Updating response for owners response to my review:My husband brought in my Grand Caravan.Had exact same experience as the other one star review, D Behan. They were convinced it was one thing that was a few hundred bucks. Then it was something else that was a few hundred bucks. Neither of those repairs actually repaired my van. Then he offered a third, few hundred dollar repair. We took it elsewhere and it was fixed immediately and for half of the first fee this place charged us.

Super friendly service! The owner even came in to the shop on a Holiday when they were closed to work on my vehicle because I was in need of my car for the weekend. Thats really going above and beyond in my opinion. They were very honest and helpful. I will definitely be going back for future service needs.

My boyfriend and I just bought our first Jeep recently and we have been fixing it up. I came across Ross on Facebook, he was selling alot of Jeep parts. I contacted him about a TJ soft top and asked him if it would fit on our hardware. He said yes it would. My boyfriend and I ended up picking it up and bringing it home. While we tried to put it together we realized the top would not fit. After a few minutes of messing with the top we contacted Ross and asked him why it wouldnt fit. He mentioned that the top we had didnt fit on OEM parts. Which he had NOT mentioned when we met prior. The hardware needed is well over 400 dollars. So we asked for our money back, he says he doesnt take returns. And blocks my boyfriend on Facebook. Im putting this review out there so people know about his shady business practices, it goes along way if you are honest and transparent with your customers.

My husband and I had traveled from South Dakot to see family and we had to get our brakes worked on when we arrived. The staff at Quality Brake and Auto were wonderful! The work they did was even better!!! They gave us an accurate estimate of cost and were able to get the work done by the end of the day. We highly recommend them!

Ive been taking my vehicles to Marty for years. I always know that he will take care of me and my vehicle. You can trust in him and his service to be honest and complete. There is not another mechanic that I would trust more than Marty at Quality Brake and Auto. When youre there youre treated like family. I recommend him to EVERYONE I know, because I know that he will do right by them as well.

Noticed my car was making some noise and didnt drive right. Called my husband, (he normally fixes our vehicles but was out of town) and he told me to go see Marty. Called, made an appointment, and he diagnosed my car promptly. When I came to pick up my car they were very friendly. He explained what was wrong and what he did to fix it. I appreciate the way I was treated and felt very good about using them. Would recommend them.

Honest, trustworthy and they took care of us when we needed it right away! Marty and Ross got us back on the road again, when we were just passing through Holland on a trip to Florida. A wheel bearing went out on the vehicle and they got us right in and took care of us, getting us on our way in just a few hours.

Couldnt get the rotors to fix my car right, car was blocked in the stall and had to wait for a another car to finish before they would give my car back, this is 20 minutes after I called and said I was coming to get my car. Im guessing most of these 5 star reviews are fake and done by friends.

Update: Reading the owners reply, I had to laugh. I came in with a LOUD noise, and it was HE who tried to convince me of what it was. His exact word were, Im 90% sure its an axle bearing. Of course, it was not. But, it was something he knew how to do, and it was money to be made, so thats what he tried to sell me. Note: Never was a bad axle bearing ever shown to me, and it will remain unanswered question as to whether he actually performed that unnecessary repair. Bottom line, there was no change after he had the vehicle. There was only collection of money on his part. Lets set the record straight. HE contacted ME after I placed my first review and asked me to take it down. His exact word were We live and die by those reviews. So, he offered to look at my car again if I would take it down. So, in good faith, I did. It was then that he informed me that the still-present, original noise he confirmed by test drive had nothing to do with what he charged me for. That was HIS conclusion. As for my offering a stellar review? An absolute lie. But what else can he try to say? He has the money, I have the car with no repair. The facts are all against him. And to try to use veteran status as a screen for dishonest behavior?? Shameful. The following is my review after I took the first one down at HIS request:Beware. I lost $310 to this guy and drove away with the very problem I came in with. Those facts are undisputed. I see now that another person here recently had the same experience. Wish Id seen that review first. Heres what happened -Brought in my car for a specific sound. Took the owners daughter for a drive and pointed it out, particularly its rhythmic nature. Picked up my car later after it was fixed and was taken for a ride where she did her best to try to convince me that what they had done had made a difference, even thought the sound was still there, unchanged. Maybe its a bearing or a tire, and that might not break on you for 2 or 3 years. Thats what she said, verbatim - I kid you not. Yes, SHE ACTUALLY SAID THAT. So, I came here and wrote a review. The next day, the owner called me and wanted to see the car again. IN GOOD FAITH I REMOVED MY REVIEW FROM HERE THINKING HE MIGHT WANT TO MAKE IT RIGHT. Boy was that NOT the case. His final conclusion? Its not the problem he charged me $310 to fix, its my transmission. What about my $310? Are you ready for this? His defense was, It was a needed repair. Really? Are you kidding me??? He actually said that. After hearing his ridiculous answer, I responded that there were other needed repairs on the car too but THATS NOT WHAT I BROUGHT IT IN TO HIM FOR!!!!! Honestly, is this something I really needed to explain??? But too bad. He had time into it and that was that. Whether it was what I asked for was quite irrelevant.A partial refund? His exact words to me, Im not in the business of giving money back. And on that score, hes telling the truth. If he gets you, hes got you. Youve been warned.Bottom line - They didnt know the difference between a transmission problem and front end problem, and it cost me $310 to find that out that they dont. And oh yes, these people smile A LOT. Theyve go that part down pat. Maybe because they think taking people for a ride is funny?I cant believe in 2018 there are still repair shops out there operating like this. Good thing I picked it up the same-day. He mightve started working on other, unrelated issues I didnt ask to be fixed. If YOU wish to roll the dice and see if they know how to fix your problem, and youre willing to risk several hundred dollars on it, take your vehicle there. The recent experience of TWO people here on this page who had incorrect repairs done - and paid for it - should tell you all you need to know about this guy.
