Always has nice cars not a lot of selection but good cars. Tells people are friendly and helpful.

Horrible vehicle selection. the service is not, well, they have not been trained in how to offer good service.I came by to look at a SUV. when I opened the vehicle I found an old avocado that had roaches climbing all over it.

I have worked with Aiona Rentals for several large groups of educators that I brought to Hawaii Island. I have always found them to be very courteous and professional. I have rented both 15 passenger vans and smaller vehicles. The vehicles were always clean and functioned well.What I like best about Aiona is the small community business feel of the place. Worst car shopping experience ever. The salesperson Mark was extremely rude and very condescending. He only tried to sell us a car we truly could not afford. When I asked why they dont put prices on the cars like other dealerships, he gave a really lame excuse about prices fluctuating and competing with the big box dealers. Long story short, I would never recommend anybody to shop for cars here. As a matter of fact I bought a used car that same day from great salespeople at the Ford dealership down the road.
