Service is outstanding! Miguel gets ten stars for service patients and knowledge. They just put 4 tires on my car and alignment and all is good so far. I love this tire kingdom because it’s literally 5 minutes away from my house but I think it’s time to change to another location .. every time I go in for an oil change or tires they always take 2-3 hour do to the job.. every time I go outside to check how my car is doing the guys are talking or distracted on their phone my wife and i don’t wanna take any chances on one of the guys forgetting to torque one of the tires or forgetting to add oil because they are distracted we rather be safe than sorry.. this is why we decided that we’re gonna try a different from now on

Walked in without an appointment, and was out again in an hour. I had tires shipped to the location, and they were installed quickly, high speed balanced and no damage to my tps sensors. Next time I will purchase my tires from the store. Prices were similar to Tire Rack.

Staff is friendly but it just takes to much time to get a service done, if you plan to drop the vehicle for the entire day than this could work for you, definitely do not wait at shop, they took 2 hours to change one tire.

I have had several problems with Tire Kingdom over the past couple of weeks. 1st, I took my car into the one on 72nd and Taft in Hollwyood for an engine diagnostic. It took them 4 hours, and when they finally called they told me they would need my car until the next day to fix it. I declined the work and went to pick up my car and when I opened the door I found that they had done the engine diagnostic outside of the shop under a tree and let all kinds of leaves and flowers all over the inside of my car! Since I decided I wasnt going back to that particular store I went to another location, explained to them what work I needed done (based off what the 1st TK told me) and the manager told me well I cant fix a car based off another stores diagnosis Are u serious? You are the same company. I told him just order the part that I need and if it was misdiagnosed Ill deal with it he took my number, and told me he would call me and let me know how much the total would be. That was 6 days ago. Never heard back from him. Im literally trying to give them $3-400 to fix my car and it seems they are doing everything to not take it. Finally, once a month, I check the fluids in my car. Checked my oil yesterday. It was filthy. Exactly one month after being at Tire Kingdom and spending $70 on an oil change. So I crawled under the car to take a look, and sure enough, the old oil filter that I put on the last time was still on the car!!! They took my money for an oil change and never did it! They are absolutely the worst place to take your car.

I had to go to this shop four times for them to get the balance and alignment right on my car after having four tires installed. Now two of my tires are defective and I have to go to a completely different shop to have whatever the shop on Taft screwed up fixed. Avoid this place like the plague.

Was having problems with my ride so I decided to pop in at the spot. The spanish fella boscow helped me out on the price since I barely had enough to repair.

I was told an appointment was necessary to repair a flat tire. I was also told tires on vehicle was special order and would have to wait hours to check tires several hours away. Not a way to do business.

I would like someone to contact me immediately to find a resolution. The last time I went to this location I worked with a wonderful person named John, super helpful and thoughtful and sincere. Today my father took my car in and he got treated horribly. Who can I bring this issue up with? This is what my father wrote me:What a pain, went in, Talked to Tony, he says, they have no patches. He didn’t look, want to look, nothing. The warranty made it where he couldn’t do anything but replace the tire, but with a slow leak, I guess he didn’t feel it was worth doing. I asked him to call to some other places that were close, to see if they had stock. He didn’t do that, explaining, they’d just ask why he didn’t do it.So what a customer experience I had today. I didn’t feel like yelling, I filled the tire, checked all four and filled them to 35 PSI again. The only one that really needed anything was the left rear.This is not acceptable. Please assist.

I called this place, gave them my car tire size and car model. The representative advised me that they have the tire in stock and I can come to buy it and installation. When I arrive the manager says we can only put run flat tires on that car even though I was advised previously that I could be serviced and my tire was now flat. To remediate the issue I asked if a patch can be applied so I can make it to another tire place to purchase a tire. The manager then said no I cannot patch the tire. The staff is very nice and the rep wanted to help but the manager is impersonal, inhumane, and was not at all willing to help when I needed help the most. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE. Fire that guy, he doesnt deserve to be in customer service.

As much as anyone can enjoy having their car serviced, I enjoy this place. The staff is super friendly and their manager is very helpful. Theyre professional without being stuffy, and give good advice. I really appreciate that they dont try to upsell, get you to purchase unnecessary parts, or have extraneous service done. The wait time is usually pretty short, but having an appointment of course helps.

Ken got me in for a patch on the truck and did it himself since his staff was backed up with a work load.

Located nearby my home. If it gets backed up, the manager himself goes out back into the shop and helps get the cars in and out. Don’t really see the other spots do that.

Every time I make an appointment I am treated with respect and their customer service is impeccable. I’ve been to other Tire Kingdom locations however, Taft St location this staff is amazing. I depend on them and have the highest trust. They tell me what’s wrong or not wrong with my vehicle. I get 3 or 4 different opinions from different mechanics/places and the Taft location is always on target, their honesty and expertise is stellar! Thank you-you guys are outstanding!

Tire Kingdom Store# 79 scratched my vehicles paint.Either of the two Tire Kingdom stores #79 and/or #53 scratched one of the four brand new rims.Also, either of the two stores stripped the vehicles wheel studs and new mag bolts.AmateursOn March 2nd went to store# 79 to have 4 tires removed from trucks original rims and put on brand new rims. Then all four wheels were to be balanced and mounted on truck. The Manager, Francois, stated approximate time for completion was 1.5 hours. Three hours later I was informed that they did not have correct tool needed to perform balancing the four wheels, and told to go to another Tire Kingdom for wheel balancing.I decided to pay the bill in full at store# 79 after I was directed to go to Tire Kingdom store# 53 for completion of the job that afternoon. Store manager Eduardo at Tire Kingdom# 53 finished the job late that day by balancing the four wheels. He wasnt happy about my paying at the Tire Kingdom store #79 because he could not charge me and would have to do the wheel balancing without pay for labor charge. I was there for 1.5 hrs.While at the first Tire Kingdom# 79 and just after my truck was in the bay, all mechanics and the new tire guy exploded verbally in Spanish that something was going wrong. It was loud and prolonged enough that the Manager ran out into the bay area to quite them. When invited into the bay for the new tire changer to explain they didnt have the right part to balance my tires, otherwise the rims would get scratched.Thats when I looked at the front of truck, while walking from the bay area, and noticed scratch marks across the new fresh paint job above the bumper and grill. I knew then thats what all the extremely loud hollering between the mechanics was about.Within 6 hrs two Tire Kingdom stores, #79 and #53, managed to:1) Destroy the trucks wheel studs and new mag bolts bycross-threading them on with air impact gun. Now theyneed replacing with new.2) Scratch the rims outer side paint off, and is visible.3) Scratched the fresh new paint of the trucks front driversside, looked like from an air hose pulled across it.

Manager upfront was helpful. I will come back.

Theyve had the vehicle all day 1 thousand plus later Im on disability limits on funds.had to put in brake booster not happy I know with all the brake work done last year was a waste of time. That was 7 hundred plus.i Canton drive anymore so they still have the vehicle until I figure a alternative way of picking it up wide is at work.live 2 blocks away really doubt well use them again after this.

I had an oil change two months ago they used cheap oil filter it gave me two days later a low oil light I stop put a quart of oil in and check it now its over fill now they telling me that its leaking from the mail rear seal it dont have a leak before now they telling me its because of the miles ...to the general manager your guys are not doing a good job for your customers ... I lived here off of Taft and 73rd for 22 years Im writing this about the Customer service not only do I have been to this Tire Kingdom at least a dozen times in 22 years its like a neighbor I had a flat tire and I could not get my Jack to work so I went and took a chance to try to see if they can help me young lady came out thought I needed a tire I didnt need a tire I asked and how much would it to change a tire she said $20 I said $20 she said well hold on let me speak to someone never came back out.So I went inside because I figure Im the one that need my tire changed they never even acknowledge me she was on her cell phone the guy that cash register never look my way never said welcome to Tire Kingdom I work in the public thats my job I have spent on one occasion almost $1,200 at this establishment and have been their number of times in the 22 years that I lived on Taft and 73rd this is not customer service how do you treat a neighbor or customer this way Wow so its no big deal I just got back in my truck and drove back over just a lot over to my home I would never ever or my wife or my family will spend money at this Establishment if this is how you treat your customers all because I didnt buy a tire thats how you made me feel if I was trying to buy a tire you would have been all over me thank you for your customer service long time resident in this neighborhood and I will tell everybody that lives here if they ask me dont go there.

Six months ago I brought my truck in for brake service, received good service and quote was spot-on. Waited to give the review after driving under all conditions and several long trips. Happy to give a five star review for the work I had done, hope others have had similar experiences. Thanks again guys.

Great service.a bit expensive, but tires have come a long way in the last 10 years so it makes sense that they are costly. People are nice and knowlegable. Have a beer at the little convenience store next door too. Just dont drink and drive! Seriously though its a great tire shop. They have all the different styles of tire I ever needed.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation; they inform me that my air filters need changing. They had already removed the air filters and charged for that service prior to informing me of the issue. Im distraught because I felt coerced into getting new filters with no room to decide I might have that done at a later date, or maybe not able to in the current moment.

Very poor service. Wait three hours just for an oil change. Because some staff were on vacations. And short on staff.
