I needed the front breaks replaced on my car. I called my regular shop, and they quoted me $320 for just replacing the breaks plus the inconvenience of leaving my vehicle the whole day!! So I contacted Shelby, and they asked me to bring my car in with no appointment on the following day. Farrah was very helpful, kind and quick to help. She quoted me $98 less for my front breaks, and also gave me an oil change. What a day! The parts were ordered, and in less than one hour I was out of the shop with my new brakes and the oil change. I highly recommend Shelby Tires and Service to everybody.

If I could give a 0 stars I would. The people are full of exclusive and won’t look at your vehicle for hours, or even days. Even when you know the exact problem, they don’t care. The only thing they will do for you is clear the codes that tell you the problem and ignore the real issue. This place is garbage.
