Bryce was very professional and did a good job explaining cost and time involved. Car was delivered within the time promised and the entire bill was explained. There is a 10 percent materials fee that seems a bit arbitrary but it was explained. Sounds like just a profit maker.

We were looking for a small, used SUV to use as a daily driver. Salesman Jeff came right up to us, asked what we were interested in and took us to some really nice Rogues. We had a great experience. The gentleman who assisted me, John, was friendly and knowledgeable, even giving advice about a prior issue, regarding the automatic braking on a steep hill. When I had brought the truck in, after first experiencing that on a drop in the road on Kona side, the issue wasnt familiar to another fellow. John also advised me about using peppermint oil to keep rats out of the engine compartment, especially appreciated because theyd twice gotten into my older Tacoma & died behind the dashboard. Ill ask for John again if I have any further issues with my 2019 Frontier.

Not currently in the market for a new car. Came in for service. Excellent customer service from start to end. Car needed more work than anticipated, but all wear and tear items. Glad they do a thorough assessment. Only wish there were weekend hours, but thankful they were open on a holiday.

Elaine did an excellent job in rescheduling my appointment from 5/20 to 5/25. Cody Fujimoto, Service Specialist received us with a smile and listened to our concerns for the repair of our quest. After Jessie Dela Cruzs assessment of our needs. Cody sent us the estimates and the parts to do repair. Our concerns then turned to the length of time to do the repairs and if all parts were available. Per Cody estimated repair time was 5pm, he was able to locate all parts needed. Our Nissan Quest was done by 3pm needed. This is the only vehicle for our transportation. We also thank Pascua, your Courtesy Shuttle Driver and Dennis Segovia, your Service Manager - who became the Courtesy Shuttle Driver during Pascuas lunch break. Uncle Leabert was our super friendly shuttle driver. My truck was done in a couple of hours, just like they said. Everyone is so nice here. Would buy another Nissan just for the service :)

The staff treated me with professional courtesy, respect, and friendliness under demanding COVID-19 constraints (masks and distancing were in effect). Had a medical issue come up, so I had to cancel my service appointment. When I found that I would be coming into town several days later, I called and asked if I could bring my vehicle in on short notice? Not only did they manage to work me in at a time convenient for me, but the shuttle driver dropped us off at the mall where the wife and I were able to enjoy a nice meal while our car was in the shop. They finished the job promptly as promised and had us back on the road quickly in our sparkling, freshly washed Frontier! Everything should be this easy! Bought my 2015 Honda Accord Sport today at the dealership and it was literally the EASIEST time I’ve ever had a dealership. I prefer to drive 50 miles to get my car serviced in KamaainaAfter the worst experience with the service manager in Kona Nissan, I found myself feeling abandoned and helpless from the brand, considered two options either sell my car or bear the unprofessional service every time.And one day I was in Hilo side and decided to give a try to see if I can take my car there last minute, even I knew it was about luck to find a spot. The lady who answered the phone was courteous and explained that they were full, but she was going to ask, lucky me they had a cancellation and they could fit me in within 30 min. that was the first sign of customer service.I was greeted by John Vitelli who clearly informed me of all details about the service, showed me the state of my car and how long will take. What a refreshing change! he even went the extra mile helping me printed the insurance card and after the service explained everything including a service warranty!
