I came in on a Sunday (8/15/21) to ship a package. The woman who was there that day (I don’t remember her name) was so nice, patient and helpful.There was a rush of people that came in at the same time I did and she was very attentive and professional with all of us. She handled the busy situation very well, especially considering that she was working alone. She’s definitely good at what she does and I recommend going to this location 100%.

Came 5 min before store closes. While was unloading my parcels young lady (UPS Store Staff, I didnt get the name, sorry! :) ) courteously helped me to bring all my parcels inside and processed my order in fast manner.Left store cheered up and elated :)Exceptional service! (And store is super clean, btw)

The young man who works here makes me only want to come to this UPS Store. He probably does not even realize it, but he makes it so welcoming here. He is always friendly, helpful however he can be, and he is able to multitask. If it is busy, he moves as quickly as he can, while also being efficient and tending to everyone equally. He also always lets everyone know he will be with them as soon as he can. I just want to give him some recognition. Next time I go I will learn his name so that I can add it to my review, and I hope that someone sees it and realizes what a great employee they have.

Very nice staff here and they’re open on Sunday’s as well. Gentleman was polite and was patient with me while my phone wasn’t working to get what I needed. This will be my go to UPS store!
