Family Tire is, I believe, the current leader in low-cost tire sales in Southern Broward County, Florida. Needing tires for one of my vehicles and dreading the expense, I looked online at Tire Rack to get a sense of prices for the tires that I needed. Tire Rack has great prices for tires and is a good source for information on different tire brands. However, their weakness is in actually getting those tires installed on your vehicle!Looking at Tire Racks site, I realized that the cost of installing new tires through their local service providers was going to substantially drive up the cost and, of course, I would have to wait several days for the tires to be delivered.So, once again, I went to Family Tire Distributors where I purchased the same four tires as were available from Tire Rack and had them installed on my vehicle in about two hours while I enjoyed a nice breakfast with my wife. I saved twenty bucks on the total purchase and installation price that Tire Racks process would have cost, had the tires the same day, and applied the savings towards the cost of breakfast at Mos Bagels.The good folks at Family Tire are professional and courteous. They answered my questions and handled our transaction with a friendly ease. If there was anything negative about the whole episode it was this: they dont have sufficient parking for the number of customers who arrive seeking service! I guess that they are victims of their success, but navigating their parking lot is quite an interesting challenge.My mechanic of many years was the one to recommend Family Tire Distributors to me several years ago. It is my privilege to now recommend them to you, my fellow drivers.

One thing about this location is that you must arrive early or it will take hours to get anything done, but the customer service and prices are unmatched. Very bad place, very stressful experience, extremely rude, manger Larry very disrespectful person, dirty and filthy place and no parking for your car.I forced to come to this place because my car was in an accident and the collision place use them,Tire family placed defective new expensive tires, according to second opinion from tire pulse and Volvo dealer, contacted prielli tires And advise me I need to go back to family tires, so far they not respecting warranty on the brand new tires.Do your self a favor, too many nicer alternatives.I was reading some of the five stars reviews, and clearly they are fake, you just need come and take look and talk with staff and you will know it is fake.Not the cheapest and Definitely they are not fast service as one reviewer report.

Honestly will never come here again.Came to Family Tire because one of my tires wasn’t retaining air and they gave me a good quote on all 4 tires. So I had to bring the tire in first since I couldn’t drive the car that way. I waited 4 hours for one tire and by the time they finished I couldn’t bring the car back since they were closing and was told to bring the car back next day and they’ll have it handled first thing. So I arrive 20 minutes prior to opening and when my number is called they tell me it’s a 3 hour wait and when I asked why the wait was so long I was told I should have woken up earlier. Now sitting here waiting for my car to be serviced, I see other vehicles that arrived after me are being serviced before mine.

Best tire place in town I purchase some tires about 8 month ago my truck started shaking after inspecting the tires they found some issues and with the tiers and with no problems they replace my tires I recommend this place to anybody affordable and reliable and they own up to they Warranty thank you..... Great pricing and good customer service. They all are practicing social distancing and wearing masks. The wait is long but that should be expected because they are super busy. My suggestion is to get there before they open to get the fastest service.

Excellent Service and most importantly affordable prices. Whats really crazy is I went to a few local tire shops to get a quote and a salesman at one of the shops referred me to Family Tire. I had an SUV and paid half the price for my tires including installation at Family Tire for the same tire brand. Theyre very honest and will advise you on which tires to get for your vehicle. Busted my tire and came here the following day to purchase a new one. They attached it to my rim and balanced it for me. I told them that I had limited time because I needed to get to school by a certain time and they got the job done very quickly! Great customer service!

Worst place to go change tires. Told me estimate waiting time 2 hours. After 2 hours of waiting time they told me to wait more and it can take more then 2 additional hours. Feel like they don’t care about customers. Working very slow. Not recommending!

I was so nervous to get my tire replaced after recently moving to the area and searching for local shops (pep boys etc), only to find that most seemed to have AWFUL reviews...especially ripping off women and generally making them feel uncomfortable. Luckily my friend recommended Family Tire Distributors and they were amazing!I thought that my tire was beyond repair, but they surprised me and fixed it for such an affordable price and in a timely manner too! The best price you can find anywhere. I carry out my purchases due to the fact the wait for service is to long and the parking situation is limited. The guys there are very knowledgeable and professional in their sales of the tires no pressure or hype. They just give you the truth and the best price, how awesome is that.

This place seems like a serious dependable place. A couple of hubcaps were misplaced when they replaced my 4 tires. I didnt get a call back but when I called the Manager immediately solved the issue by replacing them. I decided to do my Siennas alignment and checked my brakes then. This is a busy business. Appointments not available.I visited on a Thursday afternoon and ordered four specialty all weather tires. I was advised they would be available in about five days. I received a call Tuesday afternoon to say they had arrived. I asked when to arrive for a morning service to install the tires. I was told to be there at 7:45. I arrived at 7:30 and was the third in line. The counter opened at 8:00 and the car was brought in at 8:05 and returned to me at 9:00.Outstanding service at a fair price. I dealt with Larry who was friendly and knowledgeable. There is a huge inventory and a large selection of brands in all price ranges. He is happy to give you advice on what best suits you.This is not a fancy place but it offers great value and service. Be prepared to wait.

I needed a set of four Pirelli P Zero high performance tires. One dealer wanted $1600, another $2100. I called Family Tire. They quoted $947. Two days later I ordered the tires, the price was $926. The tires arrived a day later. Family did a perfect job of installing the tires, they are well balance, and no scratches on the wheels.I leave the dealership and they call me. Seems there was a $70 manufacturer rebate that week. They had the form and a duplicate receipt waiting for me when I came in the next morning.Some people complain that it takes time there - For the price and quality of work it is more than worth the wait.I found everyone there busy, but pleasant.

They always have the tires you need. They are always priced right. Free mounting and balancing. On the down side. The shop is always packed there can be a wait. Its a bit run down but thats fine by me. If you need a great price on tires from a place that always has them in stock this is it.

Busy shop with great prices. Other dealers lure you in with cheap prices and then charge for installation packages that add on $15-$20 per wheel. Balancing and installation is included in the price at this place and the tires are still cheaper than anywhere else. Wide variety of tires for any budget from the cheapo no names to the top of the line Michelins. If they dont have it they will order it with a one-day turnaround.

Price and people are great but something needs to be done with the parking. i was stuck in my spot for 20 minutes because someone parked right behind me and could not find the owner of the car anywhere.

These guys are fast honest and have the best prices around! Just to add on, they are also caring people. They held on to an item my son left there for a couple of days and saved it on the side hoping wed come back. What a great feeling to come back seeing it there...not just focused on business but on the people too.

Theyre not big on landscaping or office aesthetics but they are quick, knowledgeable, competent, and honest. I liked the reviews they earned and I saw the owners response to a disgruntled customer. That sold me enough to get me in the door.I suspected a defective wheel but they came back with two nails Id picked up in the right front. I didnt need to replace a wheel, I only need a couple of patches on the tire. Total damage, 18 bucks. Wow! No bullshit and no pushing unnecessary wheels or new tires on me. That is what I call honesty.Within 5 minutes of arrival my car was in a bay. Within half an hour Id paid and had my key back in my hand. The gentleman at the counter had an excellent sense of humor, he was quick and efficient, and he didnt waste time on small talk. He had things to do and vehicles to get repaired. They take care of you and quickly move on, theyre busy. In short, theyre a pleasure to do business with.I know where Im going when next I need tires. Theyll also be my recommendation when Im asked if I know of a tire place. I loathe trusting any of the national tire chains, but Family Tire in Hollywood quickly earned my trust today.

I have been coming to this location for over 10 years. All the employees are courteous, professional, and knowledgeable about all the products they sell..Its always a pleasure even if you have to wait for awhile to get your tires. I was just there this passed Saturday (4/30/16) and had to wait for awhile but they have a TV and movies for their customers. I love the free rotation which is a perk in itself and the prices are very reasonable. I am a Michelin Tire Lady and they always have my tires for my truck. As long as I reside in So Florida they will be my go to tire place and I always recommend them to friends and family.

Cheap prices for tires. This is the only plus. Long waits, and customer service sucks. Bought my tires from them and decided to come back to get them balanced and rotated. Was told rotation was included in the purchase of my tires, but not the balance and thats $10.95 per tire. Wow. Im going on a trip with the car and didnt have time to play games. So had them do it. Called my local Sams Club and they said it would be $3.88 per tire to balance and rotate. So I while they had my car on the lift, I asked if they could do a better price and he said yes, $15 per tire, thats a better price for him!!!! This isnt customer service!!! What a joke. Told him I just wont bring my car back here and he was like ok, whatever works for you. I will hold to my promise and never return. Nor will I recommend.

Great place, nice staff. The only thing I did not like was the wait time... I got there at 8:20 am to repair my tire and do the alignment, but until 10:00 am they just fixed my tire. I think they did a good work on my tire, but almost two hours wait to everything be done is too much, and when I left the store, the alignment machine was not being used. Next time I will try an appointment.
