Salesperson Lani provided my wife and I with courteous and excellent service. She patiently took all the time we needed explaining things, answering our questions, and letting us “test drive” their beds — many multiple times. We came to look and ended up making our choice and buying on the spot. Lani did a great job and we much appreciated her knowledge and professionalism.

With such a big store you are for sure to get a little lost and overwhelmed however with Karen direction I was able to work the whole store to get my clients needs meet and work in one place to place my orders even though the stores are sectioned off, I really appreciated that saved me on time and was very easy to spend money thank you Karen can’t wait for my next project to work with u again aloha Anthony .

The showroom is beautifully displayed.. very attentive gentleman greeted us at Red Knot immediately upon entering and showed us what we were interested in..He escorted us up to Slumber World where a sales person showed us a few items that we were looking for. She was knowledgeable and professional. I would have however appreciated more information or details about the mattress I was purchasing. I thought of a few things I would have liked to know that perhaps should have been information provided automatically.

My husband and I went shopping for a new king mattress today. Lani helped us and we appreciate her expertise and wonderful customer service. We purchased a king size mattress and the price was the best compared to other mattress stores nearby. There is also a warranty on the mattress in case it doesnt work well for us.

Our Salesman Clark, was outstanding! Never overbearing and was very informative. He was always there to answer any questions that we had and although we visited the showroom three times, there was never any pressure to purchase a mattress. My best friends and I were in the market for a new mattress. They had specific needs and although their bedroom set was more on the high end, Clark reassured me that my mattress was perfect for my individual needs. Even at the final sale, he reiterated that I had made a good choice with my mattress. Slumberworld has a great trial period policy and mattress availability and delivery schedule were well within reason. Cant remember her name but she had dark medium length hair and was of Asian descent. She and everyone were so helpful. We needed a vacuum sealed and compressed mattress for our sailboat. No other kinds of mattresses will fit. We were promptly shown which of those mattresses they had available. A little too firm at first but it softened up later. We also got a waterproof cover. Great products and services. Kind employees. I will return in the future if I have needs.

I have a slipped disc in my lower back and needed to get a good quality, extra firm mattress. I had an appointment with Michael Arakaki and was very happy that he assisted me. I explained my needs and he made good recommendations. He explained the components, materials and differences between the 2 that I was considering. I ended going with the better between the two because quality was very important to me. In addition, Michael also showed me a boxspring with storage drawers, bed frame and cover which I also purchased. He was very accommodating, friendly and informative. Thank you, Michael!
