We bought a bed set in July for $3400. It was supposed to come by October 22nd. A long wait, but what could they do? Thats when the shipment was supposed to come. On October 20th, we call to ask about the delivery details. Inspiration informs us that the need will not actually come in until December. To be fair, they did provide us with a refund when I asked for one, but we are still without a bed and need to start the process all over again. It would have been nice for them to at least give us a quick call and tell us that wed have to wait another two months.

7/10/21 WARNING - DO NOT EVER BUY FROM INSPIRATIONS *TOTAL SCAMPaid 1K for new table - when we picked up notice there was damage immediately went back to claim.When we went back #inspirationfurniture - Manager was rude, refused to honor their 1 year warranty or 3 day return policy - claiming we damaged table when we picked up. Seriously? A totally false claim.This place is total SCAM!! Go to #Valyoufurniture instead - they honor there warranty until you are completely satisfied!!

If your going to the Ala Moana one ask to see Rick!! If your going to Pearl Ridge ask to see Devin and if your going to Kapolei ask to see Dave!! I’ve worked with all of them!! They are all very knowledgeable in what’s on the floor and can help you find what YOU want before purchasing!! Inspiration Interiors is a great place to go and look in their clearance, floor models and they always have sales!! You’ll find some great pieces to add to your homes!!

Customer service was great to work with! The day I needed to pick up, the computer system was down. Keyra was super helpful, I sent my receipt to her via text and she had the team pull the boxes. She called and texted no less that five time to keep me up to date on the status. She made sure it was ready to pick up just when I needed it between getting off from work and when the warehouse closed. Awesome work!

Went by Inspiration today mostly to take a look around because my gf and I were looking for options for a couch, ended up buying one due to exceptional service and assistance in finding one that was perfect thanks to Mattie. She was very professional, extremely friendly, and of great help. After looking at several options on our own Mattie checked back in with us and guided us to a couch based on what we were looking for and it didn’t take long at all before we were committed to buying it.We then had the pleasure of working with Lauren who was also wonderful, she and Mattie helped us process all of our paperwork quickly and efficiently and had everything complete in minutes.Over all experience was superb and I would highly recommend checking out Inspiration, if Mattie and Lauren are working you will be lucky to have them help you with your shopping.

Purchased an adjustable work desk at Kapolei store front and picked up at Campbell warehouse within 1/2 hour of transaction. All good especially since I had a 2 year old toddler on the mission with me.Got home, ready to assemble, but was disappointed to find a dent in desk. Meanwhile, got a friendly text from them to rate service - I responded in frustration with my discovery. Here’s where Inspiration Interiors exceeded my expectations.I immediately got reply from general manager with an apology, potential solution and continued communication. Within 2 hours, I had a fully assembled desk delivered to my home. Definition of awesome focused customer service!

Best selection of contemporary furniture on the island! I dislike going there because the salespeople are on commission and I feel uncomfortable, but understand they are trying to make a sale. I usually go only during sales when its more crowded and I can freely browse.

Darrian and Sio did an outstanding job in delivering and assembling my new bed frame and headboard. They were very professional and customer oriented.

I consider this similar to ikea for Hawaii. Different floors have different price levels of furniture. The lowest end furniture is nice, modern and moderately priced.

We had a very disturbing encounter with the manager of Inspiration Interiors, Rick Lopes. He is straight out unprofessional and rude. We purchased a table that they had on order for over $7,000.00 from one of their sales associate. This table would take over three months to arrive, and we confirmed with the sales associate that we would receive a complete refund if we ever changed our mind about it. She assured us that we would receive a 100% refund since this was not a special order, and since it was ordered for the store anyway. We also purchased 8 chairs and a console, our order totaling over $20,000. After receiving the 8 chairs we realized that the table was going to be too small. So we contacted Inspiration on a Tuesday to cancel the table. On Saturday the sales associate called and said that we would receive a full refund but she needed her manager to take care of it because it was purchased on a promotion.The manager, Rick Lopes, called me back after a couple hours and told me that we would be charged a 10% fee for canceling the table. I told him that my sales associate guaranteed us that we would receive a full refund and he said there was no way she would have told us that, because there is a 10% cancellation fee for all orders no matter what. He said I had to be charged the fee because it prevented other customers from purchasing the table. How is that possible when the table would not arrive on the islands for a couple more months? I explained to him there was no way we were dropping over 7 grand on a table we’ve never seen without the guarantee that we would receive a 100 percent refund if we did not want or like it. He kept on arguing with me and telling me I was wrong, and that we had to pay the fee. Rick Lopes was rude and made me feel like a liar, a cheat and a fraud for trying to scam them out of money. After going back and forth he finally said that he would call the sales associate to verify if she actually guaranteed a full refund.He called me back after an hour and admitted that the sales associate did tell us this and apologized for his misunderstanding. Really? After arguing with me for how long about how wrong I was? Why do you argue and blame the customer for lying without getting all the facts first? You should be ashamed of yourself. We were regular customer at inspiration and never have had such a horrible experience here or at any other furniture store. Great job Rick Lopes, trying to save a $7,000 sale you just lost a customer for life.I need to add that my sales associate was great and I have no complaints about her. I just choose not to purchase from or support a company whose manager has no respect for their customers.
