Was here this past Saturday. Store was super busy and seemed short staffed. Only 1 employee working. He took care of every customer and was polite and attentive to each one!I was impressed by this young man, Zeb.He get a 10 star rating if I could give one. But he sure needed another employee or two to help with the business. Hope the manager or owner recognizes this young man. I know everyone is short help nowadays and he did an excellent job dealing with all!!My wife did a Amazon return on Sunday I forgot to drop off, and said he was there and very friendly and seemed alone working again.Thank you young man! We appreciated your service!

Notary says there until 8. Get there at 7 and they tell me the notary left early.
Had a negative experience regarding notary services. We scheduled an appointment online and were sent a confirmation and we get to the store and find out the notary is out sick. There should be more communication with corporate and the local branches about this.

Was having an awful day dealing with amazon, and returning a package. The whole process took me hours to finally get to the point where I could simply return the product via the UPS store. As I was getting ready to pay for the shipping label I realized that in my frustration and mind being all over the place that I had forgot my wallet at home. I did not have the $2 on my to print the label and would have to drive 10 minutes back home to get it. Alex at the front desk did me a solid and let me send the package anyway. Even that little amount of kindness was enough to make my day tremendously better. Thanks man, youll get 5 stars from me.

I stopped into the UPS store on Butternut in Holland today 1/21/2020 and received excellent service. One young man was the only worker and he had a line of customers to the door. He took care of each person with polite efficiency. I was very impressed by his courtesy and professionalism. He made an effort to make each person feel valued. He deserves a raise. A huge asset to the franchise.Thanks!
Becky is always helpful. I havent had any issues or problems with the place. They handled my returns and helped me understand whatever i needed. I do notice that sometimes they close 10 to 20 minutes early. Whichever employees are doing this might be doing it without the owners knowledge.
These guys give fantastic customer service. Always so friendly and even offered to add tissue paper to my package as they helped me wrap it. Above and beyond. Thank you!

I use this service often, at leastonce a week. The staff is awesome, always friendly and very helpful. I even learned a few tips/tricks about sending packages. Sorry, I’m bad with names or I’d call out a couple of guys that usually take care of me, who are so friendly and perfect for this job position.
The staff here are great and try to helpful however this store doesnt provide basic mailing services such a *prepaid return envelopes* apparently the store owner doesnt want the liability of the return envelope being heavier and costing them. Also no notary service either.Seems a little short sighted to lose whole customers than to risk a pile of papers costing them a few bucks🤷🏻
I don’t mail things often for the staff member that helped me was not very friendly. The tone I her voice was sassy from the beginning making it sound like she didn’t want to help. I had to go print out a label on the computer and she didn’t even tell me how.
They are always friendly and helpful when sending packages, overnight or certified letters, and faxes!
Shipped via UPS to ensure delivery, but they dont guarantee shipping to an American diplomat with an American address because it is a personal mailbox...either way, Cody was incredibly helpful, very friendly, and he is most definitely an asset to this company... hopefully they treat him well enough to keep him around!!

They are open today, Sunday and Ive called 3 times looking for a notary and no answer. Its 1:30. They dont close til 2. I read the reviews...very bad reviews and read they actually have no notary
This store is getting one star due to the HORRID woman that occupies space behind the counter. If she isn’t locking the doors 20 mins early because she “is done”, then she can be found being a total nasty human being in person to customers and outright lying on the phone when asked an easy question because she is so lazy.I will now be driving the 18 miles to GH, out of my way, to avoid dealing with her.Avoid this store if you want packages delivered to the recipient .
Never on time!Package is always delivered when no one is home!Cat and mouse gay getting package.If you miss a package I stead of it to be left at the UPS store the same day the keep it and deliver it the next day at the store late in the afternoon.So if its Friday morning delivery, and you miss it the earliest you will get your package is late Monday afternoon even if you call them to say that the contents are of a timely nature and is very very urgent.
Walking in 10 minutes before closing and I could tell the guy behind the counter was already annoyed by it. Waiting for my email to refresh someone try to come in but he had already lock the door this was at 1:53pm when the sing says close at 2:00pm anyways this women was trying to come in and he said out loud with me and another costumer inside he said “I love how retarded people look when trying to open a lock door” this guy was the worse costumer service ever. I just walk away and told him he should just change the closing hour from 2:00pm to 1:30pm. Don’t say you close at a certain time and try to close at a different one and don’t be vulgarly rude about it in front of costumers.
I have no issues with this UPS place. There are a few bad workers but some are really nice. I got lucky that I got a nice person. Great service, thanks a lot!
There are 6 vehicles in the lot waiting for the store to open. Sign states you open at 8 and it is now 9:09. Gentleman next to me said this happens frequently. (That the person who opens the store shows up late)
Shipped some beer growlers to my home in AZ, and Alex (name on receipt) looked put out at having to ship these items. Came up with a ridiculous shipping cost due to his using wrong materials to pack my items, using 3 cartons instead of 1. I could not get to another location as I was on way to airport to catch flight home. UPS corporate responded to my complaint saying each location is franchised, and any questions regarding costs must be handled at the location at time of shipment. What a way to run a business.

Walked in for help and all I got was well you need to read the directions, which, I did, and they wouldnt work for me... THATS WHY I WENT IN! FOR HELP. The gentleman working there then admitted he didnt know how to help me. Okay thanks, is there anyone here who can help? I just need a label printed, package, and shipped! THIS IS UPS! It says right in this email just take to your nearest UPS store to print label, package, and ship. he responded with no I am the only one working. Ok well cool I just missed the deadline for shipment because of your inexperience! I am out $500/$600 because you dont know how to do your job.
Went in to store to return comcast equipment and had the unfortunate opportunity to meet the rude sorry excuse of a very unprofessional, sloppy manager. One piece of equipment didnt scan properly, I ask him to please write in the serial number on the print receipt and initial it acknowledging receipt of item he said no, that he didnt have to and if i was unhappy with this to take my stuff elsewhere! He was a real piece of work, hope the owners replace him before they loose more business.
Friendly staff but always very slow service. Usually just 1 guy working the counter and there’s either 5 ppl in line or he’s on the phone for 10 minutes. Also, I wish UPS would stop leaving a sticker that says my pkg was delivered (when it’s not) and telling me that I have to go out of my way to get it at the UPS station. Even when the item is cheap & doesn’t require a signature, they make you do this now. Very annoying.
WARNING! NEVER use this store! Terrible customer service. Their insurance program is a scam. I asked ups to pack my box. He lied and told me I didnt want any packaging which voids insurance. Now im stuck with a 4000 broke computer. These guys are thieves. I would give -10 stars if I could to this scum
Attitude at sales counter is terrible. I you cant smile and be helpful you should find a job where you dont have to interact with the public. I wasnt there for a favor, I was a paying customer!!!!!!!!
It would be nice if there was a UPS store here! There is a building, with a sign & posted hours. But there is no one inside. Waited for 15 minutes, then called. But there was no answer.
I went here to ship back my direct tv equipment.I expected some horrifying results via the reviews on here.I was wrong.I went here a half hour before they closed and i was lucky to see the ups driver was there picking up packages for the day and i was able to get it scanned in and hand it to him for instant shipping.The store rep was nice.Maybe its best to go here in the late afternoon after management is gone.

Tried to ship a package with a company UPS number and was told they dont ship corporate packages. Poor customer service. UPS should close these guys down.

This is the only UPS location in Holland where you can drop off your Comcast cable box and they will ship it for you for free.
The worst shipping iv ever seen. I paid for my shipping (3 day ) its five days going on six. Cant have it left at my door because I need to sign well then bring it to me at a time Im home I do have a job on second shift I cant play this game of you guys have my mail and wont give it to me either deliver the mail to my door or leave it at the store so I can pick it up not both.
