I will never come back to this location. I needed to mail a large number of urgent documents and they were only willing to provide me a couple of envelopes, Leaving me in a bind. They also charged me extra fees without disclosing it upfront. I went to another location and had no problems at all.

So the staff at this location was very helpful. Kind and professional. The manager however, I really cannot understand why he felt the need to have a conversation about their register being short in a raised voice with the employees in front of customers??? I sat there and heard Deondre ask both workers up front verbatim what possessed them to not call him first when they discovered the shortage. This was so uncomfortable to watch. He proceeded to ask whose store is it? And continued in a series of unprofessional statements in front of customers After she responded. This really should have been discussed amongst employees in a meeting outside of earshot of customers. Very uncomfortable experience. Additionally they print business cards but they do not have a cutter for them so you need to either go somewhere else to cut them or cut them yourself
The lady that help me was super nice and sweet. She really help me get in and out fast.

Over a period of about a month, I sent files over to FEDEX for printing rather large format booklets. I did these one or two at a time...and it was always a rush. The team there, especially Tamara, were always cheerful and helpful even during some times I could tell were very busy for them...they assured me they would do the best they could. I appreciate all the great work and their professionalism. I dont live locally, but if I did, I would be using them for my various needs.
After a long day of work, the last thing I want to experience is a horrible attitude.I’m not sure if the guy working at this location is a manager or not, but it’s extremely unprofessional and rude to be acting like that. I don’t know if the name is Derryl or Damion.The store wasn’t closed fully and the guy still wanted to not assist because I came. Kiddos to Dorothy for the amazing customer service and helping me out. Next time I’ll visit, I’ll be sure to request her. I’m sorry she has to deal with him. There is nothing but negative reviews about Him and the store on Yelp.If you’re not willing to work, don’t even come in.
I ship here at least 4 times a week and out of nowhere a lady say that I can’t ship in a retail box, I use those boxes to ship, I put black paint over the barcode and never had a problemI was saving $1 per item when shipping with FedEx but this lady make go home and waste a lot of time, I will start shipping with usps, they never give me problems

Last Saturday Darryl took the mess I had created, pulled it apart and fixed it back up in the most courteous manner. If you need him to help you, have confidence that he wont leave you hanging. I screwed up my order pretty bad based upon bad information given to me by a different FedEx office. It was still my fault, not theirs. Darryl spent 20-25 minutes straightening things up and was courteous all along. My package was actually simple, but he didnt talk down to me or make me feel dumb. Good employee.
I’ve shipped from this location for years on a weekly basis, day to day shipping and highly sensitive business shipping. The staff there is always on point. I’ve been helped by a different team members over the years at this location, most recently, Tequila and Tamara, as always my customer service experience was excellent as always. A+++

They get the job done. But after 4 years of doing business here.. ..why do they take to long to assist their customers. Even when there is no one in the store, I still always have a wait time of 10-20mins+. You guys MUST do something about this!!!!
On october 25 i need to send an urgent document to new york, i was attended for a young lady,who professionally help me with patience,speed and knowledge on the field....today my shipment was received before 10.00 am in new york!!! great job!!! highly recomend this place!!!
Super poor location, with always slow internet inside of their office, with super unpleasant and mad Tamara’s face, who gave me an impression that she hates me and the whole entire world. Sent her a file on my end says it’s sent on her - nothing for 5 minutes. Had no desire to wait and watch her mad face for another minute or whatever it would take. Not sure if she was saying the truth or just wanted to play with me. Anyway message to the manager of this location, fix your internet connection and people who work for you! You won’t last long with this dream combination!

People not in the line get to be served first. Had a prepaid label and just needed to drop off the package. It took them 20 minutes to provide a receipt. Very slow and unprofessional service.

This staff was very disorganized with how they helped customers, which resulted in much confusion with the equipment and me being overcharged. Not to mention, much time and material was wasted as customers are forced to learn through trial and error.
I came here to make a copy but no copy machine available. Employee said it would be an hour. No customers were in the store but she said she was making copies and using the only copy machine. Kinkos Copies but but no copy machine. Go figure.
Poor customer service. Even when it is your turn, you have to continue waiting because other custumers, phone, computer clients, boxes in the back.
What should have been a 5 minute drop off, took an hour!!!
