Beautifully-renovated, spacious site with plenty parking, but clothing size selection is moderate at best for popular items, and, please take note to go to the bathroom before arriving. No public restroom there, but there is the gas station across the way LOL Courteous staff, but they had to tell me, no, a lot -- not what youd expect from a dedicated store that size. I like their cups!

I LOVE this place!!! Patagonia makes the best stuff, and this place sells it. The new store is HUGE, and has everything. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. They sell t-shirts you can only get here.

The store may be small but they have it set up nice. They have a safe spot for the littles to play so parents can shop. Even the clothing & accessories selection for the littles is fantastic. The PatAloha line is AWESOME! Store is always busy but the floor staff is friendly and will help you find what you are looking for!

I love Patagonia and what they stand for. They pay attention to sustainability and use a lot of recycled and renewable materials in the manufacturing of their products. They also stand behind the quality of their goods and will make right whatever the problem is.The Honolulu store is outstanding. Jordan and the rest of the crew are super cool, friendly and knowledgeable about their stuff and also about many of the outdoor activities that their clothing is made for too.A big bonus for the Hawaii locations is that they also carry FCD surfboards and surf gear. These boards are mostly EPS and epoxy and will practically last forever. I own a fish, a funboard and a noserider from FCD.The downside is that everything is so darn expensive! But you do get what you pay for. Sometimes when I dont need something right away, Ill wait for a sale when they clear out the previous seasons inventory. You can score some great deals then.
