After taking my car to a Lexus dealership and getting a $6000 bill and a recommendation to get a new car, I was done with it and took it to a Car Care Center. Very helpful and knowledgeable personnel. The prices are very reasonable and setting time expectations are just great. Definitely coming back. Exceptional customer service.

Unexperienced & incompetent.I had to get wheel alignment after replacing my suspension to pass recon(12/8/2020).Unfortunately after getting recon, I was told that alignment values weren’t within factory specified range.So I went back to NEX pearl car center and asked why they weren’t and was told that my suspension isn’t adjustable (the sheet indicated otherwise).I asked for a refund and was told that its not possible due to the work had already been done.I went to Goodyear and they got my alignment adjusted and green on all my wheels to pass recon.I went back to the NEX pearl car center the next day to show the sheet from Goodyear and I was refunded.I DO NOT RECOMMEND NEX PEARL CAR CARE CENTER FOR WHEEL ALIGNMENT.
Its was horrible and the mechanics always went home early and took there time to raise your bill. Do it yourself or sale your car in hawaii. Lazy locals taking advantage of Military personnel and charging for unnecessary work. Dont go there.

This facility is only available to current and former military, but this is not mentioned on their website, online listings, or by anyone who works there when you call them.Got towed there by Geico because it was the closest recommendation on their app only to be turned away upon arrival.Only positive is that the people were nice enough to let me park my broken car there overnight.
Took my RAM 1500 in for this years safety inspection. Once the inspection was complete my keys sat on their counter for about 30 min and a technician never came and informed me of completion. They failed my truck for window tint. I showed them last years inspection that passed my truck with absolutely nothing done to the vehicle since. The guy behind the counter looked shocked and knew this was bs and wouldn’t do anything about it. Their meter is either out of calibration or they don’t bother to clean the window prior to metering. Seems there are different standards for passing vehicles. Waste of time and unreliable service.

Asked for $394.00 to check engine codes and provide an estimate to fix a power stearing fluid leak. I ended up taking my car somewhere else where they checked the engine codes and provided an estimate for free.Previously, I had my oil changed there and the bottom engine shield fell off before I got out of the parking lot.

We bought 4 tires here barely 2 weeks ago and had them installed by them. It took them more than 5 hours to do this!! This was by appointment!Anyone that is a mechanic know that this is a fairly quick job. On top of that, when I received the vehicle back the brand new tire on the front passenger side had went flat! Go figure !🤔Than everyday for 2 weeks more than 6lbs. Had to be added to the tire. Ridiculous!! These folks need to be replaced as mechanic Hire experienced mechanics and not someone that is cheaper New center bad repairs on simple work! We took the tire backand had to wait more than another 5 hours.Dont go there! You are wasting your time.
Tried to get new tires here, they didnt have any on for my size, I asked how long itll take to get new ones or if I could order some but they said they cant.

Good priced... After picking my car up, noticed my tire pressure sensors were not reading, drove for 30 mins to reset sensors, one came back but one seems dead. Be aware and check your stuff before and after. Second complaint, left the floor protecting paper and plastic wrap over my seat. Little thing but why would I want this 😂

Very slow service. Never pick up phone calls. When you can get through the front desk staff is usually helpful (helpful ones are very helpful) but some are lethargic. I keep bringing my car to get fixed and its nice I can drop off in the morning as a walk in but they never fixed my issues, after multiple attempts and over $800 in repairs they keep finding new things to suggest to fix my problem so Im done asking for their opinion.
Cheap prices for tires for veterans. Amazing warranty. 6 yrs, wear down to 2/32 in of tread. 10% discount on alignment and brake service with purchase.Only downside, how long it takes to get installed after purchase.

Consistently terrible and unethical. They will recharge you for safety re-inspects and charge you extra after doing the work rather than ask for permission to do the extra work first. My coworker also had an issue with them...they replaced parts that were soon after found by the dealership to not only be the wrong parts but also previously used parts, not new ones as stated in the work order. NEX later refunded the money but it was still unethical on them to do that. My final gripe is that they do not price match like they claim. Bottom line: Most repair shops in town offer military discounts and are as cheap or cheaper while performing better work.
4 and a half hours for a courtesy inspection, at least 2 hours spent waiting on an estimate. No explanation was given as to why it took so long, so Im assuming this is normal as a couple other reviews have complained about wait times.Scheduled for 2:30, I get there on time and am told theyll get to it soon and it should take a couple of hours. I asked for an update at 5:00 and Im told the estimate sheet just needs to be done. Waited until 6:00 then asked what was up, was basically told I dont know and then told the estimate sheet is about to be filled out. Went back at 6:30, pretty much told the same thing, he finally came and got me 10 minutes later and explained everything pretty well. Got out at 7.Explanation of what was wrong wasnt bad and they did inspect my vehicle so 2 stars

There was a gentleman at the front counter that was rude for no reason to me when I asked about a vehicle inspection it seemed like he was talking down to me and the other people at the desk didnt seem to care at all. Ill never take my business here if the first impression I got was that.

I had An appointment for a tire change and 1 hr 1/2 later the car is still out in the parking lot. Had to reschedule due to my wife needing the car for work. I don’t understand why they have appointment times if they won’t be able to get to it until later? A courtesy call would have been nice letting me know they are behind instead of me driving all they way there and wasting my time. I could have brought it in later instead of having to reschedule. There was another customer there who have been waiting 4hrs to get his tires change, and yes he too had an appointment. I recommend calling prior to your appointment to see if they are behind to avoid wasting your time.
Purchased tires for my truck. Took about 4 days after purchasing to get them installed. Worked with the Manager when I ordered which he seemed helpful, gave me everything I needed including paperwork for a mail in rebate. Once my tires were installed I needed to was my rims there was dirt and prints on them but no real other issues with service dept. Come to find out the mail in rebate I was given is only valid in Canada. I returned to see if there was another one but was told the Manager printed them out and no one could give me a answer left my name and number a few times and never received a call back. It was only $75 so I havent lost sleep over it.
Tires priced right but quality of service lacks concern. Main focus of servicing personnel on weekend is to get out of work without looking at quality of work

Took our car in for a tire warranty replacement on a tire that was bought 8 months ago. When they gave me the prorated invoice, it stated that the total cost was $189 on a warranty replacement for a tire prices at $208 brand new. It was supposed to be prorated so as I reviewed the invoice, they had the tire measured at 4/32 out of 9/32 on 8 month old tires. I asked to see the tire to confirm and they wouldn’t let me. Instead, they sent someone to the back to remeasure it. They came back saying it was 8/32 out of 9/32. My advice; REVIEW YOUR INVOICE! This is typical predatory behavior for any shop. Most people wouldn’t even question it and just pay. Shame on you, NEX for this behavior. Thank god it wasn’t my wife that went in. She would have just paid the bill. But I guess that was what you were hoping for. Tax free or not, I will NOT be returning to this place for any future service.

I showed up at 1600 on a Friday afternoon. The issue I had was that my drivers side rear tire was constantly going low. I went in to ask them if someone could take a look at it to make sure that there wasnt a nail in it. The male in the inside told me that they were working on their last car and they couldnt fit me in but, they were closing at 1730. I was told that there was a Good Year down the road. They also informed me that they had to clean up the shop and put a truck load of tires away. I get it that it was Friday afternoon and they wanted to get out of the shop on time. From my work experience on the civilian side, we cleaned up after business hours and ensured that we provided excellent customer service. This was just not a good experience for me at all.

Waited 3 and a half hours for the oil change and inspection to be complete. My appointment was at noon but I came in 30 minutes early and still didn’t get my car until almost 3:00.
Place is small but service is excellent, you will have to make an appointment but you wont be waiting around half of the day. Your appointment time is for you. If you can wait for an appointment I highly recommend this shop.
