My phone supposedly crashed! Lost contacts, texts and photos. I was heartbroken because there were baby photos and last photos of my mom. Verizon and Best Buy unable to help. MJ at Android Hawaii recovered all of it! If you thought great customer service was a thing of the past, think again. Android Hawaiis MJ sprung into action the moment I explained the esoteric problem that nobody else could overcome (short of replacing the screen on my derelict and quickly fading Galaxy 5). With his equipment and skills I was able to move precious data from the G-5 to my new Samsung Note 10+ seamlessly. Android Hawaii rocks! MJ and his team are wireless wizards! Fastest and friendliest services around. My wifes Samsung S20 had a broken screen which was unresponsive and we couldnt get into the phone at all. MJ was able to unlock the phone and complete an expedient data recovery on it. The customer service is horrible . I called just to see if they had a screen for an lg stylo 2 . The is LCD is not broken . He could not provide me with any information . If they had the screen or not . Very confused indvidual . he asked me if I looked around and I said not yet . Said he would call me back twice with a price And never did . Very very weird expericed with an Android repair shop. Highly dont recommend until they fire that employee.
