Olympia did the collision repair on my truck. Due to delay in the delivery of some parts, it took some time for the repair to be completed. Lo and behold, the repair done was way beyond what is expected. They did a wonderful job! I shall recommend this shop to anyone.Mahalo. Thanks a lot Team Olympia.

They told me I needed the whole left front of my car replaced for $1,998. I got the broken piece repaired and replaced at another autobody shop for $600!! Maybe because Im a woman?? It REALLY makes me mad! My car looks great. ALWAYS get a second or third opinion!!

Very professional and excellent customer service. They made my old honda accord like new and did an excellent job. Very detailed work and good communication with customers. Would highly recommend this shop for paint jobs and fender bender fixes.

Dont let the review starts full youI decided on this ship because they were ready weeks before any shop to take in my van. They also happen to have a longer car with having to reserve one months in advance. The work was flawless and came out to me to delivery my van when the work was completed. Im talking from Honolulu all the way to Sea Country. Id use them again and again. I hope I dont need to lol but if i needed repair i sure wouldnt go anywhere else.

Went there looking for a quote for our Lexas that had small damage. After getting 3 other quotes, 1 higher and 2 lower than Olympias, we still went with them because Jay was such a professional and likeable. Jay even gave us a loaner car for free. The car was done in few days like he said and was a perfect repair.

Manager Jay Kim gave me a fair estimate for rust repair on my Tacoma. Work was done sooner than promised and the loaner really was convenient. Jay explained what steps the would be required and what might cause cost to be increased.

I was very unsatisfied with the service from this shop on my 2016 Chevy impala. Reasons why I chose this shop was because Geico recommended and they were able to get me in the shop within an few days after i called ( all other shops were at least a week out). Which was the only plus during this whole transaction.So I dropped the car it was estimated to take 10 days to repair, they actually took 18 days so therefore I was not able to pick it up I was away. I had someone else pick it up (a woman) and they gave her the car. She drove it straight to a garage. When I got back I took a quick glanze at night, everything seemed to be ok. The next day I was driving the car, one side of the front grill popped out. I return to the shop and the manager blamed it on us saying she mustve hit something for the grill to pop out. He tried to show me body damages i couldnt really see much and at this point it couldve been their subpar repair imperfections. Ive dealt with numerous body shop on the mainland Ive never had issues with repair so Im not sure if this is an Hawaii thing to get mediocre repairs but this shop is definitely not worth dealing with. Im still confused how Geico recommends them. Hopefully this reviews saves someone the headache I dealt with.

I lived on this island for more than 25 years and never seen anyone that rude, arrogant and unprofessional. I cannot believe Geico would refer to that company.They had me come back twice to get an estimate and refused to give me one when I declined to show them the Geico estimate first.I intended to get the damage repaired Geico covered plus some unrelated damage and wanted to combined cost and pay directly.When I asked for this I was told they don’t need my business and for no reason told to leave.I took a picture of the place and the manager opened my car door while I was driving out and demanded to see my phone to erase the picture . I refused and he threatened me.When I told him I would call the police he slammed my door only to open it again and and took my picture and proceeded to walk around the car taking more pictures.They are crazy, unprofessional and most likely spoiled with Geico business .I also asked to talk to the owner and the guy who said he was the manager responded, the owner would not want to talk to me. I said you didn’t ask him and he told me again to leave or he would call the cops.

I was very unhappy with the work that this shop did on my 2012 Chevy Camaro, my car had 2 places that had over spray from paint that I had to remove and they sanded 2 spots on the top of my driverside window when they were sanding the roof line of my car and they chipped my paint off my door handle and one of their employees filled my tires, one with a 100 pounds of air and 2 with fifty pounds and 1 with forty pounds. No one but me puts air in my tires so I know it was 1 of their employees that did this. If I were you, dont count on those 5 star reviews that you may see on this site. As far as Im concerned, they did a very poor job, I wont be taking my car back there no more and Im going to let people I know what they did to my car. Unsatisfied customer. Craig Shibata.

I replaced the front light and bumper, but shortly after the repair, I looked closely and the light was missing from the back, so I visited. After a while, the front bumper had a gap and opened, so I visited again. Later, I accidentally went to another body shop to check the bumper, but it says that the part where the screws are fastened is messed up. From the standpoint of thinking that quality of service is more important than customer response and speed of progress, I think this is a shop that I would not recommend.

Satisfaction is the best because its fast and kind, so I can start work quickly.
