If I could give this location 10 stars I would!! I was in a serious time crunch to get a new car battery and Luke was very helpful over the phone. He confirmed my car details and gave me peace of mind that they could help out. When I arrived, I worked with Trevor and he was awesome as well! I was out of there in a matter of minutes and made my appointment at Young’s Brothers to have my car shipped. These guys came to my rescue and I really appreciate their level of service.

I was referred here from my father for a paint match. Scott helped me, and was VERY kind and helpful (and didnt judge my messy beach car 😅.) Was there for about 20 mins and had the paint I needed.

Went there today to buy wiper blades and was told its a policy not to touch any vehicle because they dont do any warranty but will replace my blades for me. He was done in less than 10 minutes. It would have taken me at least 20 to 30 minutes to do the same job. Love that store ....

The employees went out of their way to find the part I needed when the one recommended by the computer wouldnt fit. Much better service than the other 3 stores I went to today. The guys here are great!

Great service! Very helpful

Convenient location right off the highway, but the parking lot can be a bit tricky when it is full. They have a dent selection of parts and inventory on hand even though it doesnt look super well stocked from the floor. Staff had always been awesome and can order pretty much anything you need if they dont have it. I also have had them size a few bolts for me here and there as I rebuild my Jeep, and they carry Luk Clutch Kits in stock for older vehicles. Prices are pretty good considering we are in Honolulu. I would recommend NAPA to anyone needing parts, just jump online to see if they have it in stock at this location, if not they can order it.

Fast and friendly service

Fast and reliable, they ordered items from their warehouse and were available for pickup the same day.

I phoned NAPA store at the Airport to see if they could supply me 7/16 fuel hose. They did not have any (like other stores I phoned who made no effort to locate any for me) but Junior made the effort to locate some. Junior, Luke and Elton assisted me at the store and I left with the hose which I will take back to Australia where it is not available. Highly rtecommend.

Big John is the absolute best. We buy many of our parts from this location just to be satisfied by his awesome customer satisfaction. Keep up the great work champ. Always have a smile on his face.

Went in for a hard to find small part, paid less for it than any of the other big box stores and the gentleman that answered the phone confirmed he had the part before letting me drive there for it.....then gave both of my boys free Napa basketballs!! This place is so convenient. Before I found this place I had to drive much further to get to another auto parts store. They also had a battery for my car at 30% less than 2 other stores I checked out.

Came down here for touch up paint for my GT86. Customer service was alright. But the touch up paint was spot on.
