I was having very complicated troubling problems with my cell phone so I went to T-Mobile on beretania Street in honolulu. And Janine solve the problem in about 5 minutes that I have been working on for one week with my phone problem. Terrific!

This T-Mobile location is amazing! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable! Theyre taking necessary steps to keep us and themselves safe, especially since its one of the smaller store locations. This is probably one of the busiest locations that Ive been too but I can totally see why, the service and experience youll get here will keep you coming back!

I mean like the people at the t mobile place with the experts i mean I feel like even if u ask them to help u they wont really help because all they will do is to allow u to buy new phones when u dont really need one but that is there job and thats 1 thing I cant argue with because sometimes with the old phone that u have I think u should just invest in buying a brand new one

The best service Ive gotten in 2 weeks, after trying to resolve a simple problem with my phone that 4 other employees from other tmobile locations. This location got it fixed in 10 minutes, I HIGHLY recommend this location for any questions or problems you may have without the run around.

My Dad and I came in two change two phones.Sales representative failed to mention upgrade charges; not that it was a problem - but terms and conditions much?When my Dad and I asked questions we received discourteous answer.She was very rude and I simply ask her and all sales representatives be a little more polite. My family and I have been T-Mobile customers for 10 years and this was very disappointing.We went on Dec 04 at around 6:50 PM to 7:20 PM.

Id like to thank Ms.Keawe for being patient as I came in 30 min before closing. As well for being open. I had dropped my phone in the canal which ruined the thing entirely. Decided I needed a new phone, came to find out its the only one open and 30 min away. Not only did you take the time to set up my iPhone but you brought my info back. The staffs friendly and good to talk story with. Ill be visiting this store again.

The location on Beretania Street is one of the best because Austin, an employee there, gives 5 star customer service. If you go to this location, you need to see Austin. He is very friendly, cheerful, informative, patient and helpful. This store has a good variety and selection of phones and accessories. There is a lot of parking.

I had a problem where I paid my phone off the day I got it. But tmobile wouldnt unlock it. The store along with tmobile personal work on the problem for two hours to get my phone unlocked. I appreciate them helping me and not making this a crazy ordeal. Not to mention my attitude was not cool that evening.. thank you tmobile..

They were super helpful. Switched me over to T-Mobile without a hitch. They were very nice despite the fact that I came in with 3 kids. Its been about a month now and loving my new unlimited everything plan.

I was greeted and registered as I came in the door. I had a 10 minute wait as there were 2 folks before me. The person I worked with solved the problem in about 10 minutes. She had to create a work around to deal with the idiosyncratic problem my phone had recently developed. It works great. Nice service and work.

Great service, and staff. Its just really busy average wait time is 1 hour. Check in first then go to the bank or groceries at Safeway. Have someone there just in cause.

I frequently go to this store as it is very conveniently located and usually has lots of available parking as well. When ever I have gone in, You usually are greeted within a minute or two. And if all the staff is busy you will be put on wait list. The staff never rushes you, and always answers any questions you might have.

Liked the service of the girl that sold me the iPhone but was disappointed with the service after I needed help with transferring the data from the old phone to the new phone once the ordered phone was received.Was told that they were already helping a young couple that was at the counter and that it takes up to an hour to do it, and they were closing at 9 PM. Austin Ikeda went on to ask me if I had access to WiFi and I said no. He went on at me, stating all that is needed to do the transfer at home. When he finished not explaining how to, but blasting me with what I can do at home, I just looked at him. When someone explains something to you, they pause and care if you are following or understand. Austin did not. He went on and on, over my head.I then told him that I felt like he didn’t want to help me and told him that I’ll find someone else to and left.I understand about the time limitations and was willing to come back but not talked at. He could have asked me to come back, but did not. I’ve concluded that it’s either T Mobile’s position or the location’s to sell the phone but have the customers handle their own transfers from the old to new phone by themselves.Went to the Ala Moana TMobile Store with enough time before closing, and was again sent away, this time asked to go to the Apple Store for assistance.Calling the TMobile Filipino customer service is better than going to our Hawai’i Store Locations. I do not want to buy any more phones from T Mobile locations. Got great service from the Apple Store and prefer to buy a phone from somewhere that will provide me with service.Now looking for another phone service.A letter to your corporate office may help with training on how to talk to and not at customers. It may or may not help with the servicing of new phones sold by T Mobile.

I went in to get a new phone since I lost mines. Had to ask the worker if I could peel off the plastic because last time the worker peeled it all off and I was dissapointed. Peeling plastic off brings satisfaction to a lot of people. I think workers should ask customers if they want to peel the plastic off, before they do it them selvers.

This shop rocks! Seriously. Ive been in there half a dozen times over the last few years and each and every time Ive received timely, efficient, professional and courteous service. The staff know their stuff!

Always packed. Staff is hit or miss too. Some are very helpful and some rightfully so at times lack luster and service. I like the express minimalist interior T-Mobile was going for but no so accommodating when you need to sit and wait.
