Best part was when I decided to purchase they had the items in stock, good price and had it delivered 2 days later (they only deliver Tuesdays/Fridays to the east side of the island). Upon walking in I was promptly greeted and received awesome friendly service throughout the whole process! The worker, Angelina, made the whole choosing process of the bed very easy! Today was my second purchase at this location and Im so happy. Danielle greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and made me feel welcome. I fully intended to just look at options today and shop around at other furniture stores but the mattress was so affordable that I made a purchase! In addition to that, the mattress came rolled up in plastic so they put it in my car to be taken home at that time. No delivery fee! This option made a huge difference for me and my son is ecstatic about having a new bed so soon.

I purchased the Doze 10 Plush Memory Foam Mattress, and it may have been the most comfortable night of sleep I remember. I dont think I moved all night during my sleep. This is my first memory foam mattress, but I may be a fan for life.

Danielle made the proccess of buying a bed very and good fun. She had me try out different types of mattresses and really listened to what I wanted. She wasnt pushy at all. She seems to love her job and it shows because she has a great attitude and is very knowledgeable. There was a slight issue with a mattress that I ordered which ended up not being in stock although it should have been. However, Danielle called me up and cleared it up very quickly and easily by offering me a better mattress at the same price of the original one I ordered. We bought a bed today at Mattress Firm Salt Lake. Kawena helped us and was very thorough. He took us through the process with patience, step by step to find the right mattress and adjustable base for us. Our situation was a tad complicated in that we’re moving to the mainland so wanted the bed to be delivered there. That also went smoothly and wasn’t a problem at all. All in all a good experience.

Managed to order a Purple mattress through Mattress Firm! Though because it is Hawaii, we aren’t able to order the Hybrid Premium 3/4 since of weight. It’s a little uneasy to think about buying a mattress you haven’t “tested” but our sales representative, Kawena, was very helpful into getting my boyfriend and I to find what fits our needs and answered a lot of our concerns being two different sleepers. Totally recommend since he wasn’t so pushy and let us go on our own pace :)

I am from Molokai Island, and it can be difficult to find stores that ship large furniture since we are a remote rural island. The guys at Matress firm were so helpful and dropped our mattress and base at the docks for us. Danielle was so helpful, even sending me an email on her day off, just to let me know the matress was on the way. It was a great experience shopping for my mattress. I was actually looking for a different brand but Ron at the Beretania store was so pleasant and helpful to give me another option which was such a great deal for half the price. The Sleepy’s reserve mattress was for pick up at Salt Lake store so I was hesitant to buy it. After two weeks of deciding, I finally visited the Salt Lake store and Danielle was so nice to honor the half price that Ron gave me. Thank you Ron and Danielle!
