Small store with helpful and courteous staff. Prices seem about average and they do have sales which look appealing. Tough to find as it is in the back of an industrial area from the main drag. They carried a wide range of products including a fuel system cleaner I was looking for that I could not find elsewhere and it did not ship to Hawaii. Will be back here again and maybe next time I can catch their sale.

Excellent service and ensured all my issues were resolved. Originally purchased genuine NAPA parts from Hanabusa NAPA in Waianae, but had issues with parts/vehicle while driving in Kalihi and this NAPA location quickly solved my issues and provided a cash refund to me for the discrepancies. Highly recommend this NAPA location and service team. Mahalo nui!

I found out that Napa will not sell the automotive gloves anymore. In fact they dont have any gloves in any napa branches. Now where am I gonna get my blk gloves?

Could have and should have recieved better customer service from the first person who I spoke to regarding a return. I was told they couldnt take it back because the original store wasnt a corporate store. Although the receipt I had showed otherwise, all my questions seemed to be dismissed. I called the original branch to clarify and was told they were a corporate store. So I went back into the store to double check. Luckily I got a different guy who checked and verified that they could indeed accept the return. Thus guy was apologetic and provided me with the service that I deserved. He definitely earned my respect and reaffirmed the reason why I buy from Napa.

Excellent service. 9 times out of 10 they have the part I need in stock and the other time it only takes a day for them to get. I normally go straight to Michael and he is a top notch employee. Super knowledgable and goes above and beyond - couldnt have done a lot of jobs without his advice.

The staff rocks! Although there appears to be a limited supply of merchandise to browse, luckily theres lots in the back which the staff may access. Knowledgeable, professional, & helpful (like going the extra mile helpful as youll read below).A cockroach flew out of my vent and AT me when I got back into my car & then proceeded to taunt me from my gear shift as he Matrixed around my attempts to hit him. The staff actually came out to help me evict the aggressive invader.

This is the first place i go to for OEM parts. location is convenient, prices are great, quality is on top. this is like the main warehouse (second to Waipahu) so they almost always have what you need in stock. and even if they dont, they can order it from another location and get it real quick! plus, they know their stuff!! these guys are awesome!! 😁

This store went above and beyond my expectations...By far the best customer service representative... Employee #7772, Shayna -- was most professional and with a smike offered to help me replace a rear brake light --just as the store was closing and darkness coming on fast...she did not want me to drive away without both brakes lights functioning...concerned for my safety and that of other drivers on the road. I have been to napa many times. And they allaying provide extraordinary service. I went in asking for a tow hitch. They didnt have the one I needed but they offered to order itI only had to wait 1 day to receive the item in question. They employ a few veterans aswell qho are very knowledgeable on all the things I was asking for. I really appreciate the help

Not very well stocked but very helpful and polite staff

The place itself isnt bad but the products they sell are. They sold us an aftermarket part for shocks. The shocks ended up breaking in half after only driving 30 miles at most. The store workers were extremely apologetic. They let us return the parts but considering how much they costed still not worth it.Customer service is 4 starsThe product 1.5 stars

This Napa stores service was not as good as OReillys Dillingham but now theyve caught up & actually past OReillys Service.

They helped diagnose and test my issue, fantastic service.

This is the warehouse that most Napas get their parts from, so anything you need is in stock. Knowledge staff knows how to get the parts you need. And they are always cheaper then OReilly.
