The absolute most fun shipping experience I’ve ever had! I’ve never experienced such a cute shop located in a shipping store, I’d visit just for the shop (local candles, chap sticks, baking mixes, task masks, jewelry, etc.) When it comes to shipping, I appreciate the options with FedEx, UPS and USPS and understanding the cost/timing of each when selecting. Thank you for the great service and beautiful shop!

Ok - these girls are amazing!!! I went into the shipping department about a week ago to ship some things home from our visit to Michigan. I ended up getting into a conversation with the two girls running the shop (at the time) - Serena and Sydni - and a good time was had by all!! 😂I just returned home to find that they had added a couple of Michigan memorabilia items to my package as a sweet gift from them!!! ❤️Just another fond memory from our trip!!!

Nice people still exist. My parents needed to send an important and time sensitive document today. They are in their 80s and my father still in recovery from a recent surgery. They were overwhelmed by having to get this document out of state in quick order and didnt know what to do. They just recently moved back to Michigan and Holland is still a mystery to them. Knowing this would be a difficult task, and feeling thousands of miles away I took the chance and old school called for help...like on the phone. I was immediately assured my parents would be in sensitive and caring hands. I spoke to both Seiena and Rachel who gave me directions in such a manner that I could help my parents get to the store. Both taking the time to provide landmarks and specifics as to how the building looked. My parents easily found the place and were waited on by the two amazing people who selflessly helped me. They were giddy in the car back home as they told me how kind the two of them were and how every day they are happy they moved back to Michigan. Thank you Seiena and Rachel, you have no idea how far your kindness reached. It makes me happy to know good and kind people are still out there making a difference.

I had a great experience here! Staff was extremely kind and helpful, and they had lots of cute things for sale inside that werent even shipping related (and obviously plenty of shipping supplies too). Prices were perfect as they compare multiple shipping services, which beats a singular UPS or FedEx of USPS store that would only tell you their own rates. If you want personalized shipping service at a family business, this is the place to go. :)

Check Ups and FedEx charges on line before you go. I didnt and discovered later that they never offered me the best rate. I ended up paying twice what I should have for the same delivery date.

These people are an official outlet for UPS, USPS, AND Fed Ex. The offer services, are MORE than friendly and have quite a long standing presence here in Holland. They act and do what professionals do for your shipping needs. If you live on the south side of Holland, take the extra couple of miles to go HERE, NOT the one on Lincoln Ave. That place has a HUGE UPS logo / sign in front of his shop and the UPS corp. doesnt even know who he is, despite his claims. He is NOT an authorized UPS outlet! Im not sure if hes legit. Hes happy to help you if he gets $$ from you for shipping services but if you just need to drop off a package or need a bit of help with a label, he treats you like youre a waste of time, all while hes on his cell phone with some compadre. What professional do you know who gets curt with you while hes on the phone? I TRULY felt the misogyny. Also, he closes his store, for no apparent reason, during business hours! One day 3 people were out in the parking lot wondering, What? Why? We didnt know. I thought the Shipping Center was no longer in town but it turns out that they just moved further east on 8th. Otherwise, I figured the only UPS outlet was the one on Butternut, much farther north in Holland. They are helpful as well and always have been professional. However, if you dont live north of town, its quite a drive. Forget this Lincoln Ave location if you need ANY little bit of help. GO to 8th St., just east of Russ.
