Great secure place to come and lock up all your stuff, I just cant seem to find a better place for your home belongings you just cant seem to fit. great rates, great friendly staff and above all an amazing secure storage facility, I feel like all my stuff is safe and secured 24 hours A-day 7 days a week.

The assistant manager was covering while the original manager (month off October) and wow! I am so glad I met this women, I sadly do not remember her name! She was very friendly, and got me a storage unit fairly quickly and made sure my pass code worked. Her service to me was unforgettable. It’s the little things. She constantly checked up on me as I told her my situation on why I needed a unit. She continuously gave me lots of useful advice and options FOR my situation and was just so caring. Such a sweetheart. Storage is storage. The service is what makes me happy that I chose to storage with them. Gated. Security cameras. I feel safe.Only downfall is if you’re a night owl, like me, there are restricted times for you to access your storage which is 6AM TO 10PM. No 24 hours access.

I am having the absolute worst time with my movers, who with NO NOTICE told me I need to take possession of my goods tomorrow (after I just paid $350 for 30 days of storage), or pay a fee.Suzanne was so friendly and helpful, she even had me smiling by the time I left there. So very helpful!! I cannot thank her enough!

The new owners have the office staffed full time now with fantastic people and the place is nicely taken care of. They are helpful and understanding. Dont let the old Felch street sign outside fool you. They are now Devon and they are amazing.

I was renting from them for 3 years and had a lot of stuff happening with a back injury and then loosing my home. they have gone above and beyond what they had to do, they are some great people with good hearts, God bless them.

This place is secure and clean and the management is amazing. I been renting from another storage rental place here in Holland and at this time I have two rental units but, as soon as I can I am moving all of my things to Devon Storage.

Great place for storage. It was so simple, most of the paperwork can be done online and Suzanne was very nice and informative.

Very clean. Rodent control. Helpful staff. Only reason for 4 stars is they require insurance coverage. I had a storage unit at this location. It was sold from a family owned company to Devon Self Storage. I had no choice but to pay the insurance.
