We have used their services for years. We refer all of our family. They are family owned and their customer service is AMAZING!! They are honest, fast and reasonably priced!

They did my brakes. I shouldnt hear when Im pressing on the brakes. Went back so they can see whats going on. Still not fixed. Why keep going back if they cant fix an issue that they created. Not only that. One of the ladies there has an attitude. I wouldnt go back nor recommend.

Went there to get a flat fixed the guy told me he couldnt find a flat but that I would need 2 new front tires soon. So I went ahead and replaced my front two tires. One of my tires I later found out from my brother who i purchased the car from was only a few months old and a cooper tire (expensive better quality tire) but I guess that was my fault. Fast forward to today as Im washing my car for the first time in months because of the rain, one of my rims was damaged by them you can see the attached and dents from the machine they use to change out the tire. In conclusion I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. They ended up causing more damage then what their tires are worth!!!!! You put your faith on the qualified and experts and this is what happens!

I was a longtime customer. Almost 20 years to be exact. They used to have the best prices and service. It was a small, family-run place. Theyve grown and expanded over the years which is great but prices have gone up significantly and the service has suffered. I was able to get a much better deal at Pep Boys for the same tires which really surprised me.

This is the only place I go for all my tire, wheel needs. Ive been coming here for countless years. Owner (Mitch) and family are friendly, professional and great service. Amazing and has done numerous tire patches, new tires, wheel installations, etc. Gladys in the office is a doll, on top of customer service and getting things done! Tito is mega friendly and fast service every time Im there!

Wake up with a flat tire, called triple A to get it tow. Arriving at the shop, the guy tells me my tire pressure sensor broke for driving the car with no air. I TOWED THE CAR THAT WAS ON MY DRIVEWAY. I asked him to show me and A CLEAR CUT ON THE SENSOR. STAY AWAY THEY WILL INDUCE DAMAGE TO YOUR TIRES TO CHARGE YOU MORE!!!

So Ive been getting tires from these guys for years... always reasonable price for reasonable tires. But today!?! ..Today showed me that there is still honest people in the world... To make a long story short, I over paid by $100 with some new stuck together $100 bills... and I got about a 2 miles away where I kept thinking something wasnt right.. I called the shop, ask for them to check the $100 bills to see if they were stuck together.. I think I over paid.. He checked, and sure nuff he said oh wow, yeah its here an extra $100 come back, I have it here for you .. God... I was and still am so grateful!! ...Thank again... I appreciate you guys. Your honesty, good prices and service!!

Stay away!!! My nephew went here for tires and they severely ripped off a young kid, They even tried telling him he needed new tire rods that his were old and worn, When he just had them replaced 2 days before that and then when he told them that tire rods were brand new they tried telling him that they were put in the wrong way. They are VERY DECEPTIVE!!! They saw a young 19 yr old kid and took advantage of that. Buyers beware!!! They would not give him his keys until I ran him down the remaining $60

Place got refurbished esthetically and prices have increased dramatically. I used to get my flat tire fixed for $10 and it has been jacked up to $25. Thats a huge jump.

Went to get a tire patched just to come back minutes later to fix the other one cause a razor was planted on the tire. Place cant be trusted and should go out of business for exploiting customers.

I would never recommend this place to nobody. Rude service. Spent 1000.00 on New tires. Balance was horrible. Took it back. They were ok about it. Then I asked to do the back ones. They said they dont need cuz you wont feel it on steering. Which is BS. Took it to another shop. One tire was 2 ounces out. I recommend Family tire which i found out my tire was $52.00 cheaper and they are nicer people. 0 stars if i could.

Do not go to this Shop! I brought my truck here to have a radiator leak looked at. They told me it was coming from a bad gasket and clamp after paying them to fix those problems I picked my truck up with a sever exhaust leak that was not there when I dropped my truck off originally. Drove my truck off of the lot and not 10 minutes after my Kac pipe blew apart and broke in half do to the exhaust leak. After taking it to a ford dealership I was told that there is a hole in my radiator and that’s where the leak is from (I don’t know how that was missed by ovidios) and I was also told that whoever put my turbo back in used the wrong bolts and even broke one of them. Please save your time and money and avoid this place! Horrible work.

Excellent experience. Dealing with Mitchell was easy and friendly. Had to wait a bit for wheels to come in, they were on backorder, but it was well worth it. Tito the installer was great, not a scratch on my new wheels while mounting/balancing/installing. No shake on any MPH, perfectly balanced and sensors swapped with no issues. Thanks again guys, great work!

Dont go to this place, this is the worst tire shop ever, the owner has a very bad attitude towards the clients and is very rude. He looks like he is high or drunk, there are a lot of tire places around the area, just avoid this one!!!!! thank me later

Be careful .. I cant write my own experience because they may know who I am. But they always get away from charging you more and some of the mechanics on commission there they dont even have idea what they are doing. Try an error and charge until they figure it out. Be carefully. Keep on eye on what they do. They run this business exactly like if they were operating on their third world countries, where they came from. Trying to take advantage depending how stupid they see you and depending how much you know about mechanical work. . Good luck and make America great again. I am sure if you are a friend of one of them, maybe you will get a better treatment .. otherwise anything can happen.. I am speaking for my own experience out of couple of times visiting them.. so the last one was the last ... Unless I need air of my tires or something so easy to fix so there is no room to get more bucks out of it..

Horrible, if you have any vehicle of quality you do not belong here ! Paid them to mount and balance 4 mickey Thompson truck tires.33×12.50×20. They operate the facility like a 3rd world country. Out of 4 service men only 1 knew what they are doing. They dont use an air cheetah and will use either/staring fluid sprayed inside the tire to mount. Not only that but because they dont know what they are doing, it will take them atleast 10 trys per tire to mount the tire. Leaving you with a burnt outside tire and damaged valve stems. Or rather melted valve stems that leak. Also the tires when mounted are out of balance. Apparently they do not know how to operate tha machine either. When called and spoke to the owner Mitchell he was rude made excuses and took no ownership of his clearly incompetent service men. It was so bad and lit of fire so many times all while the men are taking videos and laughing as they damaged a 1500.00 dollar set of tires.Place is an absolute joke! You have been warned.

I wouldnt even give them 1 star. This place is horrible. I paid over 1000$ for them to fix my car and once i left it started to mess up. It was turning off and not starting and making noise and when i took it back they wouldnt even look it over!!! They said they fixed it its not there problem. And the girl up front at the desk Aileen has the WORST customer SERVICE EVER!!!!! Super unhappy with this place!!! They wont even admit they made a mistake and wouldnt even attempt to at least look it over!!!

I went there to get a scooter tire put on, and the owner was the one who helped us. He was very concerned that the job he and his workers did, was the best they could do and it was. There are plenty of places that really dont give a crap about the quality of work that they provide, and when you are talking about your vehicle that you drive in/trust your life with - the quality matters the most ! Besides that, his prices were good and he seemed to be a honest person. Definitely worth your time and $ to give this man business, he deserves it.Edit- I originally posted this on Thanksgiving day 2015, i went back there today to have another scooter tire installed [Feb 2017], and the owner is still a great guy and treats his customers well. I appreciate that, ALOT. Hence why i came back, it pays to treat your customers well.

Was here 2 weeks ago to have a tire patched and was charged $20. This morning I had another tire that needed a patch and an employee told me $25. I told him that the boss previously charged $20. He said that I got a break. The guy was flippant and rude. I went down the street to Roberto at A&M at Sterling and 441 where I was charged $20. I practically work a cross the street from Ovidios for a company with 30 employees. I have started to spread the word. Have lived in Hwd for 37 years. Tire places on Dixie hwy charge $15. This place is a rip.

I do not recommend this site, they are thieves, the same day I fix a rubber is damaged, DO NOT WORK WELL.

Had 4 new tires put on, within the first week one tire went flat . Brought it back, was told my rim was dirty and needed to be cleaned and tire reinstalled. Charged me for that service, even though when they installed my tires they gave me a guarantee? After a few months another tire went flat, brought it in and they told me that the rim was dirty and wanted to charge me again. We told them that we are not going to pay them again because if they installed the tires and guaranteed them so they should not charge us again to correct their mistake. They refused, and were very rude and intimidating so we decided to leave and not waste anymore of our time.Now just yesterday we woke up to another flat, brought the car into a more reputable shop and we were told that the weights for the tire were installed incorrectly, and we paid to get them all corrected. We could have gone back and tried to get this corrected with the original shop, but they dont deserve anymore of our hard earned money which they shouldnt be asking for in the first place. Some advice to the owners, if your going to offer a guarantee, then have your employees do the job right the first time!

Worst Tire Shop I have ever been to. I was refereed there by a friend who said Mitchell hooked him up with a great deal and that I should check them out. Well go figure there office is a cell phone shop full of wack cases and lowsy phone products. They told me 35 dollars for a Used Tire, I told her my size and she said she had one. So I came in and they told me 55 a Tire. I asked to speak with Mitch who was a prick to me, and said he wont budge on the price. Like really dude? You sell used tires out of a cell phone shop and you cant cut me a break. #### this place. I went to A and Ms up the street and they hooked up. Thanks for nothing Mitch and your homeless people you have working for you..

Needed new tires for my motorcycle, a 94 Kawasaki Police bike. Got the runaraound from ALL motorcycle shops (sorry guys), was told they didnt change tires on old bikes - Id have to have the wheels taken off, bring them to the stores to put the tires on and then have the wheels put back on the bike by someone else somewhere else. Impossible task. Who has that much time and resources? It couldnt get more difficult . Rode by Ovidios, stopped & asked on a hunch - got service immediately Same thing with my 89 Harley Softail. Got new tires in record time, everything was put on superfast, professionally ( no loose bolts,nuts etc), no problems, WITH A SMILE. Couldnt be better. Totally trustworthy, honest, fast and reliable. Noticed my front two tires were bald so went in for 2 used tires on the front. The very next day the front left tire was flat. Put the spare on, and got it replaced. 4 days later the right front tire is now flat. Like for real.
