Second time this Petoskey resident has utilized Crown in Holland for my vehicles. Very good service in person and over the phone with service managers Montell and Ramone. Both advocating for the lowest possible cost for an expensive repair. Also kudos to mechanic Shawn who was very receptive to explains to me what needs repair.

2015 Highlander had some standard 200,000 mile maintenance. In addition, repaired tensioner for the serpentine belt which was creating annoying sounds. Runs smooth as silk & quiet again. Love it.

Service fine. Waited nearly 2 hours (yes, I had an appointment) for an oil change and tire totation.

I bought a 2017 Toyota Corolla under certified warranty in September and shortly after discovered the alignment was awfully out of whack causing the front 2 tires to be badly worn down. The dealership said this is not covered under warranty therefore I am on my own to pay for it. Nice “certified” vehicle I was sold.
