FedEx employees are often very slow leading to lines building. They act like we (customers) are paid to be there too. You move at a speed equivalent to a sloth thats not getting paid enough to do practically nothing. Put some pep in your step guys, its still the customer service industry you work in. The energy level and friendliness of this store leave something to be desired.FedEx costs way more than usps to ship packages, even envelopes that weight next to nothing. They cannot explain why identical shipping with USPS costs three and a half times more through a FedEx location. They tried to charge me $27 to send a singular piece of paper two day shipping. I laughed and decided to go elsewhere.I did give them 2 stars because their print centers lot costs less that UPS (and usps doesnt offer that service), I think its .50 a page. They are also open 24 hours which is extremely convenient as normal postal services close 6pm latest.That is all

To drop a package off at this location its a $25 fee. Here you pay to ship, pay to drop off and pay to pick up. Nice job!!

They put me a miserable note that they came and found no one, 2018.... social networks, very smart phones and they can not call you before delivering the package to let you know that the delivery will be done in 1 hour? Do you need or be stuck at that address 24 hours? you will not go to the bathroom because the delicate guys touch twice and they go away, very sad very sad.

It’s says on google feeds office! When I went there they asked me 20 dollars extra fee on each package which was prepaid !!!!!!I don’t understand.

Unethical. If you ship to this hotel, the hotel will turn your packages over to FedEx without your permission. Then FedEx will charge you $10 per package to pick them up. What a scam.
