I had the best customer service ever from this location. Alex was such an amazing employee. She was so kind, patient, and helpful. I really recommend this location if anyone needs any help to switch their phone carriers to Verizon.

Went in to grab an iPhone charging cable (lightning to USB). They only had knock-offs available (non-Apple products). I grabbed one, priced on the shelf for $19.99, it then rang up for $42 at the register. Cashier told me it was priced wrong on the shelf, but knowing that they still chose to not fix that?? I did not purchase the over-priced, wrongly-priced knock-off and left disappointed. Cashier was a moron. Pricing is whack. Options were terrible. Highly recommend just avoiding this store.

Tonight my husband and I came into the Verizon in Hawaii Kai. I really needed a new iPhone mine was completely broken ! There was only one employee working. Alice or Alex ( sorry ) very helpful took care of us both, my husband had questions about our bill. The employee transferred everything for us both, took care of our issues we had and in general was extremely pleasant. We gave her 10 of 10 on the survey we got :)The reason I’m giving this 4 stars, is because there is a sign on the door stating the policy is 1 customer to a representative. The store employee allowed not 1 but 2 customers to come in and ask a question. I had to ask them myself to please leave I’m pregnant ! She could have easily locked the door. It’s not entirely her fault, but Verizon should have more than one employee working.Overall I’m very happy with the service and experience we had tonight.

I visited this location to trade-in my iPhone XS Max and upgrade to the new iPhone 12 Pro Max. I was a little nervous because its a little intimidating being the only customer in the shop. However, Alex and Jon welcomed me in and made me feel comfortable! They are charismatic, thoughtful, and highly informative! I was taken great care of and they ensured my needs were satisfied. I am extremely thankful to have been assisted by these wonderful workers!

We can’t say enough about Alex and the customer service she provided to us during our recent, several visits to the store! She made the transition to two new lines and several phone upgrades quick and painless! She went above and beyond, with her fun, bubbly personality! She’s awesome!!!

Came by looking for options for my business, we are previously T-Mobile customers. Initially I came wandering in expecting not much help as with most stores. I was pleasantly surprised to have met Alex, not only did they have the knowledge to answer my questions, they also helped me transition over from our previous carrier to Verizon. While we are still in the process, it’s been nothing short of pleasant. Alex worked hard and with patience to get my needs met. Highly recommend working with her. Alex was extremely helpful with getting my husband and I our new phones for the holidays. She took care of the set up and even put our screen protectors on perfectly. The number 1 reasons we will recommend all our friends to go see her in Hawaii Kai is because she was extremely helpful, patient through our questions about the phones, and most of all she had us laughing and smiling through the process that actually didnt take 2 hours like at some other places. Came in to replace my lifetime replacement glass face shield for my phone. Lifetime replacement no longer valid. 4 replacement shields no longer valid. Bought $40.00 replacement, salesperson cracked glass says I have to make a claim with the manufacturer costing $10.00. Really feel ripped off.

My experiences at Verizon Hawaii Kai branch havebeen excellent through the years. For example Brandon Ching who was at Hawaii Kai branch and whom I miss since his transfer to another branch.The specialists here, Young and Grant are very patient and helpful. Their friendliness is an asset for any business. I hope to see them here in Hawaii Kai for a good long time. They are definitely top notch!

The workers here are very nice, helpful and knowledgeable but the NEED to hire more people. There is always only one person working EVERY TIME I COME. I wait for over an hour before anyone even starts to help.

I have tried to set up a pre paid account on a phone I bought for my granddaughter who lives in another state. And the system is IMPOSSIBLE. I am unable to register and do an automatic deduction without having the phone with me. And... there is no customer service for prepays. Only automated service. This stinks. Won’t switch my regular account to Verizon for sure!!

Hawaii Kai Go Wireless has da best manager that any corporate would like to employ. Brandon is the most helpful and thorough employee that I have ever experienced. I will continue to patronize the Hawaii Kai location.

They have a “be back in 5 minutes” note on the door that’s been there for several hours.I wasted about 30 minutes waiting. Then went shopping at Costco, then City Mill, checked back again but they never returned.
