My mom bought hair for me for my birthday in 2019 I just installed it for back to school and wow. The platinum collection is the way to go the hair is beyond beautiful I have received so many compliments already. I love this hair it’s super thick and I don’t need the 4th bundle but it makes me feel like Beyoncé honestly.

Haute Locks has the best hair and the customer service! I purchased their natural straight hair a month ago. I have experienced minimal shedding with little to no tangling. The hair is absolutely beautiful, and I have received so many compliments on it. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my hair. I am definitely going to purchase more bundles from Haute Locks.

I ordered from red collection 18’ and two 20 inches.On Thursday they called me on saturday and told me that they dont have any 20 inches. I asked how was i able to order something that they dint have in stock they said they dont know. And that they have it in platinum collection and i said are yall going to accommodate me they said no either get a refund or pay more money or get a shorter inch. The worker was rude so i ask to speak with someone else and they said the same thing. So i had to go with a shorter inch because they said i wasnt going to receive money back for 5-7 days. So they posted a pick of the hair that i ordered and i left a comment stating what i went through and they commented back and said we have refunded you your money. So im out of hair and have to wait a week to get my money back so i cant even order more hair and have to miss my event. I will never order from a company that treats there customers that way, I dont like how i was handled. The Owner and employees was just ratchet and dont know how to conduct business and they think I care that they refuse to sell to me THANK YOU. If it wasnt for that I wouldnt have checked out Sexxihair imports which is a better high quality great prices everyone go check them out on social media and purchase with them, not only do it come in great packaging it also comes with the brands hair oil and edge control. You wont be disappointed. Smooches!!!

Ever since March 2012 I have been wearing Hautelocks extensions and ever since then I have not purchased extensions from another company. Ive tried the Malaysian wavy, loose curl and body wave and I absolutely love how easy it is to blend each different texture and curl pattern with my natural hair. I got my first extensions ever a little over a year ago.I was very scared because i didnt want to end up looking crazy or like I had bad hair. I was afraid they would shed a lot or just not look good. The hairstylist who was doing my hair recommended Hautelocks to me and I have to say that Im extremely pleased. I got three bundles of the Brazilian natural wave, lengths 22, 24, and 26. Even after a little over a year, the hair is still just as beautiful as when I bought it the first day. People Ive met after installing the hair dont even believe that I have extensions because it blends so nicely with my actual hair. I can do the usual shampoo and conditioning with it and it doesnt fall apart. I also put hair oil on it to keep it fresh. Buying from Hautelocks was great for me, and it would be impossible now for me to buy my extensions from anywhere else.

Purchased The Brazilian Straight over the weekend and I could immediately tell there was a difference from other virgin hair I purchased in the past. Normally after you flat iron, you have to spray on some sort of sheen. This hair had its own shine!! Twice after my gym work, I used a blow dryer to remove the ponytail indentation...hair was bouncing & I was out the door in five minutes...NO flatiron needed! I was very skeptical prior to my purchase and had tons of questions, Hautelocks answered every question in detail via email or phone and never made me feel like I was a bother. And, YES the straight hair does hold curls.

Extremely unprofessional. I had an event to attend. I ordered from the website Wednesday. The next day I received an email notifying me that my order was refunded and canceled. They apparently don’t accept billing and shipping address to be different. Now I just didn’t understand why there was an option to change billing address if THEY would CANCEL the order ANYWAY! I called to see if they can help in any way considering I am flying out soon. They were no help. Not only did they not help but they never picked up my call after I tried calling back to explain they shouldn’t give the option to change BILLING address IF THE order won’t go through. If anything you should stop the person right there. I was angry and a bit loud but I tried to calm down because I know they are only employees. But if you notice a FIRST TIME client is purchasing and has an urgency to receive the product, you try every way possible to assist. I’ve worked with customer service for years and this is the most unprofessional I’ve experienced. They basically said well nothing we can do...... you better believe I’ll never make a purchase from them again. There are so many hair companies. I wouldn’t even bother purchasing from them because there is better quality and pricing I’ve seen even on the west coast. I assumed buying from them would be more convenient because I’ve just moved to the east coast. But definitely feeling The wait is worth it. Even if it’s the day of my show that I’ll be receiving my hair. Note to the owner of HAUTELOCKS. Configure a back up urgency identity verification for moments like this. It’s a huge inconvenience. I have purchased hair from Amanda B for several years now, dating back to when she was located in Tamarac, FL. I still have all of those purchases - they have been dyed, cut, made into custom units - all of the above. This is the most consistent hair I have ever purchased ( I use mainly the Malaysian body wave and the Loose Curl when Im feeling a lil spicy :-)). Will continue to support.

Ive never had to deal with anything like that in my life. Back in December My stylist purchase some hair which turns out to be very poor quality when I went to return it I had the worst experience. I spent thousands on that store and they refuse to take their poor quality merchandise or do anything so I posted a review of my experience since it was my first bad experience I decided to give them an other try. I drove a long way so when I got they basically blackmailed me by telling if I wanted to purchase any hair that I needed to remove my review I was in and shop that company can operate under those circumstances. To say this will be my last time well be going back there ever again and I will tell all my friends about my experience. Buyer be aware.

I have had an amazing experience at Haute Locks. Everytime that I come to their shop, the receptionist is so welcoming. She is always very helpful, affable and gives good advice on hair selection. The hair speaks for itself: its amazing. I purchased the soft curl hair TWO YEARS ago and its in amazing condition still. Even after being bleached to a very light brown/ honey blonde, the hair still maintained its curl pattern. Many other companies, after dying, the hair becomes dry and brittle. My hair still maintained its luster. I will only purchase my hair from this company. Amazing experience!

I dont know where to begin. I found about about Hautelocks through Instagram several months ago. The curl pattern of the tight and soft curl really caught my eye. Ive had horrible experiences with curly hair from other hair companies in the past, so I was so skeptical about trying out this new hair, but I noticed how so many people were raving about the hair. The pictures of the hair really speak for themselves. When I finally decided to purchase 2 bundles of tight curl and soft curl for my birthday towards the end of May, I called the telephone number so I could get more clarification about the blending of those two different curl patterns. The young lady who I spoke to on the phone was so helpful, and she even agreed to pick out curl patterns that would blend best between the two different hair types I purchased. The shipping time was super fast, and I was so impressed once I received the hair. The curl pattern actually lasts, and I dont feel like a matted up dog when I wear the hair. I love the fact that I got more hair as far as length as well. The 16 inch was longer on me than I expected (Im short) lol. I can honestly say that this is the best curly hair Ive ever purchased, and it blows other hair companies Ive tried (Sassy Mitchell, HairAreUs, etc.) out of the water when it comes to quality, price, customer service, etc. This company will definitely be my go-to company whenever I want to purchase any hair in the future. I cant wait to try out other textures.
