I had an awesome experience at TNF yesterday. Sarah is seriously the sweetest and most helpful employee and you can tell she truly enjoys what she does. I’ve been an advocate for TNF for years, but she makes this location special. It’s been a long time since I’ve had fantastic customer service. Someone give that girl a raise!

Got in and got out. They didnt have what I wanted, but I was offered to order it, I just took the next best thing instead. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Had a great shopping experience here. I found I found variety of outdoor wear I needed for a trip. Fitting rooms were open, staff was friendly and very helpful, and they offer a military discount!

If I live in Honolulu, Hawaii, I dont think I can buy most of the clothes sold. Most of them are made of thick material.

Bought a pair of hiking shoes here, store was very busy. Did not have alot in stock but I was able to get some items I wanted.

Great service. I was able to place an order through them for delivery to the store since they didn’t have a specific size/color in store. Painless and the staff were all very nice.

Went with my wife to get her a winter jacket that was also water repellent. There was none her size so I had to order it from California and it arrived fast via courier to Hawaii by Tuesday after Black Friday. However we found an alternative in the story, so a refund was apples and I paid the difference.The sales guy was quite cool because something I bought from another store was setting off their alarm.

Were so happy that there was a North Face store in Honolulu. They have a lot of coats/jackets for everyone. The store was extremely busy and you could find everything for all temperatures wherever you needs the proper clothes items. I hope this store will remain here for a long time. Im going to needs a new boot soon. Hope Ill find it on sales.

The store sells outerwear with waterproof coating, making it waterproof rather than water repellant, of course youll need to take care of the jacket with special steps its a good investment. Its expensive, but worth the investment if you plan to go towards more colder climates. Northface sizes go to the larger size, great for layering up but be careful about that.

Went here for some solid hiking shoes, was helped by a nice lady. The selection was limited but she ended up bringing me some options from the back that hadn’t been put on the floor yet! I ended up getting the black pair because of the comfort it provided, as well as the support, the GORETEX feature, and the pattern on the bottom. Since purchasing them, they have proved very reliable especially for muddy rainy trails.

I wanted a good jacket to go to the ski lodges in Japan. Did I mention that it had to be a GOOD jacket? This is the place where you find that good jacket. It was a convertible jacket and the sales person knew his inventory. Usually they are pests that try to sell you the most expensive item but not these guys. They ask what you will be using it for and they find the answer. I needed a jacket that can handle minus degrees with wind chill and then converts for a warmer 20s to 30s and they found it. Removable inserts, reversible. Does everything except cooks dinner. Pockets everywhere, overlaps to keep the bone chilling winds out. Waterproofing and rain proof zippers. Price was large but relative to the features and Quality. This was quality stuff. I rarely took it off because it breathed well and didnt weigh like wearing chain mail. No wonder when you watch National Geographic and they are on Everest, they are always wearing North Face gear. Theres a reason for that, and its quality.

My shopping experience in this TNF store exceeded any expectation. I came to buy a backpack after looking for one for a while and got the best recommendations and fully professional advice. All workers did theirbest to make me the most satisfied without pushing to buy anything at all. The North Face Store is located in the Ala Moana Shopping Center on the Ewa (West) end. Fantastic selection of cold weather clothes and foot wear. Dont forget to sign up for the rewards program. Great customer service.

I had an awesome experience today. I am going snowboarding in three weeks and needed to buy a lot of things and knowing that would be very expensive made me feel a little anxious. I hadn’t been in the snow for more than 15 years so I also felt really lost to what to buy. But with the amazing help from Jake I was able to understand perfectly everything I needed. He helped with everything and was really knowledgeable of all the products. He with a lot of paciente explained all with many details which made really confident to spend almost $500. The snowboarding jacket and pants, beanie, another hoodie to use underneath were on sale which helped me a lot. The quality of the clothes are really high and everything is really pretty. I am 100% satisfied and will shop at the North face ala moana forever. Mahalo Jake!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Its freezing inside. Theres a phone charging station available while you are looking around for a new jacket. And free wifi. The store is always neat and tidy. And the kettle bell door stop is fun.

They have a larger offering of casual clothing, bags and crafts that appear locally made.

This store has only ONE dressing room. I wanted to try on just 1 athletic top and waited for almost 10 minutes. When the door opened, the customer said she was not finished, gave 6 tops and 4 pants to the sales clerk and asked for more tops! The sales clerk, who knew I had been waiting from the beginning did nothing to help me. Needless to say, I left and will never buy from this store again. I will also tell all my friends and Facebook about this!

The size of the store and the goods are all right.However, I think that it is better to place an order on the same day you arrive in Hawaii, print out the sale product from the US North Face official website, print it out before you leave for Hawaii. Orders and arrives in about 4 days (it will slip when sandwiched between weekends)If you stay for a week, you will definitely get it. It is cheapest to buy sale items from the net. Patagonia is also good. July and Black Monday are cheaper in time.Finally, there are many differences between Japanese products and those sold in the United States. It is difficult to grasp the difference between high price and low price. It is about 20-30% cheaper.Japanese products dont have a big size (unlike uss XXL), so if you need something bigger, you should buy it overseas. Even if you purchase at us Amazon, it will arrive immediately, so you can send it to the hotel.If you are out of shape, you can buy it in the mainland.However, there are some copy products.It is safe for items other than those that are highly traded online.
