you’re a sneaker head, this is not the place for you. Employees are unorganized and uneducated on sneakers and their inventory. They consistently give me false information saying that they have a shoe only to look in the back and “not have it anymore.”Some of the staff are great but others give poor costumer service. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of places to get sneakers in Hawaii so I’ll have to deal with it...

Ignored for over 10 minutes then the salesman quickly came to the conclusion that they did not have what I was looking for and gave me directions to another shoe store! Never again will I shop there.

Last Saturdays a was shopping at Footlocker. All the Employees are very nice and helpful. Thats very good Customer services.

I liked because they didnt have a size in something that I was looking for they had options for me.

I was looking for a specific pair of running shoes. They didnt have them, but they made sure to find them for me at another location within the mall. They were very helpful and friendly.

I came here to buy a new pair of running shoes. Not only was I not served, but three of the salesman were chatting loudly to each other right in front of the shoes I wanted to check out. They were swearing and calling each other “gay”. I left without buying anything and I won’t come back.

Picked up some great Nike trainers that I wouldnt be able to find in Australia. The staff were friendly. But I dont understand why you do not add your taxes to the sticker price.
