Definitely not coming back againIt takes 1 full hours for safety check even you have an appointment.Three are only 3 lanes in this store, and it’s not first come first serve. It’s depends on how long it takes for the car in front of you finish the service. It usually takes 10 minutes to complete the safety check, but I spend the first 50 minutes waiting inside my car at the lane and watching 3 other cars come after me and get their service done before me in the other 2 lanes.If we are all paying the same amount for the same service why I need to spend more time waiting inside my car?

Service was quick. However I had to remind them to reset the oil change notification.They have a few services they checked was done, but not like tire check the guy turn on the machine but never took it off to fill my tires and stated it was done.Windshield wipers was good mine are weathered and needed changing. Cabin air filter decline I wasnt asked.A few more but those I was not concerned with. I do appreciate their insight or recommendations thats why I come to jiffy lube.I will go back, just not this one.

Did a fast oil change job at this location, but didnt provide other checks/services Normally associated with a JIFFY LUBE service.The branch on King Street near University of Hawaii Manoa did a more thorough job.

I wasnt sure about going but it was a very pleasant experience and the gentleman that was taking care of me took care of me very well relatively fast no problems whatsoever will be whatsoever well be back

Very Quick, Friendly & Knowledgeable. I took my wifes car in to get an oil change & asked if they could check the engine light for me. They not only took care of the oil change but they even went a little above & beyond by scanning our car & giving us a price quote on the spot for a few other services which turned out to be much more reasonable & affordable than quotes I got from other places. Service not as advertised. Beware of hidden fees. A 69.99 dollar oil change came to 104.00. They forgot to add the coupon which finally brought the total down to 90.00 dollars. On top of that there were only two employees working in three stalls and it took them over an hour and a half to change the oil on 3 cars. (I had to ask them to reset the check engine light and they didnt even replace the oil sticker in the windshield.)

Fast service, no appointment needed.You do not have to wait out of the car. They changed oil while I am in the car also check all lights. Even clean windshield.

Took a long time before they even acknowledged me. I sat in the car almost 15 minutes before they said anything. I think much better customer service would have been to come out, let me know you see me, tell me you will be with me in 5-10 minutes. Other than that the service was good.

We just stop there at your Kalihi branch, not to long ago for an oil change, they couldnt do it because of a coolant leak, the guys that was helping us and others were so nice and have knowledge, cause they told me I have a coolant leak, I didnt know about it. Now, I went back to the ppl I been having the same problem with and they are really nice, they are gonna fix it for us. So I give jiffy Lupe 5 thumps up Thank you guys for being helpful. Keep up being very nice and taking care of your customers like us too. Okay! Get back to work 😂😂 😂

I had my vans oil changed the other day. I had a little bit of a wait, but didnt have to leave my car... Fast and friendly service! They got the job done!!

We have Chrysler, went here for oil change, been waiting in line for an hour. Turn out they DONT CHANGE OIL FOR CHRYSLER. Why dont you put the list of vehicles that will be serviced, so that people dont have to wait for nothing.

On my after report it stated: wash exterior windshield - COMPLETED. I was in the car the entire time and they absolutely did not wash it. The after report also stated: check windshield washer fluid - ADDED. Again, it was not added because I checked it before coming AND I watched them not add it as well. Report also stated: check cabin air filter - DECLINED. That implies I was asked, and i was NOT asked at all if it needed to be checked. Instead of it saying declined it should have said “Not applicable” if anything. Poor poor service. I’ve heard many bad things about this place but I decided to give it benefit of the doubt but I was wrong. Poor poor service and definitely overpriced. I regret going there completely.

They do the job but, unreal quotes for work needed done. More messed up my dads a mechanic and what they said needed fixing wasnt even necessary. Everyone trying to make money off people right or wrong way!

There was nothing jiffy about them. Work was fine they were just really slow.

The team was Great. Seemed like most of the management was working that morning, and each one of them tended to customers immediately and professionally. I was in and out in 20 mins or so. But totally worth it.

Ive been here a few times now for oil changes and safety checks. They are always very timely and provide great customer service. They even put on my new wheels. Highly recommend this location and Jiffy Lube in general.

Fast and efficient service. In and out in about 30 mins on a saturday morning for oil change, brake fluid change, Cabin filter change, engine air filter change and a safety check. Honest guys, will give you options whether you like it done or not.

Although the employees were polite, I felt that they could do more in explaining exactly what was done to the car and what else could be necessary. When the car was ready, the guy just called my name and did not explain what was done. He just told me when to bring it in next.

I trust this team over my dealership, who’v left screws missing and components not bolted down properly.Every time I come to jiffy I’m so impressed by their thorough ethical workmanship. I went in for a safety inspection I did wait a little bit only because its fist come fist served which is completely fine and later when I got home I went to go run errands and my car would start so I called to see if something got bumped during the inspection and the manager came to my home to look at my car to check it out when we found out it wasnt anything that happened at the inspection I expected him to leave but in stead he stayed and removed my bad starter and even replaced the new one that we bought Im am so grateful for his help with it all ... He didnt have to stay and help but he did .. I will recommend this place to any one great customer service

I usually go to the Jiffy lube at university or Beretania but this location has the best service so far. I called worried about my brakes and they were helpful from the guy on the phone to the person checking my car in, then the mechanic checking my brakes. Super nice! Will definitely come back to get my oil change done here. Also a perk, its near some fast food and restaurants so if you dont want to wait there you can get some food near by.

Whoa! This place is outstanding! Really needed an oil change and happen to be driving by at 3:30p and stopped in to see if they could take me. Yes, they said!! They were friendly, fast and explained everything they were going to do on my high mileage oil change.As it turned out, I was way overdue for a new air filter (ugly black gunk stuck on the other one). They checked all my fluids, put air in my tires, vacuumed the floor and washed the exterior windows.They also brought to my attention a possible rear main seal leak.Since I came in after 3:00 pm, I got a happy hour discount of $10!! Yes, that did make me happy!! With tax, I was out the door for $94 + change and that was with the air filter.Mahalo Jiffy Lube for your quick and speedy service! Ill be back!!

Will not return or recommend.Update: owner/rep of the company reached out in response to this review & requested my contact information to continue the conversation. While I appreciate this, at the time of the incident (and well before writing this review, a long time to address the issue privately) I had emailed them directly while I was sitting at the Jiffy Lube location, and even included a screenshot of the website in question--I never received a response except after writing this review. Bummer that the only response to a customer service issue comes after a public review. But will email them again; I do appreciate the effort.--Incredibly overpriced filter and services. They do not honor the discounts they advertise even in the shop. The website for Jiffy Lube Hawaii also has coupons that the shop cannot seem to figure out how to honor. It took three people and a lot of arguing for them to even attempt it. Not the national site mind you, the local Hawaii site that lists them specifically as a location that participates in their coupon program. First time going here, and never again. Even with the gift card that I received.

I love coming here for my oil change! Always fast! Workers are always nice, always explaining the recommendations of services needed for the car. They are awesome.

They overfill my coolant reservoir causing a spill in my garage when I got home

So, the oil change is done in a pretty decent amount of time and the staff is nice. Im not sure how well the actual oil change is done or if theyre checking my fluid levels, but I can say for sure that they dont even put in an effort to vacuum out the car (included with the oil change). Ive had to talk to them twice about vacuuming my car and I dont even really have much dirt/sand in there at all. They go back in and do the job right the second time, but it shouldnt take me telling them they didnt do their job to actually have it done right.

I keep coming back here because, despite the location on a busy downtown corner, I have not had to wait long for oil change or safety check service. In fact yesterday afternoon, a Friday!, I pulled right in, got an oil change and was out in 20 or so minutes! Fast and friendly as usual I will keep coming back as I have for years now. I trust them: no complaints here!

They glued my oil filter and plug in place and overtightened the filter so the o-ring was flat...little did I know until the next oil change that. To top it off the technician glanced at my brakes to say they looked “fine to me“ when I asked if I needed new pads and rotors since my brakes screeched. Not professional nor reliable. Don’t recommend at all. Would give zero stars but that’s not an option.

Are they racist? Confused? Not run well? Smirked at me and said getting a conventional oil change “Will void my warranty.” It won’t. They did not even know the year of my minivan or use the computer. Two people told me the same thing. I called them out for lying and one said they were required to say this “by the manufacturer.“ When I talked to a different manager he said he would straighten it out. However in three times visiting I could not get a proper regular service at Jiffy Lube. Only the Beretania one I got ok service.

The guys at this location are incredible. Read the reviews before I came here and I was not disappointed. The guys say they are not salesman, theyll provide you information about your car and your options and will be really respectful of your choices. I will never go to another place.

Drove in without an appointment yet oil change was done within a half hour. In addition they topped off fluids, filled air in tires, vacuumed interior and cleaned windows. Great service!

I made the mistake of going to a competitor out of convenience (not Jiffy Lube) one time and saw how each customer was treated while I waited. Long story short, I always return to Jiffy Lube in Kalihi for fast, reliable and honest service. I learned my lesson and really appreciate these guys (and girls). Great job every time!

I was denied services,was told they couldnt start my car .I told the service lady that, thats false and showed her that the car starts right up. Its an older vehicle in good running condition. Then they did the oil change. Jiffy lube about to charge me for one of the services that they didnt do which was to rotate my tires . I question that the work was done fast. Then I was told they couldnt rotate my tires due to a nail in my tire then I ask the service person to show me the nail in the tire she couldnt find the nail. One negative experience after another at Jiffy Lubes. I will never go there again. ☹

Honestly dont like bringing my baby to places where they dont know me or my car. usually %90 of work done is performed at osungs on s king st. i was in a pinch needed them to come through. they were very careful getting it onto the lift as its lowered. they performed tasks i asked for and didnt charge me for stuff i didnt ask for.thanks jiffy lube great job!
