Usually Purchase my shoes from here decent selection selection and ha used to have good service today I went in when in get told them what I have what Im looking for why I need it and they said well which one do you want do you want no help whatsoever Im a guy then a woman comes in let me come in try some one pair of shoes and they all give her multiple examples of good shoes why they would be good Service here is lacking today

7 employees on the floor and no one asks if you need assistance. Female employee texting on cell phone. Male employees looking down as customers walk around store not interested in assisting customers. My niece goes to ask for a sweater in her size and the female employees response hold on I dont know where it is. I need to go n look for it. Customer service training highly recommended.

Excellent selection of shoes and the only store on island that I have found that carries the Adidas Marvel Hero Elite promotional shoes. Champs offers a 20% military discount as well. Only reason for a 4 star was that there were 4 employees working very passively with all of 2-3 customers (including myself). Even though the store had exactly what I wanted, I had to flag down a worker to get some help with sizing.

The selection for adult shoes is decent, but for kids shoes is abysmal. Better going to Pearlridge mall for kids. The customer service is also just decent. Ive shopped here a few times and sometimes I get a great employee who is helpful and sometimes I get someone who feels like theyd rather not be there.

I went in to ask advice on which running shoes have a more narrow toe box and no one working there at the time did any running but did offer advice from runners they knew.

Wanted to buy a good pair of running shoes for the gym. The Philipino guy working just asked offered to help but only offered me the shoes on sale. After 10 secs he just walked away. Im guessing he thought I didnt have money because I wasnt his average tourist. Thanks for making me feel unwelcome in a place I was born and raised

Staff was low energy. It is like they are there just to get paid. Maybe they should be on commission...it will give them incentive

I was actually shocked for the first time in my Champs buying experience after 25 years of Champs experience, I am actually a frequent shopper there. I went there today to buy my sons school shoes and actually found a pair of all black 270s (for me) that are rare to find. They had a 9.5 that I was going to try on and then one of the employees said they don’t have any available after just looking in their inventory that they had. One of the employees grabbed the pair I was going to try on and bought them before I could and he was on the clock. I couldn’t believe that kind of shady customer service actually happens!! I will never shop at Champs again and make sure my word of mouth spreads to all my military friends as well!

We live this store. Although we never made it in. Due to covid they only allowed 6 people in store. We waited 35minutes before taking our sales of $480.00 to vans . The store coukd not accommodate myself and my 5 grandbabies. Although We will return when rhis is all over mahalo
