They are AFFORDABLE... Not cheap! Real helpful people and respond quickly! A lot of people think that because their name is affordable towing that their prices are cheap... Wrong! We need to think of the fuel a tow truck takes to go front their location to the tow and then to the destination... On top of paying the driver. I feel like as long as u be straight up with them and respect them, theyll do everything in their power to assist in n e way possible! Totally would recommend this company to all friends and family!

Fast response & great service. Our loaded flatbed was broke down under the rail overpass on a busy Friday afternoon, and Affordable was there is under a half hour and got us back to our Kalihi shop. Highly recommend.

Mainly concerning the owner: Devin is the worst business owner and an extremely bad person in general! A real scum bag! Will not offer equal service to all potential customers. If you dont have a lot to spend, dont look a certain way, dont talk a certain way, or cant benefit him in any way he will deny service, hang up on you, talk totally rude, dismiss you, and lie to you (even to your face). Hes a bunch of lies and rips people off!Hes in enormous debt. Runs away from accounts to avoid payments. Been sued numerous times. Hes made MANY enemies on this island (personally and professionally) and has lost MANY big accounts. Its crazy how this company has stayed in business.Hows this one, he doesnt even have his own license to run a repair shop!! Hes conning someone who doesnt even work there to use theirs! Dont be fooled if he seems nice to you and especially from the commercial (what a joke)! Stay away from this company!!! Youve been warned!!! Says 24 hours but called shake being stuck o the side of the road st 7:45 am on a Sunday and was directed that they were closed. Guy then promptly hung up without any regards. Piss poor service

When I was looking for a place to help me with my transmission problem I got referred to this shop. Friendly very knowledgeable staff took in my car right away to help me with my problem.. I havent gotten my car back yet but when I do, the fifth star will be placed in where it should be. Mahalo!

This place is terrible, I asked them to do my electrical because my car was acting up they “fixed” (way over priced I might add) the problem. I ended up shipping my car back to the states took it to a workshop here and he said it’s like the machanic didn’t know what he was doing and it just looked horrific. Like someone said before if they could give this place no stars they would. I would have to second that. Do not recommend this place.

Devin the owner is a great guy. Had the opportunity to work with him. Lex Brodies failed me and could not order my radiator part w/the sensor, BMW tried to offer me a new car deal on bumscoop that my engine gaskets were bad. I can honestly say if it were not for Devin, his mechanic, and there awesome sales rep giving my USAA towing driver directions, my car would still be stationary. Thanks Devin for taking care of me.V/rJimmy

They deserve no stars. I called to inquire about a tow and mid sentence the guy hung up on me. When I called back he picked up the phone then hung up on me again. Disrespectful people and they deserve no stars

If I could I would give this place no stars!! Called to get my car towed I was stranded on the side of the Highway and he hung up on me! Absolutely rude and horrible service this company needs to fire everyone and start over or just be shut down completely!!

Terrible phone manners, not helpful what-so-ever, extremely condescending and rude. In his defense, I suppose if your a jerk in person, its pretty hard to pretend like your nice on the phone, for even a minute.

Still overpriced today at $250.00. Everyone else charges a rate of $125.00 ~ $140.00, for over the mountain service.Just saying...
