DONT GO HERE. Its garbage. Go to a real Verizon store (near or at Ala Moana). They know nothing here and are almost useless.No knowledge of promotions.Wasted an hour with them trying to port my phone over from T-Mobile only to be told after an hour that they hadnt done anything and I need to come back tomorrow.

First they don’t answer their phone, then drive to the shop and only one employee with 3 customers included myself . No Acknowledge . Alt least sayI will be with you. NothingWaited standing there for about 40 minutes, bad customer serviceOne star .,

The representative was very friendly and helpful. More importantly, he was accommodating to my limited knowledge of my device. It means a lot to me when I don’t have the added pressure by a rep when I’m unsure of tech details. I was informed of changes to the phone case and the sales special. I am very appreciative of the help that I receive.

I walked into Verizon at Kamehameha Shopping needing an Otterbox, screen saver and a charging cord for my car. Chad waited on me. He was kind and very patient with this Tutu. They didnt have any screen savers like I had before when he showed me this Liquid Glass screen protection. He blew my mind as I watched him put this liquid on the face of my phone! Of course it had to dry before I could inspect it but I was very happy with the outcome. I recommend this product to all. I also recommend Chad to get a raise!! Mahalo Chad.

TAYLOR was very helpful and really nice in transferring me over to my own phone line. I will definitely going back to her directly with any questions or concerns on my plan. The customer service was top notch, excellent, no words to describe! I will definitely be recommending her to everyone i know!

I worked with Taylor and Chad. All I have to say is AMAZING customer service. She stayed back an hour after closing just to finish up my paperwork. She talked to me and treated me as if I was a long time friend. Most the time I forgot about my phone! She makes you feel like she genuinely cares as well as Chad. They both went above and beyond to help me understand and make sure I was comfortable with what I was planning to do. I purposely come to Kam shopping center Verizon because of this kind of customer service. Thank you again!!

Kainoa greeted me as soon as I came through the door. He helped me with my payment and I was out the door in less than 5 minutes. This is why I am always gonna be a faithful Verizon customer, no lines or long waiting time.

My wife and I was assisted by Jastinne May Orenia at the Victra Store located at 1620 N School St #C-38. I purchased 2 Apple iPhone 12 Pro and she helped me setup and transfer the data from our old iPhones to our new one. She was very knowledgeable, proficient and provided us with an excellent explanation of the various features of our new phones. She worked with us for about 4 hours and was very pleasant to work with. Justine May provided us excellent customer service and she is a definite asset and reflects greatly on the Verizon organization.

I called Verizon Victra to find out about Verizon services. Leslie gave me very useful information over the phone, then I made an appointment to visit the store to buy a phone plan and setup an account. Leslie patiently and skillfully explained various plans and helped me pick a perfect phone plan. Then, setup and ported my number from another carrier in a few minute. I give Leslie A+ for her professionalism and promptness.

Opening time only one person. They should have 2 people servicing due to people like to come in early to purchase or bill payments. I had to wait almost 25 minutes and line was getting until 10:30 when the next available representative.
