I was very skeptical/distrustful of getting my car worked on anywhere in Hawaii, but the reviews of this place were what ultimately won me over. And I am happy to say they were all completely correct! My car turned out absolutely gorgeous and I was impressed with the customer service and how easily they worked with my insurance. The only thing a little annoying was that it took a month to get my car in the shop, but from what I understand thats how it is across the island lately and not their fault.

I scraped my back door and took it to Aiea Collision for repair. From the very beginning, Scott was very courteous and professional. He gave me an estimate on the repair, and gave me a date when I could have it repaired. They completed the repair ahead of schedule. More importantly, they did an excellent job and perfect paint matching. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of their service.

They answered all my questions and explained everything to me. It was easy. They made everything easy. They also finished the job faster than the expected time.

The costumer service here is great which I find very important. Even as a woman not knowing anything about cars, they do not patronize. The lady in the office even gave me a tip about how to pay for the damage (use a cc to get rewards points).The job on my car was well done and very quick. I only had to miss my car for 1 day.

Brought my vehicle here after a minor collision. From start to finish I was extremely impressed over the quality of service I recieved. The office staff was very professional, communicative, and made the entire process completely painless, including coordinating my rental car dropoff/pickup. The mechanics also did a perfect job repairing the body damage, I cant even tell where it was! The work was also performed much faster than I expected, compared to body shops I have worked with in the past. The wait time for an appointment during busy months is quite long, however its definately worth waiting for if you want the repairs done correctly.Highly recommend and will be bringing any further work I need to Scott Tanaka and his staff!

Took awhile to get the car in, but worth the wait. Great work on the my Mustang GT. I think their Team is the best in the business. The shop was clean, all bays working but orderly and parking lot was without clutter. I was quickly greeted in the parking lot, checked off, directed to the office where they checked me in, validated my contact info and and I was on my way. Got a call within 24 hours and said the car was ready. Just as efficient getting the car back. Could not tell where the damage was and they were right on with the insurance estimate. I chose to get my Toyota minivan fixed at Aiea Collision because that is the place that the Toyota dealership uses. In the last year I ended up using them twice because I got hit in two separate incidents. In both cases I was not disappointed. From start to finish my experience was fantastic and my car now looks like new. One thing to note: you would think they were located in Aiea due to their name, but they are actually off of Kalihi in Sand Island. Highly recommended.

Fast, polite and honest service

I went in for an assessment appointment and it took just 10 minutes for Scott to come down, take pictures and I was on my way. I received an email with the break down costs within an hour. I made my repair appointment and Aiea Collision contacted Enterprise Rent a car and made the arrangements for a loaner. The loaner was waiting for me on the day of drop-off and when I went to pick up my truck, I just had to leave the loaner at the repair shop and Enterprise came to pick it up.My truck repairs were suppose to take 4 days and it was completed in 3.I cannot say Thank you enough times to cover my satisfaction with the work done on my truck. Aiea Collision is FANTASTIC !!!

They did a great job on my Chevy Silverado 1500 that was Tboned on the rear passenger door to the bed and rear fender well. You would never even know that panels were replaced. They finished before their estimated time. Would totally 100% recommend!!

Our claim and repair was handled in a very professional manner. There was excellent coordination with our Insurance Company, repair schedule and the rental car arrangements. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs auto body repair.

Had to wait over 6 weeks for appt but I figured that must say something about the quality of work they do. Plus they were moving. New location is a little harder to get to and less convenient for me however the staff is amazingly great. Friendly happy (even after their big move) and informative. And they were quick! They had my car done early (2 days early)! The only reason I didn’t give them 5 ⭐️ is I just got the car back and haven’t had a chance to see if everything is working ok.No pressure friendly what more could a person ask for!

My neighbor accidentally rubbed his white front bumper against my dark blue rear bumper with a pretty significant and ugly donation of white paint.I took the car to Aiea Collision Center for an estimate. I told them we werent making an insurance claim and my young neighbor would be footing the cost.Scott looked at it and said maybe the paint could be removed and no actual body work would be required. On the spot, he carefully and methodically applied magic potions and considerable elbow grease for 10-15 minutes and pretty much removed all traces of the damage.When I tried to pay him for the effort -- he refused! I insisted. He still refused.Talk about customer service. Im a fan.Delete review

2nd time Ive had my truck repaired by Aiea Collision, both times were the other parties responsibilities. The first time the other parties insurance company was very helpful and efficient and arranged for the repair estimate and a rental car (I think very highly of this insurance company). The staff at Aiea Collision was very friendly and helpful. The second time I had to wait 3 months before getting a confirmation from this local island insurance co. Thanks to manager Scotts follow-up and his staff, it took less than 3 days to have my truck repaired. With their partnership with Enterprise rental car, the total experience was actually very pleasant, which was my experience the first time. Great Job!!Have already recommended both this company and also the insurance companies!!

2 months ago I was involved in a 5 car accident on the H1 where I was rear ended to the point where the car that hit me wastotaled!! My bumper was smashed and my tailgate had been bent in.My truck had been wrapped in it’s my company logo that had also included my tail gate. I had requested that they don’t remove my tail gate wrap since it was quite expensive. Well to make a long story short they did a fantastic job!!!! I couldn’t b happier with the results🤙🏽. The representative I spoke with in the Aiea Collision Center Office gave only “Gary” as a name.Gary had limited communication and social skills, and an agitated aggressive manner.I was trying to provide the Allstate estimate, and ask him to change his disposition because it was offensive.He told me if I don’t like his Customer Service skills then I should take my business elsewhere.I couldnt trust the service with communication like that.So, I left the shop.
