Worst store hospitality. Would not do an exchange. store closed five min before I ran back. I Talked to the manager she said there’s nothing she can do after hours. I run a retail store I know this is not so. I would normally go back the next day but our flight was leaving in the morning. After I explained this to her she directed me to another store in Honolulu. I then told her we don’t have a car we are staying local. She said sorry and closed the door. I guess this is aloha.
