On surface its just ok business...nothing special. If you want to negotiate or expect Aloha given to you in return for you showing respect, even as non haole local, forget it. If they had competition theyd be out of business. Really disappointed in Aunty Kathy. Dont think shes Hawaiian fa sure othawise she forget Aloha or neva had to begin with.
