Absolutely lovely! I go there when I can and the staff are so friendly! They have ghost merchandise and much more! Everything is priced reasonably and I would recommend this place for all ages and for anyone to go there.

This stores environment is great. The employees are super friendly. The shirts are great and comfortable. Its like everything Id ever ask for at a retail store.

I was looking for Woody from Toy Story and they had very few items in the store. Luckily, there ware items online and the staff were very efficient in helping me order my items from the website. They were all very conscious of the number of folks in and out of the store and greeted everyone by asking for their number to see if they had rewards.

The Hot Topic store in the Ala Moana Shopping Centre is jam packed from top to bottom full of cool products. I love Hot Topic. This store in particular is extra cramped! Our recent visit was a bit annoying. We waited in a line to get in. Maybe a few people deep. When we waited next, it took at least a couple minutes. When she finally let us approach was when she notified us that our Godiva bag was not allowed in as its a (opened) food. Wasted some time nearby tucking it into our bags... Then went back to wait in line AGAIN. Other than that, I normally find what I need here.

Caters to younger crowd. I used to love to shop there for my kids, through their teen years and now young adults. The last couple times I went in to look for gifts, the staff didnt really acknowledge me, which would have been fine, if they didnt cheerfully greet the younger group of people that came in shortly after me 😕 Hopefully its not an on going thing. Other than that, Ive been shopping at Hot Topic over 20 years, first in Texas, then was excited to find them in Hawaii when we returned home in 2005.

Just like all over hot topics, this one is now a Disney anime video gamer utopia. Just dont go in expected space, as the shelves are about 3 apart as per minimum ada laws, even if the are stuffed to brimming and like to catch purses and loose clothes on the bars. Plenty of clothes for med/smalls, but if you need anything else dont bother, the one shirt or hoodie you want will be sold out in your size. Its better due to covid right now but normally you end up shoulder to shoulder in the crowded store, so if you get overwhelmed by crowds try their site to store delivery service so you can get what you want before you run out of energy.Things you can find there are Funko pops, loungefly bags, Disney, Harry Potter, and various blasts from the pasts from the 80/90s, and a few die hard band tees.

A clean store and the staff are so so exceptionally friendly, patient and more than happy to help in anyway!! I cant stress how lovely everyone and the store was! Would rate higher if i could!

God forbid there be more than three people in the store with how closely the merchandise is set up, but that seems to be common in Hot Topics. At least I could hear myself think over the music.Signs explaining the deals were confusing but they do give military discounts so all was well.

Always fun store with sales galore. You can probably find something fun for everyone in your family!

Sales and clearance prices here are great. Theres lots of stuff to look through (regular priced and sale) but it can be hard to find what youre looking for... the store can be pretty unorganized and its packed- not much room to move around and can feel claustrophobic. The staff are helpful though. They always seem to have lots of Disney products, if thats your thing.

When we have visited the last several times, weve bern helped and greeted by a representative named Kamanao. She is knowledgable, friendly, personable, and always has a beautiful disposition. Shopping can be stressful but she manages to put a smile on my face. I enjoy the sales they have, the products, and rewards program there. They have a variety of items and most of which you can find for different age groups. The quality and prices for their merchandise is very reasonable. I truly enjoy my shopping experiences when we visit.

Good place to shop for graphic t-shirts. Got a Mother of Dragon game of thrones shirt. No dressing rooms is a bit odd tho..

Greeted by employees and everyone was really friendly. Only 4 stars because it is super crowded and hard to maneuver inside the store.

Employees are very helpful and courteous, a little pricey, but they have a good clearance section

This is a good place to get some nice cheap shirts, acc. etc. If you hunt out deals you can leave with a ton of cute and sexy things for cheap. There was also a girl there wearing pearly cat ears that had some awesome service.

Lots of great stock, accommodates for many fan bases, wish we had this in Aus

Alot of different things good to shop for teens

Although a bit narrow, theres always a huge selection of cloths and accessories with sales on practically everything year round

I use to love Hot Topic, but the whole trendy, grungy thing they had really died fast. It was a great place to go listen to new music, but now we have iTunes, so Hot Topic isnt needed so much. High schoolers filled with angst still love this place.

I was looking for a steven universe pop!f figure, so i checked online and found this store.im on a holiday and i really needed to get one because i just found out that they had already been made, so i got to aloa moana and searched for the shop. i got there, and asked a girl about a garnet, its a really popular one- so most have sold out. she was very kind and searched for one, but couldnt find one. she searched again and found one left, and i was so excited! there was a deal on, so i got a steven too! Overall, this store was great!
