Purchased a mattress recently form mattress firm. They had excellent customer service and the person who helped me was also able to cut me some deals on extra cover sheets and free delivery. On the day of delivery, they guys helped me set up my new mattress and took away my old mattress.

Took care of my sister last week and today he took care of me!The last mattress I had was for free because the tenant before me moved back to Taiwan and the mattress was one of the pieces he left behind ( it was still very brand new) . I ended up putting 5 years on that mattress because it was such a comfy mattress ( I still have to double check on what brand it is) and was planning on using it til it ran to the groundWith that being said, I was not in the market for a mattress -and it didn’t cross my mind to get a new one. My sister got the lush premiere) and now I too have the best ensemble ever (Got the bundle with mattress protector, new sheets and pillows) . Quality sleep is so important these days and this is an investment to my ‘every day’ moving forward, to get up and attem !! Upon walking into the store, we were immediately greeted and made welcome. Alan asked us a few basic questions regarding our sleeping habits and recommended pillows that suited us best. We got to mattress firm around 5:00 PM. Alan helped us and showed us several different mattresses and firmness. He was very knowledgeable but all the products and really was patient with us even if it was the end of the day and they were about to close. I need up buying more than what I went in for, but that is just a testament to them using their expertise to sell me on a new bed. The proof is in the pudding when they did the demo of the bed I could feel the difference thats all I I needed in order for me to commit to the purchase.

I knew what I wanted and was in and out of this store within 30 minutes. The salesman was very thorough, but he was a little too aggressive for my style. I get that they have a brief opportunity to make the sale because once the customer leaves, they may not come back. He was typical about starting with the top of the line, then showing the mattresses that were lesser in cost. I’m happy with my purchase and feel that I paid a fair price for the product and service offered. What clinched the deal for me is that I can return it if I’m not happy with my purchase. Enjoyed shopping here at the Kapiolani Shop. Firas is my salesman, and he’ll be my salesman for life. I actually visited the store 60 days ago. Tired out every bed and decided on the Hybrid coil foam Temper-pedic. But I was also looking at the Casper Hybrid and decided to buy the Casper at $1,500 cheaper in price. Told Firas that, and he said to me, see you in a few months. The Casper was to soft, and I had constant backaches. So after 2 months I went to see Firas. I tried the beds again and this time purchased the Temper-pedic LuxeBreeze Firm. It’s been 2 weeks and I feel confident I can finally write a fair review. This bed is the bomb and I can’t be more happy that Firas helped steer me in the right direction. He’s so confident about everything, and knows how to help you decide. I bought a few pillows, sheets, and even the moveable bed frame. All at a discount. I hope Piras was able to make some commission on me. The guys at the shop were excellent. Highly knowledgeable about their products, knew how to interpret our descriptions of sleep preferences, and most importantly, were not pushy or trying to talk my wife and me into buying the most expensive product. While we were definitely being sold on buying, it was an entirely pleasant experience. My only complaint would be that the first mattress we wanted was not in stock. While we hope our new bed lasts for many years, we would be happy to return to this shop again if and when a new bed is needed.

Good place great experience, Mr. Faris was the one who helped my wife and I out, being we went in with the intent to purchase a mattress making our choice on the mattress was fairly easy. Bought a new bed and frame. The salesperson was very helpful in explaining the different choices and options and patient while we made our decision. Delivery options were pretty quick. The only difficulty was that they won’t haul away the old bed frame. It’s going to be a bit of a challenge getting the old frame deconstructed and out of the house-
